applied for a construction loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX of 2019. On XX/XX/XXXX they sent me an offer that I agreed to. I them sent them over {$900.00} for application fee, and appraisal fee. The appraisal came back on XX/XX/XXXX and Normandy sent me a commitment package and asked me to pay another fee. In that package was a new draw schedule that didnt match the one I agreed to. original draw had an amount of {$40000.00} at closing, now that was reduced to {$13000.00}. this wont work and I would not have agreed and sent them any money. I told them this and they offered to raise my loan amount to give me a larger draw. Payments would then be higher then what i want to pay. All im asking for is my money back, not to mention they have put me behind over a month on finishing me home. I will send copies of both draw schedules.
