I have been receiving harassing calls from what I assume is a debt collection company named Northeast Resolutions , Inc. they have been contacting me and my out of town family stating that they are attempting to deliver certified mail however no attempts ever arrive from the USPS. They have accurate contact information however they continue to reach out to my father in an attempt to shame me into engaging with them for what ever purpose they have. They have yet to state that they are attempting to collect a debt, Ive contacted them back at the telephone number they provided and they answered the telephone stating that they were the XXXX XXXX Police Department and have provided various company names. They are not licensed to engage in debt collection activity within the state of Arkansas. They will provide no information regarding the nature of the contact other than that they are attempting to deliver certified mail. They have violated the FDCPA repeatedly and have multiple online complaints that are near identical to what Ive stated above. Ive filed BK and they need to comply with the automatic stay and validate their debt or face contempt charges. they need to cease and desist all attempts at contact to myself, my family, friends, or place of work.
