In or around 6 months ago I made a dispute for over 500 dollars with this bank, at todays date I haven receive no updates is been showing in my account the balance but is not available for use, I have already called this bank innumerable times and they have no answer of why Im unable to have access to my money, not only that, the money is not available for my use that Im the owner of the account also this bank is been charging me the monthly fee of my account balance, how is it possible that my money is not available for me but it is available for the bank? Every single month my account balance goes down because they chargin monthly fee they got completely access to my account balance but i dont at all. This bank is been abusing of power for over 6 months with my account, having completely access to my funds charging me monthly fees from my balance but Im not able to have access to my money. I have already called customer care more than 3 times and the branch and they always say they gon na valla me back and never do, my account is not block is not frozen it doesnt have any identity block because when I first opened Ive verify my identity sending my identification and all papers needed in order to open this account, this bank is only abusing of power

My checking account starting XX/XX/21 to today.went into over draft status ... ocean first bank manipulates their system to over draft my account..this is the third time..and I noticed its when the government sends out stimulus money ... I'm confused how I over drafted..and really confused how they charged me over 12 {$38.00} fees ... The bank says I wasn't in the negative until XXXX but it started XXXX I watched the app on my end start to be manipulated..So its hard to give exact dates and transactions..I get paid direct deposit and they rejected my deposit {$100.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and also on the XXXX of XXXX for {$68.00} both from XXXX. This has happened a few other times and I had to just pay it to stop the snow ball affect your account being in the negative causes ... Ocean bank this time has costed me {$600.00} as of today... please help me get through to ocean first bank

I attempted to use my debit card on XX/XX/22 and received an unusual error. I noticed that the card was expired. When trying to contact the bank no one was available and all locations and numbers said the bank was closed. I was never sent a new card or did not receive it. On XX/XX/22 I called the lost or stolen card number to report that I never received my card. They advised me that the bank never sent me a new debit card. I filed a complaint with the lost or stolen card company working with my Ocean First bank. I have numerous bills that are set for auto payment and all of my money is in this bank account. I currently have no access to any of my money and when my auto payments try to go through they will now be denied and I will be charged fees because the bank did not send me an unexpired card and I can not reach anyone to resolve the matter. Please help.

My servicer has failed to pay my taxes to my municipality.
I called and emailed prior to my taxes being due which was XX/XX/22 and confirmed that they would be paying my taxes. This included emailing their escrow department on XX/XX/22 with my escrow bill, so they had the correct amount. I also confirmed that there is enough money in my escrow account to cover the taxes.
On XX/XX/22, I called to notify them that my taxes still showed as not paid - I received an email back from my call, the email stated that they would pay my taxes and that they would cover any late charges.
However, as of XX/XX/22, I still do not show my taxes paid.
