Northern Arizona creditors service inc. received a medical bill to collect on me a few years ago. I set up a payment plan and never missed my payments, I even paid extra sometimes. I paid off the debt on XX/XX/2020 with XXXX XXXX at Northern Arizona creditors service , inc . In XXXX they reported I still owed a balance of XXXX dollars and I had to dispute it. They then reported the balance was paid for a less amount but paid in full. I have a letter I received from them saying it was paid in full and uploaded it after the dispute came back resolved but it was reflecting incorrectly. XXXX told me it was paid in full and when they report to the credit Bureaus that is how they will report, paid in full, nothing more. They not only reported improperly but also notated the account the same improper way.
