I am writing to file a complaint and request an investigation into the circumstances that resulted in the continued incorrect reporting of my student loans under the Oklahoma Student Loan Authority ( OSLA ) from XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I applied and was approved for student loan forgiveness under the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Student Loan Discharge Program on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX to forgive a debt balance of a little over $ XXXX. According to XXXX, who processed my student loan discharge application, OSLA was notified that 13 of my student loans were approved for discharge on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. Between On XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted OSLA to check the status of them updating my student loans accounts with the 3 major credit reporting agencies ( CRAs ), XXXX, XXXX and XXXX to reflect the new discharge status. I explained that I was preparing to apply for a mortgage loan and wanted to ensure that my credit reports reflected as paid in full and the lower debt-to-income ratio. Each time I called, OSLA repeatedly stated that they had not yet received the required information or payment from XXXX ( OSLA customer service reps told me something different ) to discharge the loans, despite XXXX also confirming each time that they had met all requirements. Finally, on XXXX XXXX XXXX, I spoke with an OSLA representative who stated the 13 student loans had been discharged, the balance on each loan was now XXXX and that OSLA would be reporting this XXXX balance to the 3 credit reporting agencies ( CRAs ) within the next few days. On that same day, to confirm the balances, I checked my OSLA student loan account online and XXXX balances were reflected for each of the student loans. I began the process of preparing to apply for a mortgage loan. On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I received alerts from all 3 CRAs showing several changes to my credit reports and that my credit scores had plummeted. Upon investigation, I saw that instead of reporting XXXX balances for the loans to the CRAs, OSLA had reported a balance increase for each of the 13 loans, which were now reporting higher amounts than what I actually owed. My student loan debt had now increased to over $ XXXX. In addition, two loans that had been paid off and reporting as XXXX since XXXX, now suddenly reflected a balance due, which caused them to now report as being in default, although I had never been late on these accounts. I immediately contacted OSLA for an explanation. After speaking to several representatives, I received a mixed bag of explanations, with the last being from the supervisor XXXX XXXX, who explained that in order to prepare refunds owed to be for amounts that Id already paid toward the balance of the loans, amounts to be refunded to were re-added to my balance. This resulted in the erroneous reporting. She also stated that the representative that I was spoke with on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX was incorrect and that my loans had not yet been discharged. This was confusing, since my online accounts were showing a XXXX balance. Whatever the case, I explained that regardless of inhouse account processes, the only balances that should have been reported were my balances as they were prior to XXXX XX/XX/XXXX or a XXXX balance after XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, if the accounts were indeed discharged as told me on that date. XXXX XXXX began the process of trying to resolve the issue and provided me with a memo detailing the errors and anticipated corrections to provide to my mortgage company. Although, the balances in the memo still reflected the increased amounts, not my actual debt amount. As required by law, I also submitted a dispute with XXXX CRA. Between XXXX XX/XX/XXXX there were a series of updates to my loans with the CRAs, eventually resulting in the loan balances reflecting correctly as XXXX balance, closed, paid in full, with no defaults. However, on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I again received alerts for the CRAs stating that there were again changes to my student loans. Upon investigation, I saw that 8-9 ( depending on the CRA ) of the student loans were again reporting with a balance due, to include one account again reporting as in default. My credit score plummeted AGAIN. On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted the CRAs and each stated that the balances are as reported per OSLA last updates, dated XX/XX/XXXX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX. I then contacted OSLA. During my conversation with an OSLA, I was first told that the balances reported to the CRAs, as alerted on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, had been reported in response to the disputes that I filed in early XXXX relating to the initial error in reporting on XXXX XXXX. While I understood that OSLA was required to respond to the disputes, I questioned why OSLA responded with incorrect information. The representative first explained that they had to report my last balance. If this were the case, then a XXXX balance, closed and paid as agreed should have been reported for all 13 accounts, as that was what was accurate and last reported. I also questioned why only some accounts were affected, if this was simply a case or reporting prior information. The representative could not provide a clear explanation and by the end of the conversation the representative began denying that OSLA had reported any updates to the CRAs at all since XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. The OSLA rep insisted that this was a CRA error, not an OSLA error, and directed me to contact the CRAs for assistance. I again contacted the CRAs and they made very clear that they only report information provided by the furnisher. I continued trying to get this sorted out with OSLA and they simply said that they would send an update, but provided no explanation as what happened. Between XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, some of the loan accounts were corrected, however, two are still reflecting a balance. Ive spoken to OSLA representatives 3 more times since XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, still with no clear explanation as to what happened or why some of my accounts are still reporting inaccurately. As of today, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke with XXXX XXXX again, who stated that the credit department reps told her that the error in reporting may have been caused by someone failing to pay attention something when they responded to the CRA disputes and that the credit reps were reviewing my account and would be joining our call to further explain the reporting errors. The credit reps never joined our call. Instead, Mrs XXXX apologized, stated that the credit reps would work to resolve the issue and that she would provide me with another memo confirming that my account was discharged on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and paid in full to fax to the CRAs. The call ended with no further explanation as to the continued reporting errors. The balance on my student loan accounts is currently reporting as {$22000.00}, although I owe {$0.00}. Regardless of OSLA permanent correction of these errors, these careless errors have destroyed my credit and ability to secure a mortgage loan. It impossible for me to regain the credit score points lost or anticipated points that I may have gained upon repayment of my student loans. Nor, do any gains matter when the errors in reporting continue. Further, there is still the question of, if my account was discharged on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, why did the account continue to report with balances in through XXXX? None of it makes sense. Due to this continued irretrievable damage to my credit standing, it is important that an investigation into this matter be initiated. I have attached letters received from OSLA and a Word document reflecting the two accounts still reporting incorrectly as of today, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am a young XXXX in my last few months of training. I have a lot of student loan debt from undergrad and graduate school that has been collecting interest for the past 6 years ( under mandatory service-based forbearance during XXXX XXXX/XXXX per this form from the federal direct loan/FFELP- XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) while I completed a XXXX XXXX in XXXX and a second XXXX/XXXX in XXXX XXXX. I will graduate later this year and start a job in Arkansas as one of only 2 XXXX XXXX in that state. My husband and I are attempting to qualify for a home loan but there is incorrect information on my credit report regarding my student loans. I have emailed the lender 4 times, sent several faxed letters and called several times but no one at the lender can help me ( and the person in the department who might be able to help me is never available ) and no one from OSLA returns my calls or emails. Here is the initial letter I sent via email and fax to my lender last month : Oklahoma Student Loan Authority ( OSLA ) has incorrectly reported to credit bureaus that my loans were over 90 days delinquent during a time in which my loans were in deferment/forbearance. All of my student loans have been in deferment/forbearance while I am completing my XXXX education and training. I have been a XXXX XXXX XXXX ( at XXXX institutions consecutively- XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ) from XX/XX/XXXX, until the present time and will remain in full time student/resident status until XX/XX/XXXX. My accounts were incorrectly reported as being over 90 days delinquent in XX/XX/XXXX. I have included a letter from my institution stating that I have been enrolled as a XXXX XXXX XXXX in a residency training program at XXXX for the dates in question. I have XXXX loans with OSLA that were reported incorrectly during XX/XX/XXXX. These are the corresponding loan numbers reported to credit bureaus : XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, My OSLA account number is XXXX.

I am in the process of trying to get approval for a mortgage in order to purchase a home in the city where I will be starting my new job in Arkansas in XXXX. It is very important that this is taken care of as quickly as possible so my credit reports can be updated. Please send a letter to all XXXX major credit bureaus asking them to correct this reporting. Please also email me a copy of the letter once you have sent it so I can give it to my loan officer. I sincerely appreciate your assistance in this matter. Please let me know what additional information you need from me in order to correct this on my credit report. I am also faxing a copy of this letter and the attached documents to OSLA fax : XXXX XXXX and XXXX.Thank you! ***Please see attached document " signed letter for loans '' to verify XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX training** After I did not receive a response to this request despite sending it to multiple fax numbers and email addresses for OSLA, I contacted the OSLA customer service line again. The person I spoke with there said that she was unable to do anything to help me and I would need to call back later in the week to speak to someone in another department that was not currently available. So I collected more information from the OSLA website ( a copy of the information on the OSLA website is included in the attachments as " XXXX OSLA packet '' ). I then sent that information along with this email to OSLA : I spoke with a customer service person with OSLA today and I would like to submit this additional information to help resolve this. On XX/XX/XXXX, I completed my initial XXXX training in XXXX XXXX at XXXX. At that time, since I had completed that training, I understood that my forbearance on my student loans had ended. The following day, XX/XX/XXXX, I began the second part of my XXXX training in XXXX at XXXX. Believing that my student loans were no longer in forebearance I submitted a forbearance request to OSLA on XX/XX/XXXX. I maintained a copy of the signed request. As it clearly states on the form, the forbearance request is valid for 12 months. I assumed this was correct and did not submit another forbearance request until early in XXXX. At that time I believed I was well before the deadline by which OSLA would need a new request since I had submitted a verified request only a few months earlier in XX/XX/XXXX. I was informed today by the customer service rep at OSLA that it is likely that request sent in XX/XX/XXXX was never processed as it was " too early ''. I was never aware of this. Over the past 3 years I have religiously submitted forbearance request documents to OSLA at least twice per year ( and maintained copies of those documents along with forms showing the faxed forms were sent successfully ) and according to the information available to me on your website, my loans were in forbearance from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX and years prior to that and since that time as well. I have included a packet of information ( attached to this email ) that is solely obtained from the OSLA website. The first page lists loan numbers and amounts. You will notice the only loans with a balance are loans number XXXX. The following 6 pages ( pages 2-7 ) are the individual loan information for each of those XXXX loans, including the loan numbers which are XXXX, corresponding with the loan numbers on page 1. On pages 8 and 9 of that attached packet with information obtained directly from the OSLA website, those XXXX loans are all listed as being in forbearance from XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX. There is no mention of any dates during XXXX that the loan was in repayment. If the loans were in forbearance at that time- which according to the OSLA website they all were- then there 's no way I could be reported to credit bureaus as being late or delinquent on payments. The information on your own website shows that the reporting to the credit bureaus was a mistake. I will finally start repayment on my loans later this year and will continue to be a good customer to OSLA for years to come if you will please make this right and report the error to the credit bureaus. However, if this mistake is not corrected promptly, I will have no choice but to file reports with the credit bureaus to dispute the inaccuracies as well as reporting to the Better Business Bureau and the government agencies that oversee student loan lenders. I would really like to avoid taking this any further. Please contact me with any questions. Thank you XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXXXXXX I would really appreciate help from you at the consumer financial protection bureau in helping me to get this resolved quickly. We are scheduled to close on our house XX/XX/XXXX, and will need to have verification of the requested changes to my credit report by at least XX/XX/XXXX. I have dedicated my life, my time and my money ( over $ 300K in student loans ) to caring for sick children in a rural state with limited access to care. Please do n't let one mistake by a lender cost me the opportunity to own a home of my own now that I am completing my training.

I would like to report this institution to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for investigation i may be the only person standing up but it's better to stand alone than no tall I am confident that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX will take appropriate action to address my concerns, and I hope that this will encourage others to also speak out against injustice. It appears that I do not have any rights as an XXXX with a XXXX. As such, I have no legal recourse to ensure my rights are being respected. I have already reached out to the college for support, but my requests have gone unanswered. This lack of response and action has made me realize that I have to be the one to stand up for my rights and the rights of those who may be too scared or unable to speak for themselves. For the purpose of obtaining a better and more effective education, I randomly browsed schools in order to see what offers they had, and XXXX constantly urged me to enroll there, they were catchy in the concept of applying without having to pay an applicant fee. XXXX was attractive to me because of its reputation for providing a high-quality education, and the fact that I could apply without an additional fee was a major bonus. I was particularly drawn to the school 's emphasis on providing students with a wide range of resources and opportunities to help them succeed. During my quest for a better life, I lived in a shelter when I was pressured into signing a loan agreement. Despite knowing that I was homeless, the school did not offer classes on financial literacy in order to assist me in understanding the implications of taking out a loan. Their actions showed a blatant disregard for my wellbeing, highlighting their callous and inhumane approach. In response to my request for my high school diploma, I explained that I had obtained my education in XXXX and had recently moved to the United States. The school office was unable to provide a copy of my diploma because they did not have records from my school in XXXX. They suggested that I contact the XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX to get a copy. I then contacted the XXXX and was able to obtain a copy of my diploma. Additionally, I was required to submit proof of my educational equivalency to the U.S. educational system to ensure I was eligible for attendance at the school. However, they didn't wait until those documents were received and started me on the course immediately. For example, they allowed me to start the course while I was still in the process of receiving my transcripts from my home country. I was initially promised a computer but was unable to obtain one for the start of my studies. It is understandable that the school would want me to start the course as soon as possible. However, I was not able to get the necessary materials for the course, which put me at a disadvantage. I think the school should have waited until I had everything I needed before starting the course. In lieu of submitting any formal documentation, I opted to withdraw verbally from the course during the second to third week of the semester I believe the school should have been more understanding of my situation and allowed me more time to get the materials I needed. This would have ensured a fairer start to the course for me and allowed me to contribute to the course on an equal footing with the other students. The certification that I received from XXXX has not been accepted in the United States due to the fact that I have not met the prerequisites for acceptance. In the United States, certification requirements for a particular field must be met in order for the certification to be accepted. This includes specific courses, exams and experience requirements. Since I have not met these requirements, the certification is not valid in the US. At the end of the semester, I was contacted by the institution regarding the renewal of my financial aid. At that point, I informed the representative that I had withdrawn from the program in the second to third week for the reasons outlined above. The representative acknowledged my withdrawal and stated they would be reversing the charges for the semester. I was relieved to hear this, as it meant I could put the matter behind me and focus on the future. My credit report immediately reflected a bill of {$1600.00} for student loans for a reason that was unclear to me. I have called the school multiple times and have been there a number of times, but this issue can not be resolved. They are sending it to financial aid, who then send me to student loans. I am disputing the charge with the credit bureau. It may be necessary for the school to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau if the issue can not be resolved.

This letter is in reference to a seven-year ongoing student loan issue with the Oklahoma Student Loan Authority and XXXX XXXX University. During my duration as a student at XXXX XXXX University issued a series of student loans in my behalf for education purposes. At the time of enrollment and prior to attending I notified the register and financial aid department that I was a XXXX dependent through Title 1 and my parent was a recipient of Social Security. After being accepted and allowed to study during mid semester there was an issue with financial aid. I was presented and offered student loans based on the fact that I was an out of state student and my parent was on fixable income based on XXXX. During my time at the school I was forced to withdraw per recommendation from the XXXX XXXX University Staff administrative decision while on winter break after I was denied a Family Loan total in over XXXX. No counseling was involved in applying for this particular loan. I was only approved for two FFELP loans. Due diligence was not following upon my withdrawal I was not given prior 30 day notice nor did I secure my items from my door room. A letter was sent out to me the week of winter break XX/XX/XXXX. That letter disclosed that school and federal debt would be discharged due to my lack of ability to repay or afford the debt owed to the school and federal debt taken to secure for education purposes for the course of two semesters. I only completed one full semester. XXXX Letter is attached as Exhibit 1. This issue concerning the federal debt reoccurred in XXXX based on late notice given by OSLA therefore I provided the letter that was sent from the administration office at XXXX XXXX University. No additional actions were taken and no correspondences were received from OSLA or XXXX. In XXXX, a letter was sent to my employer for wage garnishment for loans taken from OSLA. Prior to that date I did not receive any correspondences from OSLA from the initial complain in XXXX. Violation That Occurred ( 1 ) Deception and Misleading Information : a. I was ultimately mislead and deceived by XXXX XXXX University and Oklahoma Student Loan Authority about this discharged debts. After being given a letter from the administration at XXXX the letter stated that all debts would be discharged ( school and federal ) based on my inability to pay. ( 2 ) Predator Lending a. My inability of payment was a known fact by the XXXX administration and student loan department based on my enrollment factors and verbal notification. It was predatory loan on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX and OSLA. Whereas the Oklahoma Student Loan Authority was notified by XXXX that I was an XXXX XXXX displaced student with XXXX income. Based on an email received from OSLA XXXX XXXX Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist. The loan that I was given was specifically designed for this : The approval of student loans is, by design, not based on a students income or credit record ( or lack thereof ). Student loans were created so that persons from disadvantaged backgrounds, who might not be otherwise be considered creditworthy, could obtain the funds necessary to pay for education Email is attached as Exhibit 2 ( 3 ) Lack of Education Given about to loan XXXX and notification of borrowers rights a. XXXX and OSLA forwarded a document that indicated that loan counseling was administered. That document stated that it was a profile created by XXXX. The document is not signed or initialed by myself. Only stamped without signature of receipt. See attachment Exhibit 3. ( 4 ) XXXX did not inform the OSLA of their withdrawal decision until XXXX. ( 5 ) The OSLA Loan history is incorrect no letters were mailed in efforts to notify me ( 6 ) Wages were garnished for a loan that should have been discharged According to the correspondences received OSLA and XXXX offered me a predatory loan that has following me over 11 years and in act of retaliation refused to communicate, resolve, and discharge the matter as promised by their letter. The default has been on my credit report, which has resulted in XXXX and equal opportunity for housing, employment and education. OSLA and XXXX understand the effects of how important federal debts and their lasting effects. Ive attempted to resolve this issue for 10 years to date.

Summary : OSLA ruined my credit starting on XX/XX/XXXX, when it reported false, in fact entirely manufactured, credit information to my credit reports. When I called and discussed it with them, they initially lied. Full Synopsis : On XX/XX/XXXX, I learned through credit monitoring that OSLA was suddenly reporting open accounts with balances to my reports. In XXXX, my accounts had been transferred by the XXXX department of education to another servicer, XXXX, so this reporting was simply impossible. Nevertheless, OSLA did it, causing my score to drop because both XXXX and OSLA are now reporting the same loans ( thereby doubling the amount of reported debt ). I telephoned and was told by the representative that OSLA did not report this false information. This was an intentional misrepresentation. The OSLA representative lied. So, I wrote an email and provided screen shots from XXXX. OSLA replied by email to advise that an update/correction would be processed. Nothing happened, and XXXX advised me to file a dispute, which I did on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I learned from XXXX that OSLA had " verified '' the information as accurate. So, I again contacted OSLA by telephone and email. I also resubmitted the credit disputes. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX advised me that the reports were once again " verified '' and even worse, OSLA had now added a " collection '' status for XX/XX/XXXX. My XXXX XXXX immediately collapsed. In sum, my XXXX XXXX dropped XXXX points. THE ACCCOUNT WAS NEVER IN COLLECTIONS and NEVER LATE. Indeed, a collection status is impossible because the student loan pause was in effect before, during and after XX/XX/XXXX. Nevertheless, this entirely fabricated entry is clearly displaying. I yet again spoke to OSLA, including a XXXX named XXXX, who said OSLA did not do this. Once again, this was an intentionally misrepresentation. A lie. She also referred me to federal loan default, which was totally wrong and a waste of my time... this information is coming from OSLA, the furnisher, not the Department of Education ... why would the XXXX re-direct me to another organization ( initially I thought she was referring me to an internal department ). I again emailed and in response OSLA then ADMITTED that they were in fact furnishing information to credit reporting that is false but that it would take up to 60 days to correct. This is not acceptable. They ruined my credit in XXXX day and other creditors may take adverse action against me because of this false data. All furnishers can also correct knowingly false information through rapid correction ( manual ) processes effective in a few hours. It does not require 60 days. OSLA has acted willfully, or at least with reckless disregard in knowingly reporting false information to the credit bureaus, ruining my credit. There are statutory damages available under FCRA and California law. Since my last contact, OSLA has also stopped responding and provided no further follow-up. Is OSLA also reporting false information on other former borrowers?

To Whom It May Concern : On or about XX/XX/XXXX, I received notice that the school I was currently attending, The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, filed Bankruptcy, Chapter XXXX. Monday, XX/XX/XXXX I received my bankruptcy letter in the mail. Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX at the end of my XXXX class my teacher informed my class that there is a letter that can be signed by us students saying we were told all of our options ( I didnt receive a letter that day ). Monday, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX I emailed XXXX XXXX who was the head of the XXXX XXXX department, about setting up a meeting for Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX to discuss the school closure and student options. XXXX XXXX responded on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX to confirm the meeting for Wednesday the XXXX at XXXX XXXX Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX I had a meeting with XXXX XXXX. In the meeting, I was informed of different ways to handle the school shut down and going over credits that I would have to transfer. I also received the student options paper that my XXXX teacher mentioned at the end of class ( the paper was not signed ). The Loan discharge was not a topic we talked about during the meeting. Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX was the first day I noticed that the school started to liquidate. I went to attend the school computer lab, the doors were locked and the computers were getting packed up. Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX department and other departments of the school were being liquidated. The school was giving away XXXX uniforms and other XXXX. Tuesday, XX/XX/XXXX was supposedly the last day of full my full XXXX XXXX XXXX class. My teacher XXXX XXXX notified the class to let us know to just come back on Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX to take our hour-long final. The classes were originally supposed to last until XX/XX/XXXX and the school officially closed at the end of XXXX. My original plan was to graduate from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with a XXXX XXXX XXXX because of the school 's convenient location from home and its XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX opportunity. After getting the news, I realized that my current registration status would not allow me to complete a degree before the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX closed its doors permanently on Saturday, XX/XX/XXXX. I have attached the required application for a loan discharge along with the Chapter XXXX bankruptcy letter that I received in the mail. I have also attached the option letter that was offered to me in XX/XX/XXXX. None of the option were reasonable or affordable for my residential status. I was unable to complete the full program because of the schools closure and all of my hard earned student credits are not transferable. Unlawfully, the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Virginia continued to receive my federal student loan payments after filing for bankruptcy.

What follows is an email and letter sent to the Oklahoma Student Loan Authority ( OSLA ) on XX/XX/19. I have previous asked OSLA to remove the delinquency from my credit report and was told that they would not do so. This is a clear violation of Section 623 ( a ) ( 2 ) because they updated my account into a forbearance status for the months I was previously delinquent. They did this to bring my account current. While the original report of delinquency was correct, 623 ( a ) ( 2 ) requires OSLA to update the credit report by removing the negative report and showing the payments as current. They have refused to do so. Pursuant to section 623 ( a ) ( 2 ) of the Fair Credit Report Act ( hereby, FCRA ), you are in violation of failing to correct and update information. It is the responsibility of OSLA to not only report non-payment to credit bureaus but also to update original reports with new information. My accounts have been updated by OSLA with a retroactive forbearance to bring my account current ( this has been confirmed via a recorded phone call at XXXX on XX/XX/19 ). A courtesy I greatly appreciate. However, OSLA has not reported the update to the credit bureaus as my loans being in current instead of delinquency. This is a FCRA violation. Furthermore, precedent has been set by the Federal Trade Commision ( FTC ) to substantiate my claim of legal violation. XXXX, of the Department of Education, inquired of the FTC as to if furnishers are required to update credit reports to remove delinquent and defaulted loans from an individuals credit report. The advisory opinion received is clear ; furnishers are indeed required to immediately update the credit reports. Please read : This duty extends to all student loan accounts reported to CRAs, regardless of whether they were accurate at one point, because the section requires the furnisher both to " update '' accounts as well as to " correct '' those that were erroneous when submitted to the CRA. ( Emphasis added ). https : XXXX To be clear, OSLA does have a legal responsibility to accurately report payments as paid or not paid. It also, however, has the legal responsibility to update the reports as new information is available. My formerly delinquent loans have been given a forbearance in the months in which they were delinquent. Therefore, the negative report sent to the credit bureaus must be updated to show the accounts as current, not delinquent, for all of the 2019 year. This letter is being sent to OSLA via email and standard postal service. CFPB is also receiving a formal complaint to ensure accountability and expedited service. Please correct my credit report immediately. Account affected : XXXX Loans affected : *********** *********** *********** *********** *********** *********** Thank you,

I have always made my payments on time. For some reason, I realized that there were 30 days late payments on my credit report. I have read enough to understand my rights. The XXXX Credit Bureau are required to verify for themselves, but they failed to neither verify nor update me about these complaints. I believe the company is violating Sections 616 & 617 of the FCRA, as required under Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) Disclosures to consumers [ 15 U.S.C. 1681g ] ( ( a ) Information on file ; sources ; report recipients. I have contacted this creditor multiple times I have filed numerous disputes against this bill the company gave me an unclear explanation. That is not a verifiable reason to keep this collection on my account I am a consumer I have not been instructed by the DOE anything and I have asked for proof of this information being reported to my credit report I have the right to request original contract and documentation from this company and they must produce it I shouldnt have to be penalized or put on hold because the department of education isnt giving them any documentation they have to produce original agreement and verify this debt no matter what if I request that is my right as a consumer in other words they are basically saying we dont have any information on this bill therefore should not be verifying this debt at all. Not only that but they have multiple accounts showing on my credit for the same bill the law is they cant have multiple accounts for the same bill reporting to my credit so I am getting twice the negative remarks that I dont even deserve in the first place this is not right or constitutional. How can u respond we arent allowed to release information about a collection and then still verify the bill. Thats a due process concern and its total violation of my right I have the right to request any documentation needed to verify this collection thats reporting in my name if you arent allowed to release information then its not verifiable. You cant strip me of my rights to dispute this bill just because some other agency told you not to release information my rights as a consumer dont stop because you cant present the necessary documentation to validate this bill I am going to seek legal action and compensation for this unconditional act from the osla XXXX and the credit bureaus who are lying about this bill being verified how can you possibly verify information that your saying you cant release and how do I even owe some company In Oklahoma and I never been to Oklahoma a day in my life it makes no sense what so ever this is wrong and shady practices to con people and you stripping me of my right to have 100 % verified information reporting to my credit report

During XX/XX/2019 I discovered that some of my friends were illegally obtaining specs to my devices and use mobile device management XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX software on my phones and devices. This allowed these persons to obtain credit, fraudulently sign for student loans, and launder money through my bank account from other schools I have not attended ( including XXXX XXXX. They used those loans for person purchases including purchases for their kids, trips, vacations, and divorce lawyers. Despite ample evidence and the hiring of a PI, I have no been able to get assistance outside of those I talk to on the phone. My banking institution I was with XXXX does not return emails or voicemails. The one police report I obtained, does not offer any information outside that I have reported identity theft. Also, fraud departments are not calling me back ( though this may be due to COVID ). However, I am sitting at about XXXX of student loans that have been absorbed by my ex friends, and XXXX XXXX of fraudulent student debt with no resolve in sight of obtaining those funds back. I understand that my ex friends are influential, which is how they were able to put my phones and laptops on their company plans illegally, however I am not going to be liable for their Chick-fil-a runs in other cities all day. The school loans fraudulently obtained occurred while I was attended XXXX University beginning in the year XXXX. My loans are now almost maxed out. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent the student loan payment for certified mail. I noticed that OSLA the student loan administrator didn't make cash the check. Also I received calls on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX ( phone XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) asking me to subscribe to automatic loan payment. also OSLA sent it to me two emails on XX/XX/XXXX asking about same questions and let me know I didn't the payment. Tired of that situation on XX/XX/XXXX, I sent to OSLA and email requesting to cash the checking that I can proved was sent it for certified mail, ALSO REQUESTED THAT THEY STOP THE HARRASMENT AGIST ME AND STOP TO PUSHING ME TO DO STUDENT LOAN AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS AND ALSO, REQUESTEM THEM RESPECT MY RIGHTS. Concerned with that situation I sent it again for certified mail on XX/XX/XXXX my student loan payment of XX/XX/XXXX, Again in XX/XX/XXXX I noticed that the check was not cashed again for OSLA. Inmediately the same day I sen it to OSLA a new email requesting to make cash the payment and STOP THE HARRASMENT AGAINST ME. To prevent problems with next payment of XX/XX/XXXX, I sent it again for certified mail the student loan payment with one month of anticipation. OSLA ANSWER MY EMAIL OF XX/XX/XXXX IN A VERY NOT RESPECTFUL WAY : they left message in my box mail ON XX/XX/XXXX, from phone number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX ( inappropriate hour to do that call too ), asking again for a payment that I did in XX/XX/XXXX. In addition OSLA sent it me four emails the on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX requesting me to do a payment that I did in XX/XX/XXXX for certified mail. I am concerned about OSLA RETALIATION, they are not helping me and are affecting intentionally my credit, credit scores and credit in general. I REALLY NEEDS YOUT URGENT HELP, OSLA BEHAVE LIKE I DON'T HAVE RIGHTS.

On XX/XX/2018, I paid off one of my student loans ( loan 3, group C ) with OSLA. A few days later, I checked back to make on my account via the online interface to make sure that everything had gone through, and it had. I continued to make payments. On XX/XX/XXXX, OSLA sent me my quarterly account summary confirming that I only had one loan outstanding ( loan 1, group A ). On XX/XX/2018, I logged back into my account and noticed that while the total amount of the loan was similar, it had retroactively been divided between Loan 1 ( a 5.3 % interest rate ) and Loan 3 ( a 6 % interest rate ), despite OSLA sending me documentation ( the quarterly account summary mentioned above ) stating that only Loan 1 was outstanding. On XX/XX/2018, I contacted OSLA 's customer service. The first person I talked to failed to acknowledge any problem and seemed to not understand what the problem even was ( she said, " well, the total amount is the same, '' seemingly not understanding that the interest rates between the two loans would have an effect. ) She passed me off to her boss who took a similar stance. They only agreed that there was a problem after I sent them quarterly account summary and screenshots of the payments that I made. I had checked my account a number of times between making the payment and XX/XX/2018 and all was fine. It seems that OSLA retroactively managed my account to disperse the funds in a manner that would benefit them ( specifically partitioning the money between the two loans ( 1 and 3 ). Their actions seem to define predatory lending.

In XX/XX/XXXX, OSLA commenced servicing of ( XXXX ) student loans issued by DEPT OF EDUCATION / OSLA which reflects a current outstanding balance of {$21000.00} and {$23000.00} as if XX/XX/XXXX ( last reporting period ). In XX/XX/XXXX, i applied for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program ( PSLF ). As a result, both loans were transferred on XX/XX/XXXX from OSLA to XXXX for processing. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX completed the processing of my PSLF application which was approved and as a result, both loans were canceled and the balances were zeroed out ( {$0.00} ). Since information regarding student loans are not required to be reported to the credit agencies, OSLA or XXXX did not report such transfer which continues to show that OSLA is servicing the loan. On XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and again in XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted disputes with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX disputing the accuracy of the balance and each time the resolution resulted in the balances remaining the same/accurate. I submitted verification letters from OSLA and XXXX showing a {$0.00} current balance to no avail. I contacted OSLA on XX/XX/XXXX and requested that the update my information with the credit agencies but they informed me that since they no longer hold the loan, they are unable to update the information and that i should contact XXXX. I spoke to XXXX but the said that they will send me a verification letter and that i would need to contact the credit bureaus to get this information updated, but this effort has failed multiple times.

I have two lower balance student loans. Due to covid I havent been required to pay them, the accounts are basically frozen. I havent been able to access them or pay on them whatsoever. Both student loans were in good standing. I understand the freeze on student loans was done in order to help in a time of need but the issue I have with this, is affecting my life greatly in a negative way. Before covid I had auto drafts to pay my student loans each month, totaling under {$100.00} combined. Since student loans arent requiring payment right now I can not pay on them even though Ive been fortunate enough to keep my job throughout covid. My issue is that I am trying to buy a home and now that I havent had the option to pay on either loan my balance has exceeded my credit limit for each loan, as well as a 90+ day late status on each loan. This is impacting my credit report significantly in a negative way. While I understand and appreciate the US government trying to assist those in need during covid I feel I am at a disadvantage. If I were to have the option to continue my monthly auto drafts my balance would be significantly lower, possibly paid off. I am requesting that this be looked at and removed from my credit report with all three bureaus. I am a law abiding citizen, I pay my taxes, I have a good career. I am trying to better myself and my family but this issue is affecting my credit report so negatively that I feel discouraged. Thank you.

I have been paying the Oklahoma Student Loan Authority for my Federal Stafford Loans since XXXX after making over 10 years of payments I realized that none of my payments were going to principal even though I was paying over the amount billed. It wasn't until XXXX and XXXX when I found out what Stafford Loans actually were and how the payments were only processed to my interest and not my principal balance. I have paid approximately {$5000.00} in overpayments that have just disappeared. I was unable to negotiate a resolution with the Oklahoma Student Loan Authority and they advised me that my only option to lock in my monthly payments was to refinance with the Department of Education and move my loans which essentially makes me start all over again. Had this information been explained to me I would not have taken out the Stafford Loans or agreed to any kind of interest only payments. It is very deceitful to take students who don't know much about student loans and not give them vital information related to repayment. I have seen many other students online talking about predatory student Stafford loans especially since Stafford loan payments were not suspended during COVID and only when I move my loans to the department of education did I get any kind of COVID relief and the ability to lock in my monthly payment amount to guarantee that my interest would finally be paid.

Ok so a year ago I consolidated all my loans and they were transfered to XXXX. While making the transfer all my servicers were brought over except for Oklahoma student loan authority ( OSLA ). I am getting letters saying my loans didn't transfer from OSLA and I can not apply for a income driven plan due to no activity on the account. I have been renewing my IDR plan every year like I was supposed to so I didn't understand this. Also it shows these loans are at XXXX as well. I am very confused because I wasn't explained that this was going on I thought my loans were with XXXX and I had income driven plan already in place. I really need this IDR plan to stand as I have a family of 4 and can not pay a XXXX payment., I make XXXX gross a month. I pay all my obligations on time just for the basic rent, utilities, food, internet, phone. I make just enough to pay these obligations. Also OSLA has been reporting me to credit bureau since XXXX before the payment pause was lifted. There is something funny going on that has made it where half my loans are set up on IDR and other half can only be set up on a standard repayment plan. I really need OSLA to be looked into on fraud on my account and I should have all my loans set up on IDR plan and adjusted to my income so I don't become homeless paying down my student loans. Thanks, XXXX XXXX

I had XXXX 90 day late payments reported on my credit report which has severely hurt my credit score preventing me to be in a position to get credit cards, loans, etc. It has put my score under 660 and still struggling to bring it up because of these XXXX late payments. Those payments were for a student loan from OSLA that I was not aware I had to pay as I had no way to access my account. They didn't contact me about my late payments, and if they did they just said I had a message pending. I would have trouble accessing my accounts. I would keep getting locked out. I tried everything in terms of resetting passwords, and answering questions but was able to get access to my account. I tried calling their support in an attempt to fix my account, only to be left on hold for hours, and being transferred and have the line hang up. I use my phone for work so this also slowed down my work. The entire process was not easy at all which is why it took so long to finally reach them. Once I got to my account I realized that XXXX of the loans had started and I didn't have any clue or have auto-pay setup. They were leaving me to have appeared as I missed XXXX 90 day late payments when I was not aware of the whole situation. This has been very difficult to try to get credit, or secure loans for anything XXXX needed.. ( houses, cars, assets )

I have four accounts with Oklahoma Student Loan Authority. All four of my accounts were in partial family hardship/ income based with a payment of {$0.00} each month which was set to renew or expire XX/XX/2021. I submited my student loan discharge paperwork to Oklahoma Student Loan Authority ( OSLA ) on approximately XXXX XX/XX/2021. Since then, OSLA has continued to report my 4 accounts with them as past due. The accounts also went to collections all during the time the accounts were in partial hardship with an income based repayment of {$0.00}. The accounts were falsely reported as 120 days past due to all three credit bureaus. I have made numerous calls and sent an email for an attempt to bring a fair remedy. On the phone I spoke with several different OSLA representatives ; all of which told me a different story and blamed each of the credit reporting bureaus for the false information report to all four of my OSLA accounts. As of today XX/XX/2021 My student loans have all been rightfully discharged with OSLA except {$.00}. My last call to OSLA was on XX/XX/2021 at XXXX where I was assured the false credit reporting was corrected. To this day of XX/XX/2021 the false reporting of my account being 120 days past due payment information is still on my credit reports and have caused my credit score to drop 160 points.

I was on an ICP working towards loan forgiveness when I lost my job I called and was advised to switch to a financial hardship plan, which I did ... What I did NOT KNOW was that this would halt all of my payments moving towards loan forgiveness, when I discovered this, I switched back to the original plan, setting me back about 12yrs towards loan forgiveness, causing me to have to start all over again. All under THEIR GUIDANCE & SUGGESTIONS- This loan is over 22yrs. I am constantly being given the wrong information. Last month I was told that under the WE CARE act that any payments I make will go towards the principal balance. When I called a week later to discuss how to ask a question about that, they told me that wasnt true, it only goes towards your interest. Then when I pushed further to speak to her superior she told me that I only have 1.5yrs left on the loan. I asked for that to be put in writing with the exact date since everytime I call its different information. Then next day I was informed its 11.5 years. and that they can't put anything in writing. I was also told that there is no incentive for them to work this out with me since its a government loan and they will have to pay it eventually. When I complained to my congresswoman, she said just work towards loan forgiveness.

I attended XXXX XXXX University for a total amount of one semester in 2015. I do not recall signing anything for student loans besides FAFSA paperwork. About a year or so after I stopped going to XXXX XXXX, I started receiving phone calls and emails about a student loan that I did not have any knowledge of signing up for. I asked my mom who was in control of my educational financing and she also could not recall applying for any loans except for the FAFSA. The company that is issuing the 3 loans I 've seen is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have contacted them several times to start a repayment plan after seeing that it was a delinquent account which scared me. It has effected my credit score causing it to lower significantly and I just want to be sure that its a legitimate loan and not a scam as I have fallen privy to in the past. I do not remember specific dates that I spoke with them, however I have received two letters in the mail in the last 2 weeks that are statement balances and requests for payments. I have made 3 payments of {$50.00} in the last couple of months. I just need to know if I really signed up for the loans or not. I am young and uneducated on how these things work and I want to be sure I am not being taken advantage of.

My loan servicer is : Oklahoma Student Loan Authority. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, OK XXXX I want to be able to make auto deposits while in school while no monthly payment is due. I want to do so to begin paying down student loans and reducing the total amount of interest paid. OLSA will not allow direct/auto deposits. OLSA policy is stated as such : " You are not eligible to sign up for auto debit because you do not have a payment due. When your loan ( s ) is in a repayment status or within six months of your next payment due date, please return to this page to sign up for auto debit. If you would like to make a one-time payment, you may click Pay Now from the Payments menu item. '' Such a policy is a predatory lending practice because it reduces the likelihood of paying down the balance of the loan ; therefore, increase the amount of interest the company can collect from students. Auto deposit should be available to all student borrowers at all stages of the loan to encourage loan repayment and minimize the amount of interest a student accrues. Please help me in activating this simple feature that should be available to all. Best, XXXX XXXX

I opened up two loans on XX/XX/XXXX for a total amount of {$2800.00} from the Department of Education/ OSLA. I only attended one semester at XXXX University so no further loans were opened after XX/XX/XXXX. The Department of Education never reached out to me nor my parents one time ... even though, they had all our information. One day I was curious and decided to randomly check my credit score and saw it was knocked down 155 points. I immediately called the Department of Education to find out what had happened. It's XXXX and they never thought of reaching out via phone or email. Instead, they were only sending physical mail and on top of all that they had the wrong address. My intentions aren't to bash the Department of Education/ OSLA , I just believe it's not fair for them to send a 90-120 day past due notice to collections when I never received one phone call or email that this was occurring. I'm a young kid who prides himself on doing things right and especially with something like my credit score. I really hope you guys could resolve this problem for me ... it would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

On XX/XX/XXXX, I ran my three credit reports. There was a closed student loan on there for the amount of {$1500.00} from Oklahoma Student Loan Authority. There was also an address listed on the report for a Texas address. Both of these items are incorrect as I have never taken out a student loan. I called OK Student Loan Authority on XX/XX/XXXX to see what I needed to do to take care of this. They forwarded me their Loan Discharge Application : Forgery form to complete. I filled out this form and returned it same day along with a copy of my Drivers License, social security card, mortgage statement and utility bill. I continued to follow up with this company, but they would never transfer me to the correct department or provide me any answers on what the status was. It is now more than a month later and we are no closer to this being resolved. It is important to note that I currently, and at the time the loan was opened had an extended credit freeze on my account due to past identity theft. This loan should never been able to be opened without contacting me personally in the first place.

Today I called OSLA because my online access said their information did not match my information ( SS and DOB didn't change ). The rep who answered the phone immediately launched into a pitch about how I qualify for forgiveness under newly passed policies ( not true ). The conversation then included him encouraging me to say I couldn't afford my loan and to claim additional family members were living under my roof ( to lower my payment ) that are not residents of my home. Ultimately he was selling me on refinancing my loan with an origination fee ( {$890.00} ) and a higher interest rate ( +2 % ) from my current rate. This caught me off guard because I had called to straighten out an administrative thing and ended up in the middle of a high pressure sales pitch. Agencies entrusted with servicing Dept of Education student loans should not be high pressure selling anything and encouraging fraud.

I took out a payment plan in XXXX of 2017 with the University of XXXX, and paid that off in full at the beginning of this year in order to apply to XXXX XXXX College. I never took out a federal student loan, and this is saying that I owe {$4000.00} which is almost the exact amount I paid to University of XXXX. I don't understand why I have a federal student loan on my credit report because I never filed one. I don't know what paperwork I need to attach, since again, I did not ever take out a student loan. It's always been payment plans that have been paid off. I do not owe any money to any institution other than XXXX right now, and I refuse to pay XXXX dollars to the feds when I didn't even get to finish my semester due to Hurricane Harvey and lack of transportation and housing. Please let me know what my next steps are. I need this off of my report ASAP.

I have tried numerous times to tell my loan servicer the Oklahoma Student Loan Authority ( OSLA ) that my principal balance is reflecting more than what it should be. A total of {$9500.00} was disbursed for both Subsidized and Unsubsidized loans for the following quarters : Fall XXXX, Winter XXXX, Spring XXXX, and Summer XXXX. I have paid a total of {$7100.00} to this company and have given a list of the amounts as well as dates each transaction was made. The company will also be able to see each of the payments I reference were made from my online account with them. Additionally, I have paid the Unsubsidized loans off prior to them reaching 120 days, which means no interest will have accrued on my loans. Therefore, my principal balance should reflect {$2300.00}. However, the company is continuing to claim that I owe a total of {$3000.00}.

My complaint is about how my account was handled during Covid. In the month of XXXX XXXX, because my mail from them was being returned, due to me being homeless because I lost my Job during covid and had limited resources they uninsured my loan and now I can't get my loan on an income driven plan and have my loan figured on my income and family size. I can only do a standard payment that is so high it would put me back into a homeless status again. I can not believe a company would not want to help someone that tried my best to keep up with my loans. Especially because the only reason it went into un insure status because of mail being returned., you would think now they could reverse it just as they put it in that status. I am just blown away because I am trying my best to get this account resolved but I'm always hitting a brick wall.

I asked a week before my monthly attendance to be removed from the school due to false advertising and my advisor stop contacting me or neither return my calls after the information had been revealed and I told the school that's not the information that I received. They yet have removed me and I told them about my last school who had done the same thing and that's why the advisor lied to me. I knew when she asked me do I know anyone who is interested in furthering their education that they was a scam and enrolled students telling lies just like my previous college. In early XXXX I attended an online class at XXXX XXXX located in Arizona for a couple of weeks. I was eventually dropped due to my attendance and my program director dropped me before I could be held 100 % liable to repay my student loans that I have taken out. In other words, my financial aid was cancelled and I owed nothing to them. On my credit report though they reported twice that I owe them from my first starting date even though my financial aid records stated that it has been cancelled and washed away since I was cancelled before I could actually owe anything. I disputed the information with XXXX and provided the necessary documents but they ruled in the loan agency favor and never said anything as to why even though I sent them what my financial aid office has sent me during this situation.

How was I suppose to come up with that amount..I need to get access to my history on all my classes that were payed, at times I saw that I was being charged twice or three times for a class. Hello, I am an american Citizen living and working abroad and am unable to pay my student loans due to XXXX not acepting payments from foreign accounts. I have contacted the company previously regarding repayment options and they have not given me an options, other than mailing a check to which my bank in the XXXX does not allow. It is possible to transfer money from my XXXX account to my american account but that is financially not feasible for me due to transaction fees. This on top of the interest I am paying on my loans is not possible. Companies should be encouraging students to go abroad and not punishing them for doing so. It is discrimination on the basis of finances that should not be tolerated.

A few months go by and all the sudden Im getting collection calls from this company about the same loan that is paid off. At this point I was much younger and had no clue what to do, the loan they are calling about was originated the same day this other one was paid off supposedly. Although I had never taken out another loan. I have tried for years to get them to do anything other than put me on hold for extremely long stretches of time, to no avail. Im stuck this loan was paid in full years ago!

I was an XXXX member from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX during that time my student loan company was supposed to pay the interest that accrued on my loans for a total of {$330.00}. They had changed their address without alerting me so my initial payment request was denied and I had to submit a new one with their new address. At that point I had made a payment on the loans and my balance greatly decreased so they recalculated the interest based on my current balance and only paid me {$100.00}. However the agreement was to pay the balance that accrued during my term of service which was {$330.00}, so they still owe me {$230.00} which they are refusing to pay.

This particular account situation that is lately filing on my own credit document has a seriously unfavorable relation to my personal ability to obtain a present loan application. I highly recommend you generate verification that Credit Union has been reported completely in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations, it's really a serious problem to misreport. More confirmation of the aforesaid item too. My proper request must over, I was never 30 days/60 days/120 days late in any of my payments and I'm not greatly tuned in to the date opened so I prefer to ask you be investigated as soon as possible and confirmed to be correct. Thanks!

My Servicer sent inaccurate information about my loan to the credit agencies. The Biden Administration extended the pause on student loan payments through XX/XX/2022. This means that no payments are being processed. I am also still in school and have deferment as well until I graduate. Oklahoma student loan authority has an account from the year of XXXX. On a private, non federal student loan. I co-signed for my husband. We filed bankruptcy in XXXX and it was also discharged on my husbands behalf from XXXX XXXX. But they keep hitting my credit saying I still owe. Theres a statute of limitations on this. 5 years in Oklahoma and 6 years where I reside. This should not be on my credit and I should not owe. Its past all those 3 reasons.

OSLA admitted to sending the loan to XXXX as promised but never did it after making the promise to send it. I have an attachment as proof. backstory : Department of Education contacted OSLA and told them to hand over All of my loans to TOTAL AND PERMANENT DISABILITY SERVICER. They told them they had 120 days. OSLA ignored them and has not even acknowledged what they were told to do. They have poor customer service and discrimination.

On XX/XX/21 XXXX submitted my loan for a credit check to my Servicer. My Servicer had customer service agents who refused to do the credit check. Attached is proof of my report stating their is no credit freeze as of XX/XX/21. They made every excuse to deny me the Summer and Fall semester so I could not graduate. They claimed my credit was frozen so I had it unfrozen and then showed them proof and they still never did the credit check.

I never knew that this school was private. I also am now banned from the student portal to access anything. I was told to have it repaid before I graduate which is another year... ..and now I'm on a financial hold. I need to report this as well as the loan I took out for my son whom withdrew and went to the military. It's restraining me from progressing with my schooling and other obligations. What can be done
