I fell behind on my mortgage payments due to XXXX XXXX placing a collateral loan on my truck for insurance. At the same time extra payments was being made to XXXX XXXX my job cut hours down by 10 hours weekly. I received mortgage statements from Note Servicing account number XXXX asking for {$1200.00} to cover my XXXX XXXX and XXXX payments. I mailed {$1200.00} before the end of XXXX to cover the past due payments. Note Servicing even sent me an email asking for my payments to come directly out of my bank account. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a check from Note Servicing stating my money was being returned being returned because it wasnt enough to reinstate my mortgage. Today I called Note Servicing to find out why the payment was refused and was told the payment arrived XX/XX/XXXX and I had to include XXXX payment in for a total of {$1600.00} in order to bring the account current. I told the representative I would pay it on Friday and she said she would notate the file. 5 minutes later she called back and said the mortgage owner XXXX XXXX wanted the full mortgage balance of {$14000.00}! Stating he has the right to initiate foreclosure process on my home! My home was purchased by XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX at {$20000.00}. The property value went up to {$120000.00} so I believe he and his company are trying to push me out of my home to sell it for a profit. I feel this practice is inhumane especially sinceI had the payment sent out to make me current. I wasnt offer no payment solution or loan Modification to bring a resolution to the situation.
