I was working with a Loan officer by the name of XXXX XXXX with Option Funding. I had been working with her for several months. She was trying to be the real estate agent and the loan officer. She told me to send her homes I was interested in seeing. I sent this lady so many homes and I never saw any. I went out an got a real estate agent to show me homes and this lady would show me 4 house in a day, at least 10 a week. I found a home I loved and XXXX sent me notice on XX/XX/2020 I had full loan approval, well with all this Covid she did not secure the loan and the company placed overlays which made me didn't qualify no more dur to the DTI changes. A week before my closing date I received a email with prices and saying my closing cost was 13+ thousand to close. I had already placed {$5000.00} in escrow do i'm think I only had to bring in the rest of my 3.5 percent since my closing cost was covered by the seller. When I called she said I now had to buy down the rate in order to get the rate I wanted. She never once mention about impound accounts til a week before my closing and we talk almost every day. I felt like for me to be a 1st time home buyer she failed at disclosing all information upfront. When you ask her questions she gets dance around what you asking. Her tone would change. I called XXXX is suppose to be a supervisor and cried and explained how this experience for a 1st time home buyer had me feeling. He did nothing but say he worked with her for 30 years and hasn't had a complaint. This woman never apologized even after I told her how she was being rude all she did was say " I was getting frustrated '' She could've easy made this better by owning up to her part, apologizing for being rude. I had my real estate age on three way and XXXX knew it because I thought I was going crazy not understanding what she was doing but my agent felt confused also. You ask her questions and she picks and chooses what to respond to. Horrible

This is the second complaint I am filling for this company. The original complaint number is XXXX. Originally I was working with Option Funding on refinancing my home loan. We told them that we wanted a loan with the terms that we pay twice a month rather than once a month. This would reduce our principle faster so our 30 year loan would be paid off early. They agreed to find us a loan with these terms. Once we signed on the loan we found out that the loan was not set up this way and the lender would not make this change since this requirement was not stated in the terms of the loan. I informed XXXX XXXX at Option Funding and they said they would call the mortgage company to fix this. They said I could just make an extra payment at the end of the year but this is not what we agreed to when we signed up for the loan. During this time the original mortgage company sold the loan to another company who stated they would not make any changes to the loan since the terms were already set. Option Funding said they would try with the new company but never got back to me and is no longer taking my calls. The from the company through CFPB response was not true as they never contacted me about any offer of refinancing on this loan and never mentioned a bi-weekly payment center. Also this was a by monthly request at the beginning of the loan process and they agreed to find one like that. I reached out to the loan office repeatedly as did my relator with no response.
