I had loan pre-approval XX/XX/XXXX, I provided updated financial docs XX/XX/XXXX prior to making my offer on a condo and now 2 months later I feel I am no longer to actually closing on my loan and have had inconsistent communication from my loan XXXX regarding my loan in process. I dont understand how someone with an XXXX credit score who has their financials in order and has provided every doc requested within 24 hours to purchase a reasonably low priced home within their means can not even have a close date after 60 days in progress. Though I understand an exception approval from XXXX was needed for the condo complex and it caused delays, I dont see why the documents were not able to be prepared, waiting for the approval to move forward. I verbally reviewed updated figures 3 weeks ago with my loan officer and I still have not seen any updated documents. If there are delays outside of anyone 's control, I can understand that but I dont feel that I am being very well communicated to in order to understand. I email and leave messages for my loan officer and I dont get responses for days, and I 'm made to feel like I 'm harassing her just to get information on my home. I have expressed that I have no lease in my current home and cant even work with my landlord for an arrangement because no one can give me an estimated closing date and I could be kicked out of my current home at any moment and I dont have a new home to move in to! Prior to my investor exception approval, I looked into my options at another lender and found that the closing fees and costs with XXXX are higher than they could be but after I received approval, I decided to finish with XXXX as I assumed I would have closed much faster than starting new with a new lender but I am regretting this decision as I feel no closer to closing then I did 2 weeks ago when the approval was made. The homebuying process is an enormous decision and should be fun and exciting and my experience with XXXX has caused the process to bring me nothing but angst. There have already been XXXX extensions with the seller and I am going to lose the property if this can not get closed and completed as soon as possible.

We asked for a loan modification inXX/XX/XXXX. InXX/XX/XXXX an employee O Northern Ohio Investment Company spoke with us regarding questions we had about our mortgage rate and sent us printouts of all payments dating back to XXXX the date of our mortgage and told us to go over them and call back with questions. We did exactly that and left 12 messages for her in a 15 day span. Then another employee telephoned and said she would process the loan modification. We asked for a HARP LOAN and were told at least 8 times we could not apply because we were behind and finally the employee got upset and said that our loan was still associated with XXXX XXXX and they do not process any HARP LOANS. From XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX they kept making excuses such as ; no reply from my husband 's employer ( he is more than agreeable and forthcoming to deny this ). Then came superfluous excuses. In XX/XX/XXXX we had applied for a Save the Dream money with the State of Ohio and given {$15000.00} but the printout showed they received {$25000.00}. When we started asking questions about this at the end ofXX/XX/XXXX and cutoff the original employee qho was trying to help us. They never let up on 9 % interest in all these years. They took advantage from day one when we applied in XX/XX/XXXX due to our circumstances. We had a XXXX XXXX in which we lost our XXXX year old granddaughter we were raising and everything we owned. Continuing we finally got a hold of a supervisor on XX/XX/XXXX who told us we were denied and then said " XXXX XXXX ''. Two days later he was no longer with the company. We believe we are involved in a predatory loan. On XX/XX/XXXX we received a letter stating we could file an appeal within 14 days we did so on XX/XX/XXXX. Now 69 days later no answer by mail, emails or regular or certified mail. Only one phone call when did we want to schedule a short sale.

I began my modification with noic in XXXX 2016. While modifications are not supposed to charge any fees, noic would NOT start a trail modification until I paid a XXXX title fee. If I am struggling to make a mortgage payment it seems unfair to charge me a fee to start an fha modification. Once the fee was paid I was emailed the trail modification packet to sign and return via fax. I completed my trial payments all on time. My last payment was XXXX XXXX. I was told XXXX XXXX I 'll have paperwork coming to me. Today XXXX XXXX I called. I was advised in order to get final mod paperwork I again have to pay an overnight fee. They refused to fax documents or email. When questioned why they were refusing since it was done with the trail mod, they only offered for me to personally pick up over 2 hrs away, or they would regular mail XXXX XXXX but I need to mail back by XXXX XXXX. They indicated I would have to cover the cost of overnight paperwork because they pass that expense on to get modifications finalized. They would send regular mail but not till XXXX XXXX but refused to fax or email documents back even though it was done before. So either I have to pay another fee to them to have a modification or I run the risk of paperwork not getting to me. I included the email in which they sent the trail modification to me via emsil, no issue. I included the trail mod paperwork received via email with the fee, and the email in which they received my fax back, again no issue. Now all of the sudden they state fax is no longer an option because of the quality of documents and email is not secur. So instead I am told I either must pay an overnight fee or wait till XXXX XXXX for reg mail and it due back by XXXX XXXX.

In XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX ), I obtained a home improvement loan through XXXX XXXX XXXX. At the time the loan was taken out, XXXX XXXX XXXX filed a XXXX against my property for the loan amount ( recorded XX/XX/XXXX ). Sometime after that, XXXX XXXX XXXX changed its name to XXXX XXXX. There were multiple loan servicers assigned over the next few years. From what I was told by a representative from XXXX, they sold a portfolio of loans to Concord on XX/XX/XXXX. They advised me to contact Concord to resolve my issue as it was sold to them. I contacted them several times and no one could access the account and provide no information whatsoever. They indicated that they have no record associated with me. I asked to have the issue escalated in order to access what is likely an archived account. I sent an email to the department suggested to escalate the matter on XX/XX/XXXX and have not heard any information back from them. In addition, there was NO recorded assignment of this debt to Concord. They can not provide me with any account information and say they have no record of me at all. I have no data on this as it was over 15 years ago when this began. I need Concord to release the lien on my property as it is interfering with my ability to sell my property.

I'm paying a debt with XXXX XXXX. I have all the receipts but the collector affirms I'm not paying it even I have the receipts. He calls me every single day saying he's going to sue me and report me to credit bureau. And every day he send me 2 letters in my mailbox YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO CREDIT BUREAU, WE ARE GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION. If I'm making the payments why this person is saying I'm not? Why he's threatening me? So as of today I stop paying because he's allegations are I'm not making the payments so, is like I'm wasting money. He algo sent a letter that says the balance of the debt is going to raise to the original amount no matter how much I did payed in the past. He's harassing me and my wife for the Las 11 days. Non stop calls and letters every single day. He's harassing my wife, a person who has XXXX problems and XXXX XXXX. This isn't the way to treat no one and this have to stop. And to not forget to mention, this person calls and screams at me on the phone and use bad language against me and my wife.I will provide here the name of the collector and the agency. On XXXX XXXX from victory mortgage company ran my credit without my authorization ( from an old application from a year ago ) for someone else that was applying for a loan they said he was my husband so they conjoined our applications and information but he is not my husband I didnt even know this person and ask why didnt they call me to confirm this.. Then they lied again and changed their story. All the while lifelock was on the call as well. My application should have been closed from a year ago due to me deciding not to get a loan from them because of the bad reviews I saw during that time But I see they never closed it they kept it open all this time, I havent been in contact with this company until now regarding the alerts to my lifelock account. The lady from the company said they would reverse it. I called XXXX, XXXX and XXXX to put a freeze on my credit file. On XXXX I reported this to the police, and now Im reporting it to CFPB.
