on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card collection agency-NKG settled the debit owed by me along with my lawyer to {$12000.00}. see attached settlement letter.
Since then I have regularly paid the said amount to the debit collector. later this debit collection was taken over by XXXX XXXX XXXX firm. The payments were made to this debit collector. The final payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX a total amount of {$12.00}, XXXX was paid to the debit collector ( see attached bill payment statement from XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I have paid an excess of {$80.00}. since XX/XX/XXXX after the final payment was made i called NKG office many times and requested a zero balance letter, refund of my excess payamnet, and report to credit bureaus as fully paid. NONE OF THIS HAPPENED FOR THE PAST MONTHS. I have called NKG debit collector and emailed them several times more than 20 times with the attached settlement agreement sent by NKG and the total amount of payment made to the new debit collector.
XXXX sent me a credit report which states that there is one negative report on my report. I disputed it with XXXX. but they came back with the same resolution that I still owe {$3700.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX. THIS IS INCORRECT. XXXX XXXX CC IS ROGUISH FINANCIAL COMPANY THAT PREYS ON POOR PEOPLE AND MAKE UP FRADULENT CHARGES. THEY MUST BE TAKEN TO TASK AND MADE TO PAYBACK MY EXCESS PAYMENT, and fix my credit report immediately.
I am applying for a home mortgage to refinance my home which is going under foreclosure. but this negative report and dishonest loan balance reported by XXXX XXXX is severely affecting my mortgage loan application.
I humbly request the CFPB staff to take immediate action and order XXXX XXXX to remove the inaccurate credit reporting.

XXXX one must report as XXXX balance.

An attorney company, Nudelman, Nudelman & XXXX of XXXX, NJ XXXX seems to have purchased a debt from the New Jersey Surcharge Violations Bureau, saying that I owe NJSV XXXX .NJSV said they will not discuss this matter with me, as the attorney is handling the matter.
No more information was provided, even after I requested an itemized bill. In fact, the company representative " XXXX '' flat out refused to provide any information at all. As did NJSV.
I was simply told these charges are accumulated surcharges. I have paid NJMVC thousands of dollars over the past few years, including surcharges. This alleged debt has placed a stop on my driver 's license, so I 've been unable to renew my license over the past couple of years.
I am XXXX, but I 'd like to attempt to resume working again. This is impossible without transportation. I live in a rural area where public transportation is virtually non existent.

I am not really sure who to complain about. I was delinquent on 2 XXXX cards. On XX/XX/2014, I came to a settlement, in court, with a law firm Nudelman, Klemm, and Golub. This law frim claimed that they were representing XXXX, and was not buy my debt. I believed them, and signed a settlement paper to pay them {$25.00} a month, until the total amount was paid of. Meanwhile, I have been getting collection letters from XXXX, attempting to collect. I looked at my credit report and saw that both XXXX AND XXXX were listed as companys that I owed. When I contacted XXXX, they told me that they sold my debt to XXXX. Why am I paying Nudelman, Klemm, and Golub? Do they actually own my debt? Was I duped by them, in court, when in mediation they answered that they represented XXXX? If so, this is fraud.
