Hi XXXX.
It has come to my attention that when we are late in our mortgage payment you always make advantage of adding late fees and attorney fee too.
It's very wrong to charge the attorney fee just because we are late to make payment because sometimes things goes wrong and we try our best to make sure we are on time in remitting our rent.
Last time I paid you the attorney money but you told me that it's because there was no communications between you and XXXX.
Please let 's not add attorney fee on XXXX rent as I am trying to get the mortgage paid this week.

This is only part of my problem. My fines have been accruing interest and i can not get a statement from him
