On XX/XX/2021, I took advantage of a " free trial '' offer for checking my credit reports from all three bureaus. The free trial was presumably offered by XXXX, which appeared to be a credit report provider. The free trial was for one week. The policy requires that one must cancel by the end of the free trial in order to avoid any charges, because the free trial automatically rolls into a paid monthly subscription of XXXX per month. On XX/XX/XXXX or XXXX, I checked my credit card through online banking, and observed that the company had already charged my card the XXXX monthly fee, even though the free trial was not over. Since the charge was pending, I assumed that this was merely a pre-authorization that would be removed when I cancelled. On the morning of XX/XX/2021, I went to the website and logged in so that I could cancel the membership. I scrolled through my billing, account, and membership info and did not find a way to cancel. I then found out on the website that I needed to call the company 's XXXX number and speak to a service rep in order to verbally request to cancel. I find it suspicious that they require cancellations to be verbal. This removes the possibility of consumers having written or printable proof of their cancellation. I called the company at that time. During the hour long phone call, I spoke to a service representative with a foreign accent and informed him that I wanted to cancel. He attempted to convince me to change my mind, and seemed reluctant to fulfill my request. I continued to repeat my request to cancel at the end of the trial. He continued to ask me questions to retain me as a customer, even though I already knew that I would not use the service and didn't want it. Initially, he would not agree to cancel my subscription after the trial and he argued with me. He was aggressive. Finally, after an extended conversation in which I repeated my request half a dozen times, he relented and agreed to cancel. He told me that my membership was cancelled and he was submitting a request for a refund. He said that " if '' it is approved, I would see the funds back in my account in a few days. He also told me that the charge was still pending, so it might take longer. He told me that refunds are not guaranteed. I was shocked that a refund was not guaranteed, when the charge was for a service that I hadn't used, didn't want, and I cancelled on time. I was surprised that the company might charge me for a service that I didn't receive. Some time after that call, I received an automated email from the company asking how they did. I did not respond. I also received an email that paradoxically stated " this message is to confirm that your XXXX account has been cancelled as of XX/XX/2021. Beginning XX/XX/2021, you will no longer have access to your latest credit reports and scores or XXXX monitoring. '' On XX/XX/2021, I had received no further correspondence from the company. I checked my online banking account again to see if the refund had been issued yet. I had not yet received my money back. Instead, the charge had posted to my account. Then I navigated to their website and logged in, so I could see the status of my cancellation and refund request. The website gave no indication that I had cancelled at the end of the free trial. Instead, it said that I was good until approx. XX/XX/XXXX, and this was my next billing date. I was upset. I called the company again. I used the phone number provided on the website again. After another lengthy call with two people ( a rep and a supervisor ) with a foreign accent, I felt that the issue might still not be resolved, even though they told me it had. They told me they had no indication that I had previously cancelled. They told me that the charges were still pending and I had not been charged. But, the charge WAS completed and I HAD cancelled previously. This was much the same as I had heard the first time I called. So after the call with them, I called a different number for the company. After hanging up, I called the number provided on my bank statement. It was the same menu, but this time I was transferred to a service rep with an American accent. Once again, I explained the entire situation and that I wanted to cancel after the free trial and I had done so, but my request was not honored. At that time, I also requested a refund for the {$1.00} that was charged to my card at the start of the free trial to " verify '' my card. The XXXX dollar was supposed to be a temporary pre-auth just to verify that the card was active ( this is common for companies that offer free trials ) so I was not surprised by it. However, I WAS surprised that the charge was posted to my card as an actual fee. I was told that it is refundable, but must be requested. Also, I was told that the charge is only able to be refunded if someone cancels after the free trial and no longer uses the service. In the afternoon of XX/XX/2021, I received an email from the company telling me that they were so happy I chose to reverse the cancellation and keep my membership. I was shocked, and replied with an angry email. ( After visiting the site again at XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, it paradoxically states that my account is " inactive ''. It offered me another " free trial ''. No thank you! ) I then looked up the company on XXXX, to see if anyone else had problems with the company. I navigated to the XXXX, where I found hundreds of other complaints with the same or similar experiences. Some people had been charged unexpectedly MONTHS after cancelling. I clicked to go to the company webpage, where I found out that the real name in fact is XXXX XXXX, XXXX based in Texas. It is listed as an internet marketing company, not a more heavily regulated " financial service '' /credit repair service. This is in spite of advertising that use of their service can help people improve their scores. Later in the evening, I received another email from the company stating that my refund request for the {$1.00} was approved. Okay, but where is my other refund? The one for XXXX? I have received no correspondence from the company regarding them giving my money back, except for the email that informed me they were so happy I chose to stay with their family- except I didn't choose that. I find the service useless. I get nothing that I can't get from XXXX for a lower cost. Due in large part to the fact that a bulk of their XXXX website services appears to be outside the scope of their normal business activities, and that it is an internet marketing company, XXXX appears to be merely a data collection company operating under a false pretense of a credit repair company with a simple XXXX web app that reposts credit reports and scores. I do not feel comfortable or safe with them having all of my personal information. I do not want them selling/distributing ANY of my information to any third party. I will submit a fraud alert to all 3 major credit bureaus after I file this report. At approx. XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, I decided to call my card issuing bank and submit a dispute on the charge. I made a report, and also informed them that I planned on reporting the company to the FTC, because this seems to be a scam, or fraudulent business practices. I am lucky that I have flexible business hours and I work primarily from home on a salary, so I am able to spend all of this time and effort to cancel, get my money back, dispute the charges, report this, and place a fraud alert on my credit reports. Most people can not. The amount of hoops they make people jump through, and the level of difficulty for customers to cancel at the end of the free trial ( or ever ), makes cancellation untenable for most people, much less the additional steps I have taken. If I worked at XXXX, I would not have been able to do everything that I did. The sad thing is, this is a company that promises the ability to check one 's credit scores and reports and improve them, so people who are wage workers with little time and few resources are the ones most likely to sign up and provide all of their personal data. The company reels us in with the promise of a free week trial, only to collect consumers CC and ALL private info ( SS #, home address, full name ), then charges people for services they don't receive and makes it extremely difficult to get the money back. The fact that many consumers report fraudulent charges months after cancelling is bothersome. This is enough to convince me of a scam. I am a business owner myself, and I run a small company that accepts CC payments. I am familiar with running CCs, so I know that companies can easily run a {$1.00} pre-auth to test the card instead of a charge. People should not have their cards CHARGED {$1.00}, {$.00}, or even {$.00} for what they state is FREE. I have taken the steps to become XXXX compliant. The question is why are they storing people 's financial account information without express permission, months after the people are no longer doing business with them? I would NEVER think of retaining former customer 's card information after they have ceased to do business with me. There is something wrong about this. It is unlawful, and violates XXXX industry standards. You have my full and express permission to reprint, copy, and/or distribute this written document and all related documentary evidence and information to any and all third parties in any jurisdiction under the condition that my personal identifying information is redacted, unless certain personal identifying information is necessary in order to achieve a just outcome.

I was charged a total of {$600.00} by XXXX XXXX ( One Technologies LP ) consisting of 15 charges of {$39.00} and 1 charge of {$1.00}. The {$1.00} charge occurred on XX/XX/XXXX and each subsequent time ( x15 ) was charged {$39.00}. The last charge occurred on XX/XX/XXXX. These charges were on a small business credit card. I would have continued to be charged had an audit not been performed by myself ( owner of the company ). I immediately cancelled the credit card associated with this company on XX/XX/XXXX. I submitted a fraud charges dispute with my bank ( XXXX XXXX ). I received notice from XXXX XXXX that the charges from this company were legitimate despite me never giving personal information to them. So my claim was denied. I then called XXXX XXXX XXXX to immediately close whatever membership I was signed up for. The company confirmed the 16 charges amounting to {$600.00}. I made a complaint to this company that I did not voluntarily or knowingly sign up for their services. I never provided an email, billing information, or personal information so I have no idea how they received this information or who sold them this information, or who they partner with to get my information.. I requested a full refund from them on XX/XX/XXXX. I was granted a single refund for {$39.00}. I called back on XX/XX/XXXX and then again on XX/XX/XXXX. The 2nd call resulted in another refund of {$39.00}. The 3rd call resulted in 2 refunds of {$39.00} after speaking to a supervisor who was " authorized '' to give 2 more refunds. The phone rep said he was not authorized to provide any more refunds and that the remaining charges would be sent to the " billing '' department in " corporate '' and that they would review my account and make a determination in 3-4 business days. Of course 3-4 business days has passed and no contact has been made with me regarding the outcome. Over the phone, their responses confirmed that they could not be trusted because I used logic and sequence to reason with them, and they could not provide a logical response. Another reason why they can not be trusted is because they claim to have sent me emails regarding my account, which over the years of having my email account, I never received a single email until I contacted them and told them to send me emails to make sure they they tell me on the phone is on paper in email. The phone reps just constantly give me a runaround and provide no meaningful response when I ask a straightforward question. I made a 4th call on XX/XX/XXXX and they referred my case to the " legal '' department and said they could no longer help me over the phone. A member of the " legal '' team would call to assist me in 1-2 days. I told the rep that someone from billing in corporate was supposed to already have called me, as was stated to me in earlier phone calls. And as expected, no one from corporate called. This company has a history of questionable practices/scam. A XXXX lawsuit filed by the Illinois and Ohio Attorney Generals and the FTC on behalf of customers who were duped into this shady credit monitoring company. The settlement amounted to almost {$20.00} million being refunded to customers as of XXXX per FTC. An internet search of XXXX XXXX XXXX complaints results in numerous complaints that parallel mine exactly, and the litigation is public knowledge on FTC.gov. I am also a victim of this scam. It just so happened I was scammed starting in XXXX and not when this lawsuit was filed and settled.

I did file a complaint # XXXX but will again. I clicked on an ad that read '' XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '' on XX/XX/XXXX. It was explained to me to initiate the report I would have to submit a refundable {$1.00}. I did and received credit scores claiming to be from XXXX, XXXX and XXXX but no report. I thought this is free so scores are okay. I was looking on my bank account on XX/XX/XXXX a company named XXXX had withdrawn {$39.00} without my knowledge or consent. I immediately looked them up and found out they use many names but the parent company is One Technologies of XXXX, Texas. There are many complaints posted about how they have stolen from people by baiting and defrauding people. They were sued by the FTC and the states of Ohio and Illinois in XXXX. They had to refund {$22.00} XXXX dollars and are still continuing to profit by fraud. Today I called a number listed for them XXXX. No one was available leave a message. I did leaving my complaint, phone number and request for a refund. I called another number XXXX. A rep. named XXXX answered the phone for XXXX. I told him my compliant and requested a refund. I told him I don't have an account number because I never opened an account. He apologized many times be couldn't find my account under the email I had given and asked if I had another. I gave him it. He started talking about the humid weather that morning in XXXX. He talked about XXXX rain was the most recorded. How they were having floods. He was sorry about his voice it was from the mold and mildew. He told me how a bridge fell on a subway. I was silent while he talked. He wasn't engaging me so he then popped in " there is a note here '' that he had to ask his supervisor about please hold. Hold I did. I was not going to hang up. After some time he came back and said my account is being held at the corporate office, any further contact will have to be with them. I asked for a phone number. He said let me see and said that he did not have a phone number for them. He gave me the address, which I already had ... XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Texas,XXXX. I asked him what is their name? " XXXX is a product of XXXX XXXX XXXX ''. I will not have to contact them they will contact me. I asked approximately how long will I have to wait? He didn't answer but apologized for his reaction to mold and mildew. I then called CFPB and spoke to XXXX. I have some captures of the money they stole from me so he referred me to make a compliant online. I went to my inbox and found that XXXX had asked for my other email to send me a notice not to find my account. It was a cancellation notice as of XX/XX/XXXX for an account I never had! A confirmation number was included XXXX and a phone number to speak to one of their customer care professionals at XXXX. These people are flimflam thieves and need to be in jail.

This fraudulent company wrongfully charged my visa card ending in XXXX in the amount of {$39.00} on XXXX/XXXX/15 despite my having already called in 2 days prior to cancel on XXXX/XXXX/15 to cancel the ongoing membership with them before the next billing cycle began. I spoke to " XXXX '' on XXXX/XXXX/15, who went from stating he can help me with my cancellation, then in a desperate effort to keep me from canceling, holding on the phone for XXXX minutes, barely allowing me to speak. After XXXX minutes, XXXX finally told me that he had processed my cancellation request, sent me an email confirmation for the cancellation. Concerned about ongoing fraudulent billing practices and charges to my credit card, XXXX assured me that my card would not be billed any longer. I received the cancellation confirmation number : XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/15 indicating my membership had been cancelled. However, when I checked my XXXX XXXX checking account I discovered XXXX/One Technologies, L.P. had charged my XXXX card ending in XXXX in the amount of {$39.00} on XXXX/XXXX/15. Not only had this company billed me for ongoing service after cancellation, but they had the audacity to immediately restrict me from logging in and accessing the account. How dare you cancel my account and continue to bill me and then deny me access after you 've charged me for the whole month. Naturally, I assumed I would still have access to the account until the end of the month, being as though they had charged me already for the month of XXXX, but to my surprise and dismay they had restricted and denied any and all log-in and access to the account. How dare you. You charged me for the whole month, so I still have the right to access. I am disgusted and appalled by this scam company. They seem to take it personal, real personal when you choose to cancel your membership. They encourage, train their reps to aggressively bombard, burden, annoy and hold you up on the phone for upwards of 30 minutes by trying to distract and discourage and ultimately keep you from cancelling the expensive unimpressive, unsatisfactory services in hopes that they could persuade or should I say pressure you to choose XXXX of the for the exact same or similar, more appealing services for free or at a fraction of the cost, price it should have been at in the first place. What ever happened to just simply honoring the consumer 's request. I called you to cancel services. Period. Nothing less. Nothing more. They are hiding behind misleading advertising and false misrepresentations.

XXXX XXXX XXXX, conducting business under the name " XXXX, '' included the following solicitation on the web site of XXXX XXXX XXXX " 3 Credit Scores ( Free ) - Get Your Credit 3 Bureau Score View Your Latest Credit Scores From All 3 Bureaus in Just 60 Seconds For {$0.00}! '' I believe that is an outright lie and fraud equivalent to what you alleged in the XXXX and XXXX law suits. Copy of the relevant XXXX XXXX XXXX 's web page including the offending solicitation is included. In the late morning of XXXX XXXX, 2017, I went to the web site XXXX XXXX XXXX/ XXXX by clicking the link included in its solicitation on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX web site. I filled out the application for the allegedly free credit scores. The first 2 pages of the application required my name, address, social security number, birth date, where I lived when receiving social security number, answers regarding history of my residences and personal credit, email address, and establishing a user name and password for XXXX XXXX XXXX/ XXXX. When the 3rd page of the application was presented to me, it requested authorization to charge my credit card for 2 items. The 1st was a payment of {$1.00} charge for an initial 7 day free trial of a subscription program that provided the " free '' Credit Scores, which charge would be refunded by a refund request made within 7 days of the application. The 2nd was the automatic long term enrollment in the subscription program for a monthly subscription fee of {$39.00} automatically charged against by credit card unless I telephoned XXXX XXXX XXXX/XXXX in advance to cancel the subscription. I did not include the my credit card information in the application, authorize XXXX XXXX XXXX/ XXXX to place a charge against a credit card of mine or submit the application to it. THIS IS NOT " FREE '' OR " {$0.00}. '' I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX/XXXX and informed it of my experience, I considered its practices regarding the so-called " free '' offer to be false and illegal and requested it to remove my very sensitive information from its records, including any of its data bases. The person who took my call did not agree to do this, but did not state my information would be retained, and informed me by not submitting the application my very sensitive information would not be entered in its records. I believe this as far as I can throw the organization.

XX/XX/XXXX - Signed up to receive my credit information from XXXX with the offering of a {$1.00} credit score. Absolutely NO other obvious information informing me of additional charges or membership fees. XX/XX/XXXX - I realized that I had two charges on my credit card for the past two months for a {$39.00} monthly XXXX membership. I called the company to cancel my membership and receive a refund for the {$79.00} charged to me. The customer service representative on the phone assured me that my membership would be cancelled and that she would submit my request for a refund. She then proceeded to offer me a number of different options for continuing my membership with XXXX including discounted membership fees, additional services, etc. I refused all of the offerings and insisted that I only wanted to cancel my membership and receive my refund. The CS representative then told me that I could keep my account active for the remainder of the month at no charge but DID NOT inform me that I would have to call back at the end of the billing period to confirm the cancellation of my membership. She made it seem as though everything would be taken care of, I would not be charged further, and that as a concession I would be able to access their site for the remainder of the month. However, this was their way of keeping me on the hook and using deceptive means to keep me paying. XX/XX/XXXX - I receive an email from XXXX saying that my refund was not approved because it was outside the billing period. Even though the CS rep told me that I could have it refunded. XX/XX/XXXX - I check my credit card statement and realize that I have been charged every month of XX/XX/XXXX for the {$39.00} monthly XXXX membership even though I called and cancelled my account. - I then submit multiple requests demanding that I be refunded for all previous months that I was deceptively charged for services I did not agree to pay for and DID NOT USE. - I received a refund for 2 of the 7 months that I was incorrectly charged, but I received a denial of refund for the remainder of the months claiming that it was " outside the billing period ''. Total Amount Illegitimately Charged = {$270.00} Total Amount Refunded To Date = {$79.00} Total Outstanding Refund Due = {$190.00}

On XX/XX/XXXX, I checked my bank account and saw a charge of {$29.00} from a company called " National Credit Report.com ''. Upon further examination, I discovered I'd been charged that amount for at least 2 years and immediately found a number to call online. When I described the issue to the agent on the phone, she informed me I'd actually been charged this amount ( {$29.00} ) for more than SEVEN YEARS, which at least amounts to {$2500.00} with no knowledge on my part that I had ever signed up for this " credit monitoring service ''. She said it appeared my dad had likely signed me up for this service years ago under the lure of a free service ( for a limited time ), but I had no knowledge of this, they never tried to update contact information or reach me, the named " client '', which I just find to be unbelievably predatory. She also said the corporate office would be in touch with me within 5-7 business days - I just heard from them today ( XX/XX/20 ) in the form of a VERY hostile phone call from an agent who said the " onus is on you for not realizing this for 7 years '' among other things that did not lead me to believe I'd be getting a fair investigation from their corporation office. In case it's helpful, the complaint # they gave me is : XXXX. I also did some digging, and it appears the parent company had to pay {$20.00} XXXX to more than 140,000 consumers for what the FTC called " an online scheme that lured '' people into signing up for services like this https : //www.ftc.gov/news-events/press-releases/2016/09/ftc-return-almost-20-million-consumers-lured-credit-monitoring I'm not confident " National Credit Report '' will cooperate at this point but would deeply appreciate the help of the CFPB especially now ( coronavirus ) - I simply can not afford to let that money go.

I had an ad on the page at the site where I pay my electric bill. It was XXXX Credit Report offering a FREE credit report from 3 different credit scorers. " " XXXX Official | Get Your XXXX Report '' I have never done this before. I am a senior living on SS and wanted to know my score. I clicked on their ad. It was explained to me that they would take {$1.00} out of my card but would refund it to me. Today I went to check my bank account online. I saw a company I did not know OTL*ScoreSense had taken {$39.00} out of my bank account on XX/XX/XXXX without my knowledge or permission. I can't afford this and to me it is theft. I put OTL in XXXX search and saw many complaints that this company had did this to may others some had not noticed it the withdrawal or fees for months. The company directs callers to XXXX XXXX where their customer service representatives are located. Everyone is told the same thing that they have no authority to reimburse or return money. It is Saturday so I have not tried yet but don't expect any other response. The company also will not close " your account '' where they claim they are protecting your credit cards from fraud. They are the frauds. I never asked for this service or signed up for it. I had given them my information on XX/XX/XXXX under their direction they needed the {$1.00} but I would be refunded. That {$1.00} was taken out by OTL*ScoreSense and wasn't refunded. I am worry sick they will not refund my money and take more after reading the FTC and the states of Ohio and Illinois brought lawsuits against One Technologies, owners of ScoreSense, in XX/XX/XXXX. Most of settlement money -- XXXX XXXX was refunded to customers and that was closed in XX/XX/XXXX. Here they are continuing the same fraud today in my state Pennsylvania and others.

XX/XX/2018 - we discovered a company has been charging us for monthly credit reports. Neither my wife nor I can ever recall signing up for a monthly credit report service. Yet we recently discovered that a company called XXXX and/or One Technologies, LLC of XXXX, Texas has been charging us a monthly fee of {$29.00} since the beginning of 2018 for it. However, a customer service agent we contacted verified that we have not been receiving them by mail or accessing them online. Even so, the company is refusing to refund our money which now amounts to {$290.00}. I believe XXXX/One Technologies is practicing " predatory '' sales practices and enrolling people, like us, unwittingly in some kind of a monthly credit report subscription plan. But it's a scam. XXXX and I wouldn't know what to do with a monthly credit report even if we had one. Please help us recover our money and stop them from doing this to other people. " After reevaluation, Ive afforded *** two additional refunds of {$29.00}, which now gives her a 120-day reimbursement covering all four months she was billed in XXXX. '' This leaves a balance of {$1200.00} for services not requested nor needed by someone with excellent credit.

Back in XXXX XXXX XXXX, I evidently went online to research my credit score. I found an offer from a company named " XXXX '' ( One Technologies LLC ) for free credit reports. I thought I was getting a " free report '', but evidently i was being charged {$29.00} a month for a service I did not subscribe too. I just wanted a one time free report which I should be entitled to. I have received ZERO communications from XXXX since that time. Then out of the blue, I get an email on XX/XX/XXXX about a monthly subscription payment. " This is a receipt for your monthly subscription payment for XXXX. We successfully charged {$29.00} to your XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, in accordance with your member agreement. This charge will show up on your card statement as XXXX. " This was the first time I ever received any communication from them about monthly charges. I went back through my email history and nothing! I found a number to thier customer care department and immediately contacted them. I discovered that i have been billed a {$29.00} charge 49 times without my consent or knowledge. I have since done some research and discovered that this same company was fined XXXX XXXX back in XXXX for the exact same deceptive practices. I feel like I fall into this catagory and want my money back and the company to be punished. Company listed address is : XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TX XXXXXXXX

I want to report consumer fraud. I used XXXX, which I believe is located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX Pmb XXXX, XXXX TX XXXX. After entering my information, I received three credit scores from the various bureaus. The scores I received from XXXX were XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. XXXX represented that these were my scores and advertised its services to improve the scores. I know I have excellent credit and was surprised by my scores, so I went to XXXX and requested my scores and reports from all three bureaus. I did this within minutes off receiving the scores from XXXX. My actual scores are XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. It became clear to me that XXXX was reducing the actual scores of consumers in order to encourage the sale of their services. After a period of time, XXXX could simply report the actual scores and claim that their efforts improved my scores worked, improving the chances that they will get an ongoing customer. This is clearly consumer fraud and unfair business practices. I immediately cancelled the recurring fee by phone, but was left disturbed at what occurred.

I applied for a auto loan from my bank via phone. I was asked by the loan officer to check my own credit score since she was having trouble with her computer. I was told that she uses " XXXX XXXX '' and that it would be free. I did as requested. Now when I check my online banking statement, I see that I was charged {$1.00} ( XX/XX/XXXX ) from " XXXX XXXX for this credit check I am assuming. Then 4 days later ( on XX/XX/XXXX ) I also receive a charge for {$29.00} from the same vendor. When I did a search for this vendor I can see that there is a complaint board set up fot this same particular vendor. When I started researching some of these complaints I can see that this practice of unauthorized charging of bank accounts seems to be a common practice. I have called my bank and disputed these charges and cancelled my debit card and asked for a new one to be issued to stop this vendor from charging my account any further since from the other complaints that I have read seems to be the normal practice.

So I noticed today that on a credit card that I don't hardly ever use that I was being charged by a company called XXXX. So I called them and was told I had been signed up with them since XXXX. I tried to sign on and it showed that I had never been on the site. Why would I sign up for something and then never ever sign on to the account? So I called them and she kept saying over and over that I signed up for trial. Which I'm not aware that I did I've never even heard the name XXXX. I had them cancel it, but I have been charged XXXX since XXXX and it is now XXXX. I do not believe I ever signed up with them. And the proof I have is I've never been on their website. When I tried to cancel she tried to give me half my money back in order to stay. I told her now and canceled.
