ASURINT I RECENTLY APPLIED FOR EMPLOYMENT WITH XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CO XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX Who used Assurint to gather my background information. The only thing reported is listed below, HOWEVER... X this case is not been to court X I have not been found guilty X They list this on my report completely setting aside the presumption of innocence until guilty, a United States constitutional provision and right afforded every citizen of this country. And furthermore as evidenced by the status of PENDING, therefore know adjudication of guilt having been given or taken, and in furtherance of the fact that the disposition of this service to site or allege that these issues are of any validity having not been convicted, sets aside the entire presumption of innocence. It casts the candidate myself, in a negative light and just so in a way as to list this information in the body of their report no differently in no different way with no disclosure and no care for words to say this matter has not been heard and has not been found guilty. In this particular case this is a case of fraud on behalf of the supposed afflicted party. It was a personal motor vehicle incident that they claim, whereby they claim to have been hit by me on the highway and I did not stop and etc. When in fact we were in rush hour traffic doing no more than 5 miles an hour and someone whoever they are hit me. They hit a fender on my personal recreational trailer. When I fold over to examine The circumstances to see what happened who hit me and where I did so and got out of the vehicle I walked around it twice including the truck and the trailer and I only noticed a very minor dent on a fender on my small tandem axle recreation trailer. That fender to be replaced completely I know to be about {$100.00}. Being in a XXXX XXXX we often have to replace them because the guys hit them with mowers etc. In this instance when I pull over there was no one for a good almost 2 mi behind me cuz I could see that far that I pulled over for any reason not even a stalled car. However the highway was littered with thousands of cars at a Friday rush hour speed of about 5 mph. No one bothered to pull over as this scam goes and after walking around my trailer and determining why am I going to report this there's no one here The damage is {$100.00} for my insurance deductible XXXX I mean it does no it's not going to do anything of any value and you're not required to report it if you don't want to. Why am I going to sit here and rush hour and wait for a policeman to come right or report I'm sure he has anything to do I do too. The next day I get a call from a state patrol that they have whoever this is has called from the side of the road apparently and said that I hit them and didn't stop to do anything about it. Our state highway DOT cameras will show you clearly my stopping Yes and walking around the vehicle for about 6 to 8 minutes in total plenty of time for someone to pull over or honk a horn or identify themselves as being afflicted by my driving. I did not change lanes I didn't do anything I simply was continuing down our 5 mph journey down the highway when something bumped my trailer. So what they do is they hit you in a place where it's inconspicuous enough and insignificant enough for you not to call the police for insurance. Small insignificant items like a trailer fender or not monetarily in any way worth filing a claim for you'll be many times upside down. so what they do is they hit you They let you go on down the road They filter back out of traffic onto the shoulder They stop act for them and then somehow call the police. The police come I don't know what their intention is for the rest of the process but I know that I've been dealing with this for 2 years and the solicitor and myself and others are building a case against these people for massive amounts of insurance rackety and fraud and I hope that we help them see this is not helpful for anyone to be creating fictitious almost carjacking attempts. I was trying to get a job and I got an denied and sent an adverse action. When I finally received the adverse action letter it stated the information was transfer to the employer from ASURINT. ASURINT Traffic & solicited my personal Identification number & my credit card information which are both access devices. Trafficking an access device is considered fraud and an crime according to the law! The items on this consumer report was approved and authorized directly or indirectly by me using my access devices & credit cards meaning that should not be included on my consumer report! The information on my consumer report was not contain correctly according to the law! ASURINT Is liable criminally and civilly for the damages and violations against me XXXX XXXX the Natural Person & Consumer! I have requested my credit report to obtain additional information of items reporting on my credit that was unauthorized. On XXXX/XXXX/2016, Asurint provided a employment background check report on me for their client XXXX XXXX XXXX. Asurint claimed I had a criminal misdemeanor charge which I disputed directly with the prospective employer and Asurint as not belonging to me and identity fraud. The report in question clearly states charges against a XXXX XXXX XXXX ( my name is XXXX XXXX XXXX ) with addresses not used or belonging to me. Asurint fraudulently stated the criminal report claimed alsias ( es ) XXXX XXXX XXXX which is not true. The criminal report clearly states criminal charges against a XXXX XXXX XXXX and it does not state anywhere in the charging documents XXXX XXXX XXXX was charged with a crime or XXXX XXXX XXXX was using an alias XXXX XXXX XXXX. The criminal charges does not show or state both XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX were both charged with a crime or using aliases. The criminal report does not reflect my social security number and I have disputed use of addresses listed on report to all the specialty resellers supplying inaccurate date to companies like Asurint that are using inaccurate addresses to associate or attached my name to criminal charges. Under the FCRA I requested Asurint to validate their claim and provide the actual charging documents showing my social security number and charges against XXXX XXXX XXXX or courts records clearly stating XXXX XXXX XXXX was using a alias XXXX XXXX XXXX to date Asurint is refusing to valid their claim and supply the information. In addition, I requested the names, physical and emails addresses, telephone and fax numbers and contact names of all parties associating my social number with said inaccurate addresses to date Asurint has refused to provide this information to allow the consumer to dispute the inaccurate information directly with their source.

XXXX did a criminal background check on me and they took longer than expected to complete. Once I did get the information presented to me they reported fraudulently a felony criminal charge that was not accurate. I was told by the representative " XXXX '' I believe when I called in that Nevada was reporting the charge as a felony.I did immediately ask to speak to the compliance department and was transferred to a voiceless voicemail. I left a message. When I called to Nevada to verify what the issue was the clerks office did report that the company was inaccurate and the the only charge being reported publicly should have been a XXXX XXXX XXXX aka XXXX XXXX. I left the contact number when I called a second time to the compliance voicemail for XXXX which was for a supervisor by the name of XXXX or XXXX at XXXX for the XXXX XXXX justice court criminal division. This has caused me not only a further delay in my potential employment but the inaccuracy can now completely revoke my eligibility for employment.

I am seeking your help diligently because I was denied a job for a background check. The hiring manager claimed everything was a go and I did the drug screening, fitness exam, and even a XXXX physical to find out later on that human resources denied my employment. I applied to be a XXXX for XXXX XXXX who in turn used ASURINT ( background company ) to run a background. After being denied because of this, I researched and found out that ASURINT should not have gone back further than 7 years into my past especially if the jog was going to pay less than XXXX per year. XXXX things based upon my preliminary research. 1. ) Background check : 7 years back ( 2 ) Makes less than XXXX per year. I thought E.E.O.C., F.T.C., and you all had rules in place regarding hiring people.

In XX/XX/XXXX I had a report ran on me through XXXX and XXXX companies through asurint services, On the report it said that on XX/XX/XXXX it said I went in for assault in the 4th degree on a county criminal record. That already is 8 years past the date it should be on my consumer report. I also noticed right below that it said judgement was placed on XX/XX/XXXX when the judge had acquitted the charge in XXXX by judge XXXX XXXX of XXXX county. All of this judgement is very old and inaccurate. I tried to ask for an appeal due to this back jn XXXX as it prevented me from working during covid and living in a rural area, at any XXXX and XXXX companies when i had great job potential. The employer never got back to me about why i wasnt hired.

I have NEVER used the last names, XXXX or XXXX. I have ALWAYS used the last name XXXX. Please discontinue listing XXXX and XXXX as names I have used. I never had any ID or documents using the last names XXXX or XXXX. My driver 's license and passport have always listed me as XXXX. For every job and credit, I have used XXXX. They keep putting stuff on my background report that goes pass the expected time needed in order for me to obtain a job.For example my job only goes 7 years back on a background check but they put stuff on there from 15 years and 13 and 11 years back that is negative and purposely trying to hender me from receiving employment. Im ready to sue them for discrimination damages and violating my cares act rights. Its totally damaging to a persons future and its unfair to a person that has changed their life around and they bring up things not even needed.

Several times for different background checks for employment ive seen now on my record it shows as if I have an active warrant which I DO NOT. It has my case from more recently showing I have even been to court since the supposed warrant issue date and I've confirmed multiple times with the clerk that I have NO WARRANT, yet it shows up as though I have a warrant for some kind of drug charge I know NOTHING about. This is affecting my life and ruining my employment chances and it NEEDS to be fixed.

Company " One Source Technology, LLC '' dba " Asurint '' ( Asurint ) requested payment on " one-time fee '' that did not materialize services to Client. Client was informed by Asurint to pay fee using an email online form or Asurint 's legal team would file a claim against Client. Client responded with completed authorization form within due time. Asurint did not process the payment. Rather, after 1 month of not responding, Asurint filed a claim from their legal team to collect more funds.

The reporting company asurint used my criminal history over seven years ago and now I was disqualified from two job opportunities. I called the company and was told that since I live in Florida they can use any criminal history no matter how long ago it was according to your website anything over seven years can not be reported so I'm not sure if they are correct. The employer contacted me and told me i was not honest about my background and im still on probation ( WHICH IM NOT ) so i was not able to be hired anymore. That news got back to my school that im currently enrolled in and now i am in danger of getting dropped from school because you need to have a pre hire to be in school.
