Multiple issues with the company of Brockman & Rollins. They repeatedly call family members and even my previous employer ( they 've NEVER attempted to contact me directly ) saying that they are trying to reach me to serve papers and that I will be arrested for failure to appear in court ( sharing that information with anyone other than myself is illegal ). They have told every single person that they 've spoken with about how much they claim I owe ( illegal ), and that they need to find me as soon as possible and that someone had shown up to my house that day in an attempt to serve papers and that I was n't home. First of all, a legitimate process server is n't going to call me ahead of time to warn me that they 're coming. Second of all, I had just happened to be home that day and NOBODY had shown up. Period. These people call about every six months for about a week and then stop and they start up again about six months later. They are bullies, they are liars, and they use illegal intimidation tactics in hopes that I will be scared enough to pay them money without questioning it. After researching the company of Brockman & Rollins, I 've discovered that they were previously operating under the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX and that company was shut down due to the fact that it was a debt collection scam " company ''. They think they 're slick, changing their name. The company has been in " business '' for less than a year. It could n't be any more obvious that this is a scam attempting to scare me into paying money on a debt that I do not owe. When I questioned what the debt was for, they could n't provide any answers as to what the debt was for, just that I owed them money. I have never received a Verification of Debt letter from them ( illegal ). These are not the practices of a legitimate debt collector.

I received a voice message that was left on my sisters phone stating they were the processor of the dispatch office and that I am a defendant in legal proceedings and that there is a complaint against me. Failing to comply can result in further legal actions taking place as well as the case going into default status and I need to contact their legal department asap.
