Hello, this form is to complain about XXXX Lending located on XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, MD XXXX. My lender at the time XXXX XXXX was the one helping me with my loan. To finally own my rental. He did everything to help me get to closing. I provided everything. But since I am self employed, apparently i needed a CPA to sign off on my Profit and Loss. My tax preparer was not enough. Even though she wrote a letter approving my P & L The branch manager XXXX XXXX took it upon him self to get a CPA that worked in the same building to review my documents on XX/XX/XXXX. I drove over an hour and missed work in order to make it to my appointment at XXXX.That CPA cancelled last minute. So I was stuck waiting in the office to see what else to do. XXXX decided to call his friend he said is a CPA, XXXX XXXX. After sharing sensitive documents to her. She signed off on my Profit and Loss sheet And gave it to XXXX XXXX the non producing manager in the same office. XXXX had me pay out of pocket {$160.00}. At the time XXXX XXXX did not show proof of CPA verification and said she would email it. 2 days went by and we found out XXXX hired an impostor to whom I shared sensitive information. I have been through emotional and financial distress. I've missed 3 closing dates. Because of their lack of honesty, organization, and malpractice. XXXX XXXX owes me {$400.00} total, for the loss of work, gas, lunch, {$160.00} for the fake CPA. I complained to XXXX XXXX XXXX on Friday XX/XX/XXXX after a phone call confrontation I had with XXXX about what he did. XXXX XXXX gave me the owners information. So on XX/XX/XXXX I sent XXXX XXXX XXXX a detailed email about the situation I've been dealing with this since XXXX. He totally ignored it and never reached out to me. No apologies, no updates. Instead he reached to the other manager to clean up the mess. I finally got tired of all the games. And insulting my intelligence. I hired a different lender XXXX XXXX XXXX, has been very kind, and upfront. Very professional. He requested the transfer of my file which I gave permission from XXXX and that never happened. Now that my documents are with my processor. They need more documents from XXXX in order to submit to Under Writer so I can finally go to closing. But they are not complying. And it's frustrating. I wanted to reach to you guys before taking legal actions with my Lawyer. This has been a Malpractice for hiring an impostor to whom I shared private information. I've been financially compromised and misled. I've been through Emotional and finacial distress. They have tried to outwit me. This is not fair. I want things done the legal way. I've done everything in my power to qualify for an FHA loan, which was a success. Please help me do justice.
