My experience was the absolute worst. We received a XXXX ( HUD ) statement with our name and someone else address. The pre-closer XXXX XXXX never noticed the error. XXXX XXXX never called to advise on any updates. No phone call was returned until I called their corporate office. Then she requested, I request all my own pay offs and have them sent directly to her, which was completed numerous times. I also addressed all the incorrect documents. I contacted /emailed the acct manager but to no avail, still no returned calls. The only way we received updated on our closing was to call several times on the closing date until someone was able to confirm the cancellation. Two days prior to the closing XXXX XXXX requested I get a new payoff since she does not have access to my service mortgager acct. Consider my closing was delayed by two months, she should have requested access to my servicer so she could have access to my mortgage info. This confirmed that none of my documents were worked on by the firm. I received the settlement statement 4 hours prior to the closing which is unlawful. Its now the XXXX the day after closing and we still havent received a congratulatory letter or the wire info per their closing attorney. After further research, I came across similar complaints from many XXXX American clients. It makes me wonder if there was an alternative motive to my poor experience. This type of treatment is unfathomable and very unprofessional. I would never refer anyone to such unprofessionalism and XXXX treatment. XXXX, XXXX
