Our non-profit organization was abused and harassed by XXXX XXXX, Olde City Financial. The company collecting the debt switched collection agencies to a collections attorney. We settled the debt with the attorney for {$25000.00} one year ago. We send payments each month to the attorney and have paid {$14000.00} to date. Three months ago, I started receiving undated collection notices from Olde City Financial stating they receive our payment and requesting payments ranging from {$35000.00} to {$38000.00}. Please make them stop. I don't want to contact them for fear the long, abusive phone messages will start again ( I saved them ), emails, calls after hours, calls to my work, etc. Thank you.

This person ( XXXX ) continues to call my cell phone when I have continuously told him that I am not the person he is looking for. I said if he knew who he was looking for he'd have the correct number, or he could XXXX the business number of who he was looking for. He just kept trying to go off on me to '' justify '' calling and not leaving me alone even when I kept saying that I am not who he's looking for. XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and Olde set-up XXXX as a means of delivering disputes from the credit reporting agencies to the data furnishers. XXXX does not work!!!! I have had XXXX for numerous years, and have NEVER received a notification of a dispute. Furthermore, I can document instances, that a negative credit blemish was deleted without XXXX notification ... a clear violation of the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. XXXX is JOKE!!!!!!!
