I submitted a dispute with Northwest Collectors on XX/XX/XXXX for reporting a account that was incomplete or inaccurate information reporting on my credit report. The furnisher of the information which is XXXX XXXX XXXX provided me a statement stating that they do not have documentation upon which my first date of delinquency occurred on the account they reported as a paid collection. I DID provide this legal document as proof to Northwest Debt Collectors that the information is inaccurate or incomplete and that it needs to be removed from the credit reporting agencies to followthe FCRA Regulation 611 5 ( a ) ( I ) which states, " after any investigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information is found top be complete or inaccurate or CAN NOT BE VERIFIED, the collection agency and or credit agency will delete it from a consumers credit report promptly. The collection agency ( Northwest Collectors violated my right under the FCRA Section 611 ( 4 ) which states, " with respect to the disputed information in the file of a consumer, the agency shall review and consider all relevant information submitted by the consumer in the period described inparagraph 1 A. Instead of taking into account the information that I received directly from the furnisher which states theinformation can not be verified, Northwest Collectors made up and furnished there unverifiable date of delinquency from the account of XXXX XXXX XXXX office. This violated many consumer rights under the FCRA. It is not the job of a collection agency to make up or use there own information to report to a credit reporting agency, but it is there DUTY to report information directly from the furnisher. The information from the furnisher ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) States the information can not be verified.

My insurance was billed by XXXX XXXX directly and was paid for services done in the facility. I received a surprise bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX for the same lab services I paid to the hospital. I sent many letters to contact the hospital as all bills were paid directly to the hospital where services were provided. They ignored my letters, and I received a collection notice from Northwest Collectors Inc . I sent them a letter and called to explain and the man on the phone was very arogant and when I was trying to explain that the bill is paid, he threatened me to take action and damage my credit because he is not gon na discuss it with me and he threatened that he will submit that to the collection and my credit will be hurt. as the Owner of a small business, I can not allow to have a poor credit score. I was in fear and paid the amount that was already paid by my insurance, but I did it to avoid collection on my credit record. I paid them the amount i did not own! They treated me in an aggressive way and did not have any option to explain that the amount was paid, and the creditor must contact the facility where services are provided because I was billed by the hospital. I disputed that charge with my credit card but still i am afraid they will ruin my credit.

Northwest collectors reported a collection account to my credit report without notifying meof the debt. This is a violation of the FCRA. They did not perform any due diligence to findcorrect address information for me. As such, I never received any written notification of thisdebt and I did not have a chance to make a payment to it. This is stemming from anelectronic speeding ticket in XXXX. I never was aware of this ticket andhad no idea that I was issued a citation. No notifications were ever received from the XXXX XXXX or Northwest Collectors. When it was brought to my attention, I immediately paid the account. I was also assuredthat this will not do any damage to my credit score once it has been paid. This is completelyinaccurate and I was misled into thinking that this was a nonissuewith respect to mypersonal credit score. I have just recently discovered this and I am paying a very hefty priceas a result of this. How is it possible that I can not get my credit destroyed without any written notification of adebt and then once I do XXXX it, I pay the bill and am assured that my credit score is notgoing to be damaged. This turned out to be a blatant lie and a material misrepresentation of the facts.

They provided a grant which paid for the length of my stay including doctors visits and test as well as room and board, but individual doctors have sent arbitrary amounts to collection agencies. The docotors listed are clearly engaged in predatory billing practices when XXXX XXXX XXXX awarded me a grant for the stay XXXX. I want my credit restored it is all medical bills and every single company listed will not work with me, nor settle on terms. I need a help I am a struggling student with only medical debt, and I can not take out any loans to complete my education without these taken off my report. I ahve not been reckless and I have not lived beyond my means. PLEASE HELP.

Northwest Collectors INC-date of payment XX/XX/XXXX for two accounts. I paid it off. When I paid it off I was under the impression, per the conversation with the representative from this company, that the collection would be off my report once I paid it in full. Discovered this was still on my credit on XX/XX/XXXX. I complained to the company on XX/XX/XXXX and called again on XX/XX/XXXX and asked to speak with a supervisor and was transferred to XXXX who said she was the highest supervisor I could speak to. While she was not extremely rude, she did cut me off and over talk me several times. Regardless of what her answer was, she could have waited for me to finish talking. I was told the policy, but also explained that again, per my payment and interaction 2 years ago with the representative that this would be removed off my credit. I filed a dispute with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. The results of the dispute were that 1 account was deleted, but the other still remains as of XX/XX/XXXX. Both accounts were paid on the same day.

On XX/XX/2018 I contacted Northwest Collectors regarding a collection notification on my credit report. They referred my to the original creditor/medical facility, XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX advised that the bill they had was not submitted to the insurance company, because they didn't have any insurance on file. I provided them the insurance information and they advised that they would contact the collection agency immediately to have the account removed. On XX/XX/2018, I called the collection agency to follow up and they advised that they have received no such communication from the agency. But advised that they would put a 2 week hold on the account. They provided me a contact number for the medical provider. When I contacted the phone number provided by Northwest Collectors, company could not verify address as the are a 3rd party and were not furnished with this information. This middle company is called XXXX XXXX

XXXX XXXX XXXX, SC provides services in XXXX XXXX. Their charges are included in XXXX XXXX XXXX. My insurance paid for everything because I was billed by XXXX XXXX for all services provided in its facility. The service is included in the facility. I received a notice ( attached ) to reply by XX/XX/2022 to stop collection and and replied with a certified letter ( proof attached ) on XX/XX/2022 and sent many letters prior to that notice to the creditor and was ignored. my insurance was not contacted as well. they violated my rights and blame me for paid debt, they ruined my credit score for debt paid by my insurance and they failed to submit a claim to my insurance.

The debt owed is {$600.00}. I made a payment of {$50.00} two weeks ago and they keep calling my husband 2-3 times a day stating they are going to take legal action. I called today to try to make a payment arrangement for the renaming {$550.00} balance. I wanted to pay {$100.00} a month for the next 6 months to pay off the balance. They informed me I could only do 3 payments and state so I could only do {$100.00} due to our current financial situation. The company representative was very rude and stated fine call back when you want to pay the amount in full. I then asked to speak to her supervisor. The supervisor informed me they do not do payment arrangements and stated I had to pay the full amount. I said I could not afford their payment and she said well you should of figured that out with the XXXX center. I ended the call there.

NWC reported information to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX which was known to contain errors. NWC failed to promptly report corrected information to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. NWC miscommunicated the dispute with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. NWC failed to inform me in writing that it was reporting negative information to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX within the required time period. After recieving a dispute, NWC failed to investigate and report the results of the investigation to me, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. After investigation, NWC failed to MODIFY or DELETE the item with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. These transgressions decreased my credit score which increased the interest rate I received on my mortgage.

I have sent numerous letters aboou t Northwest Collectors Inc. trying to coooect a debt that is not mine. I tried contacting the original creditor, which Northwest Collectors Inc. clai ms I owe, and there is no such company they claim. They have no file at the XXXX XXXX hospital nor does the doctor mentioned know anything about this alleged account. So after my personal investigation this is a fraudulent account and Northwest Collectors Inc. is clearly providing false information of the original creditor. They can not provide any proof I actually owe them yet they still are reporting to all three major credit bureaus ; XXXX , XXXX and XXXX .

I received a notification today that Northwest Collections added a collection account to my credit file for {$110.00}. It shows original creditor XXXX XXXX, which I assume is a medical bill? Ive never had any business with this original creditor and even if I did It would have been paid because I have HMO insurance which cover any cost at 100 %. I have a primary care physician thru my HMO. I have never heard of this collection agency either. I havent received any letters, nor calls. This is a bogus debt that needs to be removed immediately. Its very upsetting these people would try something like this during a pandemic

Northwest Colletors is reporting a non paid red light ticket XXXX. This is not consumer debt and should not be reported on my credit bureau. These tickets are not mine. Another individual was driving my car and I was not in the car at the time of the occurrences. I was told I am responsible when someone else is driving my car. I have called both the credit bureaus and the collection agencies. They said they can do this. This is not consumer debt these are fines. Traffic Violations are not reported to credit bureaus. Therefore all of these fines which are not mine should not be reporting on my credit bureau.

My husband incurred a {$160.00} debt for ambulance service on XXXX XXXX, 2015. I called the debt collection agency XXXX Northwest Collectors XXXX to inform them of his untimely death. They responded by saying his debt now becomes my debt since I 'm his surviving wife. I informed the agency that Illinois is not a common law state and my spouse 's debt does not become my debt. I wrote them letters disputing the debt but to no avail. Northwest Collectors has since transferred the debt to my name and reported it the credit reporting agencies and the debt is now on my credit report.

Submitted a dispute with XXXX Credit bureau and sent a certified mail with the same info to the collection agency ( Northwest collectors inc ) on XX/XX/2022 and to the original creditor listed on the credit report ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) I checked my credit report and there is a collection reported but I never received any notice, and I had no option to dispute it prior to damaging my record. All my medical bills were paid to the hospital by my insurance plan, and I do not have any unpaid medical bills. Collection Agency failed to provide a written notice and violated my rights.

Northwest Collectors Inc. has been calling my job 's main phone number using an automated message divulging information of a debt I supposedly owe for some traffic tickets to the switchboard operator for the company ; who is one of my subordinates ( I have attached the most recent phone recording from this morning ). This has been going on for several weeks. I do n't believe it is appropriate to be calling people 's workplace using an automated system that discloses information that they are a collection company calling about an amount owed for a specific individual.

I have a medical debt from Illinois XXXX XXXX. ( XXXX ) XXXX. The explanation of benefits was sent by me on XXXX XXXX. They have the information on " hold ''. Meanwhile Northwest Collection Company ( XXXX ) XXXX. Has been threatening me that they do not have to accept the insurance and I owe them the full amount. This debt is past the statue of limitations as the first date of delinquency was on XXXX XXXX of 2009.
