as of XX/XX/2020 i owed resource recovery as they claim i have disputed it from day one they would not provide me with the documentation i requested, my debt as they claim on XX/XX/2020 was {$810.00}, which was a lot higher than what Resource Recorvery bought the debt for, i have paid {$1000.00} to date and they still have a wage garnishment on me for over {$1200.00} which they refuse to correct this with the courts, my employer has to take that amount out of me in till that amount has been satisficed, so that means i will be paying more than double illegal i believe, and still dispute the amount they claim i owe. i never received any paper work for me to go to court to answer there claim illegal again. they tell me to call them i will not call them they tell me the same lie every time or won't tell me anything at all, how can Resource Recovery LLC, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, ny XXXX, charge me more than double of a dispute debt legally, they purposely did not send a copy of the court paper work to me so i had no chance to dispute in front of a judge, seeing it was several i had lost my chance dispute this and have it vacated now they got a default judgment, in till after said court date illegal i do believe, all i want is a fair chance i do not owe this amount and can a collection agency charge me interest on a medical debt let alone charge me 150 % interest. Resource Recovery knowingly and illegally did not provide with proper paper work in a fair and timely legal manner.

I have XXXX and have a representative payee service. The payee service is conducted through a public sector mental health agency called Recovery Resources. We are in XXXX, Ohio. The representative payee service is called XXXX. The objective of the company is to allocate weekly pay from monthly XXXX payments from Social Security. I normally get around {$76.00} per week. Today, I only received {$14.00} and last month I received {$73.00}. I also suspect that every week there has been a different pay amount. This was vastly different enough to notice clearly, this morning as about {$58.00} is missing from the payment. So, I would like someone to check if the payments have been unfair as I know that social security payments fluctuate somewhat, based on month-to-month. Secondly, what can be done about the missing money for this week? To include dates, the {$14.00} too-low amount was deposited today on XX/XX/20. Last week, {$73.00} was deposited on XX/XX/20. Other dates I do not seem to have record of. XXXX is the employee at Recovery Resources who establishes the money through XXXX XXXX XXXX.
