Northpoint Mortgage pulled my credit without consent. I specified that I did not want to start an application, and they started an application and pulled my credit regardless. When trying to resolve this with Northpoint, they claim that I did in fact consent to both an application and a credit pull. When I asked for proof of this ( for I knew it was inaccurate ) they could not provide any and stated that they do not record their calls.
