To whom it may concern, My late husband was diagnosed with terminal XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. As you can imagine, this diagnosis changed our lives forever. I was his sole caretaker and had power of attorney. I tried my best to keep everything together during this horrific time in our lives. Unfortunatly, I fell behind on the mortgage due to lack of income and caring for my husbands daily medical needs. I have been in communication with Norcom Mortgage regarding the VA loan since the start of his declining health and untimely death. In, XX/XX/XXXX, we filed for SSDI, he was approved immediately due to the diagnosis, but they said that the first payment would not come until XX/XX/XXXX. The amount would have been {$2800.00}, which was never received. I contacted Norcom Mortgage on XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX to give them updates on his health as they were notified beforehand of his entitlement from SSDI. In XXXX of XXXX, once again, I communicated with Norcom Mortgage and told them I had a few claims through Veteran Affairs. Throughout XXXX of XXXX, my husband was admitted to the VA hospital twice. In XXXX of XXXX, he was transferred to XXXX, where he remained for 2 weeks, until he passed. XX/XX/XXXX, I called Norcom Mortgage at XXXX a.m. to let them know that he had passed away. I asked what I needed to do, since they would not speak to me, although I got letters addressed in my name as well as his. I also informed them that the house would be up for sale. They told me that they would mail a loss mitigation packet and it would take 5 to 8 days to receive. I asked for a quicker approach, such as emailing, so I could send them the death certificate. They declined and said they would have to email me first, and that it would take up to 24 hours. I never received an email or a packet. XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX p.m. I attempted to contact Norcom Mortgage regarding not receiving any packet or email. They kept me on hold. Upon answering, they continued to refuse to talk to me. I waited, as they gave me no choice, or any solutions. The house was already listed for sale, which they were also informed of previously. XX/XX/XXXX, I received multiple letters addressed to both me and my late husband that all dated back to XX/XX/XXXX. One letter was a notice of acceleration and the other was regarding foreclosure. XX/XX/XXXX ( after the holiday weekend ) I contacted Norcom Mortgage as to why I received all the letters dated the same day. I tried to explain the negligence was on their part since they failed to communicate with me at all, in the meantime, I kept them updated on everything. The spokesperson on the phone was extremely unhelpful, they said there were no records of my phone calls nor my request for a loss mitigation packet to be mailed to me. The spokesperson did not offer any solution and said I would have to contact XXXX XXXX group. I contacted XXXX XXXX group the same day and was told that Florida is a judicial state, and the foreclosure could take anywhere from months to even a year. They told me to request a payoff amount. During this same conversation, I also asked them what the additional fees would be on their end which they refused to disclose. The very same day, I emailed the payoff request to the law firm and received a reply that said it would take up to 10 days. Also on XX/XX/XXXX I did speak to someone in the foreclosure department and she told me in order for them to discuss this loan I would need to apply for successor for the loan by doing ; XXXX. My DL XXXX. My husband 's death certificate XXXX. Copy of deed XXXX. A signed written letter to them asking for successor of this loan. All of these items were to be emailed to : XXXX In which they said to call them on Friday, today XX/XX/XXXX to verify that they received the email. So far I've called 3 times and as soon as I'm transferred to another department ( because they still can't talk to me ) I've been hung up on all 3 times. At this point I seem to be getting nowhere, that's when I decided to contact Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in hopes of getting help from being treated so unfairly during the most difficult time in my life. I look forward to hearing back from you and would be very grateful for your help. Thank you

I have a loan currently held by XXXX, who purchased the Loan from Norcom. My mortgage has never been late and is consistently paid three months in advance, but the escrow is now in discrepancy for over {$1400.00}. Let it be known that insurance and taxes are figured into the monthly loan amount. XXXX bought the loan from Norcom taking it over XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX I received a check from XXXX for about {$240.00} for an overage in my escrow account. I did n't cash it because later that month I received a letter of demand from the town demanding payment for a year of unpaid property taxes ; there was an obvious error and I did not want to compound it. I got in touch with the town to confirm they had n't received the taxes and then contacted XXXX to resolve the issue. XXXX paid the town taxes. I then received a letter from XXXX stating that my escrow account has a shortage {$1200.00}. I contacted XXXX to dispute and was told that it was not their issue and I had to take the issue up with Norcom. I contacted Norcom and Norcom stated that they were not responsible because they had the loan serviced by XXXX for a short time, approximately a year. I am currently awaiting a response from XXXX. The facts are that I have faithfully kept my end of the deal and have also gone above and beyond by staying 3 months ahead of scheduled payment. The XXXX variables, property tax rate and insurance premiums, have been audited on a regular basis and my mortgage payments were adjusted to keep pace. For this discrepancy to occur my taxes would have to have doubled over the course of a year, they have not. It is striking that the amount that is in discrepancy is the same amount as the property tax payments that were never received by the town. XXXX, Norcom and XXXX have taken no responsibility to make sure all funds, that I have worked for and provided, were properly accounted for, transferred or distributed as they serviced and transferred my loan between themselves. They are now trying to force me to financially compensate for their error/errors.

I was working with XXXX XXXX and XXXX back in XXXX for a mortgage and I did not give them permission but only once to pull my credit and they were pulling it 2 a month over the course of 3 months. They said my score was a XXXX. I never had any proof of this. I have in total, 6 inquiries from them that were not authorized. When I spoke to my mortgage broker, XXXX XXXX, he told me that it gets pulled automatically. That is not true. They have to have written permission and I only gave them permission once. I did give them permission to sign to remove disputes from my credit report but that was about all and the disputes are still on my report. They have 5 files on me which I have no idea why. They never sent me my credit report and XXXX told my husband that he paid the credit bureaus, {$600.00} to boost my score, which is a lie because I paid off all my debt on my own and that is illegal to do because I have a new broker who said that was illegal. I tried to settle this with them and they refused to take care of this. They said I gave them permission according to my emails which is a lie. They told me that since I had to have my father on as a co signer ( which I no longer have this mortgage ), this automatically gives them permission to go through my credit report. That is also not true. I need help getting all these inquiries off my report. ( I had started working with another mortgage company and my score is a lot higher ) XXXX Cr Inquiry from XX/XX/2020 XXXX Cr Inquiry from XX/XX/2020 XXXX Cr Inquiry from XX/XX/2020 XXXX Cr Inquiry from XX/XX/2020 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/2020 XXXX

XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX Was the loan officer for my clients who are an older couple. XXXX XXXX failed to provide any documentation, loan rates, or any guidance. My clients consistently requested XXXX for communication. We only found out one week before the closing that XXXX told my clients that the appraisal didnt happen. When my clients and I tried to ask for explanation and dates he never responded. When he finally responded the day before the closing it was to say that the appraiser was going to reschedule next Wednesday. One of my clients who had a XXXX 3 years ago shut down and slept for 3 days because they had movers coming and they had canceled their lease at penalty since XXXX never communicated that there was any issues with the loan even when we asked for status updates he NEVER responded. When we told XXXX we were moving on from to another lender because that was the condition that the sellers requested to keep the deal alive XXXX called to threaten my clients saying that they will never find another appraisal and they will never close. My clients were so anxious they called me crying. When I told him that he can not contact my clients again he mouthed off. If something happens and if my clients lose out on the house and if something happens to them I will be suing XXXX and XXXX. He has not only been negligent but now abusive. It is not enough that hes incompetent and irresponsible he is threatening my elderly and sick clients. He should lose his license and I will provide the documents and testimony of my clients.

I applied for a mortgage with my existing company, Norcom Mortgage, in XX/XX/XXXX and the credit report pulled at that time did not show any mortgage late payments. Due to property availability issues, my credit had to be pulled again in XXXX, this time Norcom reported XXXX, separate 30 day late payment marks on my credit report. Obviously, this came as a surprise to me as two months earlier, there were zero late payments reported. The late payments show up starting in XX/XX/XXXX and run all the way up to XX/XX/XXXX. I have bank statements that show every payment made to Norcom Mortgage from XX/XX/XXXX to today 's date - all of which are NOT 30 days past due. I have tried to resolve this with separate calls to Norcom to have my credit report updated so that I can get a new mortgage, but nothing is happening. It is impossible for me to be approved for a mortgage now with this happening. This puts me in a very difficult situation because now that Norcom pre-approved me to buy a new house, we have since listed our existing home for sale - and have a contract for someone to purchase this house, as well as we have entered into a contract for us to purchase a new home, believing that we have the green light to do so. Now, unless this is remedied quickly, I am at risk of losing both the sale of my existing home and the purchase of our family 's dream home.

We closed on our refinance in XX/XX/XXXX with a first payment date of XX/XX/XXXX. I paid the mortgage per the first payment letter received during the closing. Shortly afterward I received a notice that I owed additional funds. After multiple calls to Norcom I discovered they were escrowing for my homeowner 's insurance. My closing paperwork clearly states homeowners insurance was not to be escrowed as I pay this separately. I submitted proof of insurance, but never received feedback, as promised. I continued to receive notices of non-payment and now I have been referred to their debt recovery unit. I spoke to someone on XX/XX/XXXX and they indicated my request to not collect escrow for homeowners was denied for another year. I was never officially notified of this. Their practice is in violation of a legal contract I entered with this mortgage servicer. They have not adequately and fairly responded to the clear legal evidence.

I started with Norcom Mortgage when I bought my house & they are either doing bad business or very unorganized. They A ) have sold me back and forth from there XXXX, XXXX branch & their XXXX branch.. & currently sold me to a company. B ) My town taxes are with my monthly mortgage & they did n't pay them till I got a bill from the town so payments were late, that happened XXXX. They didnt pay my home insurance through XXXX which is within the mortgage, & this past yr XXXX sent me info in the mail saying they were not being paid so they dropped me. Come to find out they were paying through XXXX which I havent been with for a while. I think they should be audited..I dont know how many other clients they are messing with their money & credit. Everything has been paid but late, my last straw was them now not transferring over my last payment to new Mortgage Company & getting letters in the mail saying I could be penalized.

I had provided a lender, Norcom Mortgage, with our personal information/data to obtain pre-approval on a mortgage. XXXX of their loan officers attempted to e-mail myself and my husband a copy of our credit report, however, she sent it to a wrong e-mail address instead of my husband 's correct address. Our privacy has been violated in accordance with their privacy policy as our personal data and private information in violation of our consumer privacy as our complete Social Security Numbers and Date of Births are both out there somewhere. The loan officers negligence has caused a privacy breach for us and we are now at an increased risk for identity theft. I contacted their CEO on the same date and he has not responded to me. This is a severe violation of our privacy and we are asking them for a resolution to this.

In XX/XX/2021 I extended my forbearance to what I believed was XXXX. I was later told it was XXXX. First week of XXXX I called and reapplied for forbearance until XXXX since I had just started working. XXXX I got an experience alert that XXXX flagged my mortgage 180 days late. Even if the forbearance was until XXXX ( which I don't believe so I asked for the call to be pulledI ) I would have resumed payments in XXXX. How and I being told that I am in default and being reported 180 days past. XXXX is pulling some fraudulent XXXX!!! I spoke to a rude XXXX woman who hung up on me after I continued to question the math. EVEN IF THE FORBEARANCE WHICH IS CONFIRMED WAS ONLY UNTIL XXXX SIMPLE ELEMENTARY MATH WOULD TELL YOU THERE ARE NOT 180 DAYS BETWEEN XXXX AND XXXX.

I have had the same mortgage payment since purchasing my home in XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX I received a mortgage payment statement increasing my payment by about {$300.00}. When I attempted to call the lender it took three days to get in touch with anyone. Finally I was notified by the lender that I was sent an escrow analysis ( which I did not receive by mail ) and they have found there was an error made and for the past two years they have been not charging me enough PMI and now I owe the difference for the past two years, therefore significantly increasing my monthly payment. I can understand small increases due to insurance or taxes, but because of an " error somewhere '' I am now unable to afford my mortgage.

I called XXXX XXXX to let them know I refinanced my loan before XX/XX/XXXX. They were to receive the total mortgage balance from XXXX XXXX XXXX, my new lender. They received the total amount and still marked my account as delinquent. I have never paid my mortgage late as you can see in my report. I would like XXXX to fix this asap as this hurts my excellent payment history.
