Called and reported to be from a law firm representing a company tryong to serve me with a summons. Then called both of my parents immediately after o did n't answer the phone and left the same message. I called back and they threatened to send the process server to my work and that I needed to take care of thos now. I told them I do n't know who the credit card was from and do n't even remember having it. They continued the tactics until i agreed verbally to a payment plan. Then they sent me a contract to stop the process. Once I had a few minutes to think, I checked the XXXX clerk of courts and there were no suits against me and then looked at my credit and thos was n't even listed.
