I took my son to the emergency room with intermountain hospital XX/XX/XXXX. My son is double insured with XXXX and XXXX. In XXXX of XXXX I did a credit check and seen that this was on my credit so I called XXXX thinking this was my fianc bill found out it was for my son. They told me there was nothing I could do since XXXX did not pay the bill now I have to. I made 2 payment under that statement and was going to pay off when I taxes. However this was sent to Olson Shaner attorney for a lawsuit. After doing some research and calling XXXX and the original debt owner I found that the bill was paid by XXXX within 3 months after this incident. I sent the call recording of XXXX XXXX saying I didnt owe the bill after months of communicating with them finally got a itemized bill showing I did not owe the bill. I also got a estimate of benefits from XXXX showing that the bill was paid as well. I then called XXXX to verify that they got the information and was told that the original bill owner is still saying I owe the bill. Im not sure what else to do at this point. I do believe this is 1 insurance fraud. 2 unfair debt collection.

I was informed of a pending garnishment, prior to that i was contact by a scam artist that told me about the debt. I have contacted both parties to gather more information. They say that i have been sent everything they have. I asked for the fees in writing and i was told that is not a option. According to Olson Shaner I will be garnished for this amount that i am disputing. This debit is form 2008, it has taken them almost 9 years to collect. I have tried and tried to gather as much information i can about this debit and yet all i have is a dental ledger and some notes. Company is not willing to assist me with any other data. This is not listed at all on my credit report anywhere. I have attached the document in which they say i owe.

Back around XXXX of 2019 I had XXXX, no insurance at the time. About a year ago that debt was sold to a different company and they started saying that they were sueing me. No warning They didnt hand me papers but they handed to one of my roommates I then tried to work with them and they continued to add fees we settled with my first payment and they told me they wouldnt add any interest or fees and I continued to make payments I think I may have missed a month or two of no payments and I believe they just added more fees and interest they are being really aggressive and they are trying every way possible to get more money out of me. Its not fair I have a lot going on Im not rich Im poor I have a low income job with a lot of bills

On XX/XX/2022, I received a court summons from Olson Shaner, XXXX XXXX XXXX. This was the first communication I had ever had with Olson Shaner. I was never given any notice of debt or the opportunity to dispute the debt.
