They called me on XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX I answered they hung up, then they called my mother in law who lives XXXX hours away and is very sick, she calles me and I told her that i would handle it. I got home at XXXX and called XXXX @ XXXX they transferred me some where else that took forever for someone to answer and then this lady came on the phone. She was rude, her dog was barking in the background, she never told me her name I asked three times who she was. she told me that I needed to pay this amount now or they was going to take me to court and get everything I owned if not jail. I explained to her that I could n't right now and I wanted to know how the debt had gone from XXXX to XXXX and I paid XXXX on it XX/XX/XXXX she said they have higher rates and I should have known that when I started the card. I told I would ot be able to do it and I and she said that I wasnt hurting her if I did or not. I told her I was not trying to hurt her, but I needed to look into this. now at the first of the call I asked her to stop calling my mother in law and so after I told her that I was not going to set up payment arganments with her she hung up on me while I was still talking. I noticed that the phone was still on so I told my husband what was going on and that I was going to talk to an attorney. Then I hung up. My cell rang again and it was her she was yelling at me telling me that I was not my husband and I was going around getting credit cards in his name she was accusing me of theft and she was going to call his job and boss to inform them about us. she called me XXXX and told me I needed to learn to pay my bills she then hung up. Then my husbands cell rang and it had a different number on the caller id so i answered it she told me that she had recorded everything and was going to give it to the client and sue XXXX me. I told her that was fine and I was charging her XXXX a minute for harassing me and my family. She said go ahead I 'm sure you can find me like you find the money to pay your bills and she hung up.

I am not familiar with this company. They have called other people in my family to try to communicate with me. They have also left voice mail messages with those family members informing them that I will be served papers and to let me know. I believe that it is illegal and harming to me and my family to leave voicemails for me on other people 's phones. If the matter is for me, no one else should know my business unless I share it with them myself.

This debit is not mine. The message left stated they would take legal action and inform my employer and I better contact them within 24 hours.
They called my mothers home and told her to have me call them back. She was given a case number and phone number. The man told her I needed to verify the spelling to my name as its shows on my social security card.
I do not owe this debit and never gave them or anyone premission to call my mother.

The collection company keeps calling my work talking to my school secretary. They called me, my daughter and my sister. The message they tell them all is that they are preparing a deposition aginst me for legal action for attorney record and civil complaint in accordance with Texas law. They say they are from North Western Mediation.
