I purchased XXXX XXXX dirt bikes using the XXXX credit card a line of credit provided by XXXX. I got behind on payments and XXXX sold the credit card debt to a third party debt collector. I was contacted by XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX stating she was with North American Asset Services and was collecting on the XXXX debt I owed. She stated the dirt bikes I purchased would be seized unless we could settle the debt. She stated that if I could pay a total of {$2700.00} which needed to be wired she would send the titles to me for the dirt bikes. I wired {$2500.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and the remaining {$200.00} XX/XX/XXXX only to find out that they did not hold the titles for the dirt bikes as they were still showing the lien holder as XXXX ( found out later ). I then realized that not only was the debt not settled but American Asset Services sold the debt to another debt collection agency XXXX XXXX who then started trying to collect for the same debt. I did not agree with the debt XXXX was trying to collect, XXXX filed a judgement against me which I then thought Bankruptcy was the only way out. I filed chapter XXXX bankruptcy which was converted to a chapter XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. I feel like this was handled very wrong by XXXX who sold my debt to a third party debt collection company but has never released the liens on the bikes to these companies. Then I was lied to by the third party debt collector XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stating they would release the liens if I paid when in fact they did not hold the liens. XXXX has since sold the XXXX accounts to XXXX XXXX who has no records therefore I am unable to dispose of or get rid of these dirt bikes or even come to any type of settlement with them to release the liens.

I received a call for a " complaint '' for a former sister-in-law ( 20 years ago ) which said " she now had " notice of the complaint '' and to call the lawyer handling the matter at ( XXXX ) XXXX. I called the number left, gave the complaint number and said that I was not the person they were trying to reach, that there was no notice and asked why they were calling me? The receptionist could not answer but said she would remove my number. I asked to talk to a supervisor, and when the supervisor got on the phone, I asked why they had called my number. He denied that anyone called me under his employment, he claimed that he could not control " third parties '' from calling me. He told me I was speaking too fast and should " let him finish ''. I repeatedly asked why they had called me and that the number left was for his company. Ultimately, as he got nasty, I asked if that was the way he did business/talked to people and he indicated it was the way he talked to " women like me ''. I asked what that meant and he said I was not " acting like a lady ''. I said I didn't know that there were specific rules for women, and I would be filing a complaint. He told me to ask my former sister-in-law why they were calling me, " how about that ''. I never got an answer as to why I was being called. He asked if I was " done '' and I said no, that he was a misogyinist and I would be filing a complaint with the FTC. He asked if I wanted a recording, and unfortunately I said no, but he said that they would replaying the tape in his office and laughing at me all afternoon and to get off his line. In the month of XXXX 2017, I called XXXX XXXX to inquire about services, products and prices. I immediately and specifically told the representative that I DO NOT give authorization for them to check my credit report because I was n't sure if I wanted the service at that time. I was simply conducting a comparison with other providers in my area. The representative assured me that he would not check my credit. I was given some information and told him if we decided we wanted service with XXXX XXXX, I would call back. I now have an unauthorized hard inquiry on my credit report from XXXX XXXX dated X/XX/17. I am not happy and totally disturbed that I would be taken advantage of so quickly and easily simply because I wanted to know about the company 's services and products. I was a former XXXX customer so once I gave the representative my name and address I 'm sure that 's how he obtained my social security number. This is fraud and I want it removed! Thank you for your services.

I deposited a check from a friend name XXXX, Here is his phone number : ( XXXX ). He asked me to deposited a check that He got from a customer I asked him why can't he deposited the money himself and he said that becuase his bank was in another state. I deposited it and at first when I mobile dospit the check didn't go through. I had to wait a few days for it. after recieving the money he told me that he needed XXXX too pay for some moving expenses and which I did. unknownly a few days later the check was returned back and the bank took the XXXX check back. I was very shock when this occur. I had recently tried to contact this merchant by he didn't answer my call or texts and I saw in the description that the reason for the dospited return checks was because the account was closed. I was a vicitim of fruad and this guy and the person who wrote the check took advantage me and the rest of the funds I have.

I received a phone call from a company called frontier financial group, and they claimed they were collecting for an unpaid payday loan. I have been making payments to them since XX/XX/XXXX. I paid XXXX dollars a month, then in XX/XX/XXXX, I paid XXXX dollars, then was going to pay remainder in XXXX. I tried to contact them to talk about my payment, and I could not reach them by phone at all. I tried about XXXX times that day, XX/XX/XXXX, different times of the day, and always got hung up on. I did some calling around, and even XXXX said they could n't find anything on this company, but when she researched it, found nothing but information about them being a scam. I have paid a total of XXXX dollars to them, and would llike my money back if possible. thank you, XXXX XXXX

I had an account with XXXX charge off in XXXX. It was for XXXX XXXX, acct # XXXX. I paid this account off in XXXX with Frontier Financial, and will attach a copy of my letter showing the debt was satisfied. To this very day, me, my husband and my parents will get calls from collectors about this same debt. I have attempted to contact Frontier, but it appears they went out of business several years ago. The people calling to collect always give random company names that are never the same. This item has long since fallen off my credit report so I know the debt is not legit, but these calls are embarrassing and cause me a lot of mental anguish. How can I make these calls stop??

I reported that my information was stolen. I never opened a credit card with XXXX account on my credit report XXXX. I called stated I never opened a card with XXXX, they said they were going to investigate. Never heard back from XXXX Back. I called a few times with no response, I need this to be resolved I wasn't able to purchase a house for my son and me and this is heating my credit to provide a home for my son and me.
