I signed up to have my payments deducted on the XXXX of the month as I am a XXXX employee and I only get paid once a month. For a year it was going okay. Then they started deducting on different dates. In the month of XXXX they deducted on the XXXX and again on the XXXX. The deduction on the XXXX was for my XX/XX/XXXX payment. This early deduction caused a NSF in my checking account causing overdraft fees and leaving my wife and I without money for food or gas for 2 days. The after effect is still causing me problems two weeks later.
It has taken many hours on the phone with them getting me know where. Their additude is yea we should not have done it but it was only a few days early.
