This company ( Oak Tree Financial ) tells me I owe a debt from XXXX XXXX. I have never had a XXXX XXXX credit card. This company has my social secrurity number, date of birth, & full name - only thing is not right is they have an address on me from 20 years ago. They say I have a debt of {$6200.00} and that I can settle at {$1900.00} today. I ask them why is this not on my credit report and they say I have to settle with them first before it gets on my report. Their number is ( XXXX ) XXXX they give me a file # XXXX - these people have been harassing me since XXXX and I need help stopping them!! Today XX/XX/XXXX a new number called me on my cell phone ( XXXX ) XXXX they say they are XXXX XXXX XXXX. They want to know if I'll be home so they can serve me court papers. I asked them for what and they say they are not sure they are just to serve papers. So I ask them what address they had and they say it is the address I was at 20 years ago.
