XXXX XXXX XXXX a subsidiary of NorthStar Technologies XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX, Ok XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX This company sent me a letter stating I owed a debt for {$4900.00} in XXXX 2015 and I immediately sent a certified letter requesting validation of the debt and a copy of their license to collect and received nothing, in XXXX 2015 I received a letter stating they were returning the debt and ceasing all collection activities. I received summons to appear in court on XXXX XXXX 2015 for XXXX XXXX Oklahoma as they have filed a lawsuit, after sending letter stating they ceased all collection activities. I do not live in XXXX XXXX, OK, nor have I ever and for them to fraudulantly sue me in this XXXX is additonal Fraud and FDCPA Violations, specifically after I requested Debt Validation and never received it and they sent me a letter that they were ceasing all collection activities.

I submited a Verification of Debt letter to all parties, XXXX and Equinox ( The Collection Agency ) that I do not owe XXXX or Equinox an alleged debt of {$9300.00} being reported ascac Charge Off Collection of a house that I legally and properly evacuated. In addition, I gave the XXXX XXXX XXXX a XXXX evacuation notice. The property management and I had worked out a payment schedule for the last month of rent that I owed, to be paid in {$100.00} installments until the debt was paid off. On the second month of me sending my payment, the XXXX returned by payment, unopened and send me strait to collections. I still have the original returned envelope and the money order ( See attached ) The Collection agency increased my debt from {$1400.00} to {$9300.00} and refuses to listen to me and take the collection of my credit report. Please help me. These companies have ruined my life! Thanks, XXXX

I was notified by this company in XXXX 2015, that I owed a debt to them, and asked for debt validation immediately, and was never sent any debt validation. I received a letter XXXX/XXXX/2015 stating they would cease Collection Activities and no reporting to my credit bureaus. I received a summons that I am being sued XXXX XXXX by this company after stating they would not pursue the debt and in a XXXX that I do not reside, I never received any validation of this debt. It is not Valid it is Fraud, and after repeated requests I am know being sued in court.

I received a call from XXXX a debt collection company stated I owed {$4900.00} to XXXX XXXX, to which I informed the debt collector I did not. I was not given FDCPA, no any disclosures, I asked them to not contact me again as I did not owe any debt to XXXX XXXX and also asked for validation of the debt. to which has yet to be provided, after asking them not to contact me again and to cease collections efforts on XXXX XXXX a debt collection letter was sent to me via mail.

I was sent by my company XXXX XXXX XXXX out of XXXX, Oklahoma to be fitted for prescription safety glasses. The exam, and glasses were to be paid by the company as they had an account with the provider. All employees were allowed XXXX pair a year. After about XXXX weeks the company shut down that yard, and I 'm assuming did n't pay the bill. They are now contacting me and placing derogatory remarks on my credit report.
