Nu World Title LLC XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Florida XXXX dispensed XXXX cash of the sale of the property that was deeded from XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) to XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX without due dilligence to check there is a lawsuit and lien filed in NM against XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX for XXXX. XXXX doonot look under XXXX XXXX XXXX the second judicial district court did not index XXXX XXXX in the XXXX XXXX XXXX, however XXXX XXXX is indexed, however she used XXXX XXXX when she closed and then the name was crossed out and corrected to XXXX XXXX at closing. It is negligent to not ask if the " sellers '' had a lawsuit in NM before dispensing cash. XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX are suing them, and they want to come against our residence for a fraudulent " modification '' refinance that they did in XXXX to XXXX without our permission and knowledge. WE paid the arrearages and all closing costs when we bought our residence in XXXX because the sellers " borrowers of XXXX '' said they were destitute, to find out they bought adn sold over 5 properties in XXXX, reason why we suied them in XXXX XXXX and balloon payment was annuled and they had to bring the account current, they did not fulfull theiur obligation signed and settled in court and cause an action in nm in XXXX. It looks like the bank only sent XXXX to the court registry abnd about another XXXX are embezzled betwee banks and borrowers. We were contacted by HUD to make a fraud complaint, and done. The. borrowers had no business ecumberring a property they did not have equity standing and then bail. the bank missed collecting from XXXX in the sale of this home with the XXXX company cash funds. XXXX XXXX and holthus and XXXX XXXX XXXX have no business extorting a XXXXXXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) lady with a XXXX and misaappropriating funds that were destined for the payment of th eoriginal XXXX loan. These people caused a mess and duress and emotional physical and economical harm to an innnocent purchaser of value. What kind of " title service " this companies are doing " and what kind of abuse are tehy willing to exert on a fragile woman like my mother, and I, to jsut find a " scapegoat '' to their negligence. Please collect from the responsible parties on the properties and assets that your " borrowers '' possess and can encumber.

LAST FRIDAY I WAS CALLED TO DO THE CLOSING OF A HOUSE THAT I WAS TRYING TO BUY,THE TITLE COMPANY(NU WORLD TITLE,LLC)TOLD ME I WAS GOING TO NEED A GIFT FROM A FRIEND FOR THE AMOUNT OF 3700.00,THAT CALLED MY ATTENTION BECAUSE I HAD ON MY ACCOUNT ENOUGH MONEY,AFTER CLOSING I HAD A BALANCE OF MORE THAN 6K. AFTER I SIGNED AND THEY GAVE ME THE HUD-1 ON FRIDAY NIGHT THEY INSIST IN THE GIFT AMMT TO BE TRANSFER TO THEM,ON SATURDAY I RECEIVED MY KEYS AND I MOVED IN OVER THE WEEKEND,ON MONDAY THEY STARTED CALLING ME FOR THE GIFT MONEY AND I REALIZED THAT THEY NEVER GAVE ME THE WARRANTY DEED,TODAY AFTER SEVERAL CALLS MY REALTOR JUST INFORM ME THAT WE NEVER DID I CLOSING AND THATS WHY I DONT HAVE A WARRANTY DEED,NOW IM LOST AND I DON'T KNOW IF I HAVE TO PAY MORE MONEY OR IF I DON'T AND I ALSO WAS TOLD BY MY REALTOR THAT THE MONEY I PAYD FOR INSURANCE(XXXX) IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE CLOSING COST AND THAT'S WHY THE AMMT I PAYD OVER THIS PROCESS IS NOT THE SAME THAT THE ONE IT'S IN THE LINE#XXXX OF THE HUD-1. CAN SOMEBODY CLARIFY WHAT IT'S INCLUDED IN CLOSING AND DO I HAVE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE AFTER I MOVED.THANKS IN ADVANTAGE AND I'M WAITING FOR A PRONT RESPONSE.

NU World Title of XXXX XXXX LLC ( XXXX ) XXXX financed my house about 4 years ago. The XXXX XXXX XXXX still have the previous owner name and they say there is missing documents and requirements that never were delivered by NU World Title company. Not only this is an inconvenience that it was financially covered during the purchased of my house, but I replaced the entire roof and now I can not get the final XXXX approval because the house is not on my name on the XXXX. Also, I am a veteran, XXXX, and I can not get my property tax discounts because the house is not on my name. I am concern now if I will sell the house that I will have also issues with that. After several months requesting support, they still delaying the process with no details of what is happening nor a resolution date. I am afraid there could be some illegal issues here around this process. Plus I believe VA loans have some requirements that I believe are not met due to this issue. I really need your help to solve this problem. Thanks XXXX

I 'm filling a complaint against Nu World Title XXXX, LLC at XXXX, Florida XXXX. ( phone XXXX ) On XXXX XXXX 2016, My wife and I sign the papers for a new house at Nu World Title XXXX. The signing was very cold and not very professional and the person assign to closing was n't either. After the closing and sending the funds to the attorney we did not get our keys to house until the next following week Monday afternoon. ON XXXX/XXXX/2016 our lender from XXXX. text me on my cell phone that we had to come in to the office and sign for a new disclosure papers. Because Nu World Title XXXX, LLC used their paper for the closing. Our lending agent XXXX XXXX tried to explain what happen but we look over paper but we decided not to sign anything until we see an attorney first. The Nu World Title of XXXX, LLc use other lending papers to closing our house deal. My next step to inform the Veterans Regional office of the problem.

Client ( XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) closed on a purchase of a property on XX/XX/XXXX and the purchase was made from a foreign real estate investor. As part of the closing, the closing agent ( Nu World Title ) was required to withhold XXXX taxes from the seller. {$34000.00} were withheld and had to be remitted per section 1445 of the IRC to the IRS within 20 days. Funds were mailed to the IRS on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX years later. The Client is now required to pay the IRS in excess of {$15000.00} in penalties and interest for late payment of the withheld taxes. Closing company breached its fiduciary responsibilty to remit funds timely to the IRS.
