We fell behind on our mortgage, we received letters from our lender, we filed modification docs. Lender replied we didn't qualify. We contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to file a chapter XXXX bankruptcy. we met with XXXX XXXX and explained our hardships and situation regarding health I got an XX/XX/XXXXmy wife recovering from XXXX, diagnosed with clinical XXXX we both lost our jobs. we could only pay 75 % of the retainer fee. XXXX XXXX agreed and replied no worries your in good hands and well get the court to pay the rest. our home was set for sale on XX/XX/XXXX. we hired XXXXXX/XX/XXXX in XXXX. we signed the retainer and where relieved, the explanation given was the courts will lend you the money to pay lender and then you pay the courts. Time passed we kept asking what he needed from us he would reply not to worry hes taking care of it we have plenty of time. we kept asking for court docs. he kept saying not to worry. Well our house was sold on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. We spoke to XXXX to fix it. Nothing it is what it is he replied. Then he has the nerve to say that he could help recover the surplus funds. And wanted us to sign a retainer. We hired a lawyer to stop eviction and to file wrongful foreclosure suit and we have until the XXXX of XXXX XXXX to get out and the lawyer did not do as requested to give notice of a lawsuit pending. And we can't find the lawyer fir the lawsuit they don't answer our call texts or emails. And to top it off we where diagnosed with XXXX, and the judge gave the order to evict by lockout. On a good note I've been doing my research and found that we have a lot of forged documents from our mortgage loan. and realtor agent. And I m looking at the court docs. For they look like they are too. We are at the mercy of human kindness at this point because we are going to be homeless myself and my wife and my XXXX children. Some help please.

I went to OGI Mortgage Bankers to help me with an equity line of credit against my property so that I could pay off current good credit cards and prepare to invest in about 6-8 months. XXXX XXXX, the Loan Manager agreed to work with me, but he failed to provide an ethical process and my credit profile was damaged. The list of issues outlined below is taken from an email that I sent to the attorney of OGI Mortgage Bankers/Ony Glo, Inc. 1. My credit score was NOT an issue when I approached XXXX of OGI Mortgage Bankers, for the Equity Line of Credit request. I approached XXXX for an Equity Line of Credit because I was looking to invest in property within the next 8 months. I wanted to pay off my current debt to raise my credit profile so that I could invest. 2. XXXX began the process to re-finance my property because he said it was a quicker and surer way to resolve debt and raise my credit profile to expedite investment opportunities. 3. My credit and/or score was NOT mentioned as a problem to secure the re-finance. My outstanding student loans was mentioned as a factor. 4. When XXXX failed, to his own written admission, to provide what he promised, I requested him to cease ALL loan processing. 5. I secured an Equity Line of credit loan ( as initially requested ) within 3 weeks by XXXX XXXX XXXX. 6. XXXX was negligent, unprofessional, and dishonest. This has negatively impacted my credit. I am requesting OGI to make this right!

We applied for a home refinance in XX/XX/2020 with XXXX XXXX at XXXX and paid for an appraisal. We were unable to continue our refinance due to the pandemic as my partner was put on leave. I spoke with XXXX XXXX at XXXX to let her know that my partner would be returning to work in XXXX and I expressed my concern about the monies we paid towards our appraisal and if we could use the appraisal and we didn't want to miss out on our rate. XXXX let me know over the phone that she should be able to extend the rate lock and use the appraisal. When my husband returned to work, I reached out to her via email and she advised that I needed to submit a new application. When i reached out regarding the appraisal we paid for and if we could use it, she did not respond to my email. I tried to call her and she did not answer and I left her voice messages. I finally called the customer service line for XXXX and the gentleman I spoke with could not assist and told me that our appraisal is to about to expire in XXXX and we can not move forward with the appraisal since the rate lock since XXXX never filed an extension as she promised and if we put in a new application, we would have to pay for another appraisal. The gentleman, I think his name was XXXX or XXXX, mentioned he would reach out to XXXX but I never got a call back or any follow up from either of them.

Last XX/XX/XXXX, a lending company in XXXX California ( the same lending company who helped us purchase our house ) offered us refinancing our home without closing cost and other fees. We just have to pay for the appraisal and the processing fee for the solar documents. So we went ahead and paid the Appraiser which they assigned {$700.00}. We went ahead also and paid {$150.00} to the Solar company so they can go ahead finalize the refinancing. This went on until XX/XX/XXXX. We signed documents so they could check our credits, we signed and submitted all approval conditions documents and submitted paystubs. By the end of XX/XX/XXXX we were told that we are approved and they are just finalizing the process. We last heard from them via email on XX/XX/XXXX saying that they are still finalizing the closing process. We tried calling their contact numbers and sent emails several times without response. Their office phone Operator keeps on saying that the person-in-charge will call us back because the personnel in-charge is still with a client. Until now we do not know about the status of the Refinancing process and it is already XX/XX/XXXX. We are concerned that proceeding with the refinancing is no longer cost-effective and that we have spent {$850.00}.
