In late XXXX we began planning for a major home renovation to the home we own in XXXX, NJ. To finance the renovation, we contacted XXXX XXXX at NJ Lenders Corp, in XXXX XXXX, NJ. He suggested that we use a FHA 203 ( k ) loan for financing. Early on, things progressed as we expected, and we were told that our loan was nearly ready. Shortly after that, we found out that, based on our building plans, we would need to apply for a variance from our town. That was in XXXX, just prior to everyone going on lockdown due to COVID-19. We relayed this information to NJ Lenders and they suggested withdrawing our loan application until we were able to attend the variance hearing, which we agreed to do. We finally received our hearing on XX/XX/XXXX, and were granted approval. The same day we received approval, we reached out NJ Lenders and told them we were ready to proceed with the loan process. Over a week later, we heard back, and were told that a new loan application process would be begin a week after that. Finally on XX/XX/XXXX, we were told that a new loan application process was started and we submitted all of the requested documents in a timely manner. After going nearly a month without any updates from NJ Lenders, we reached out again on XX/XX/XXXX, asking for the status. We were then given an estimate that it would be 45 days to close the loan, which would be XX/XX/XXXX. We contacted NJ Lenders again on XX/XX/XXXX, asking how the loan was progressing, and after failing to receive a response, reached out once more on XX/XX/XXXX. We did finally receive a response indicating that NJ Lenders was waiting for an appraisal to finish, despite the appraiser having come to our house on XX/XX/XXXX. We were told that the appraisal report would be completed by the end of that week. And we were also told that it would be an estimated 45 days from when they received the appraisal report that we could close. That date would be XX/XX/XXXX, a month after the initial estimated date. As we neared the new estimated closing date, we reached out again after not receiving any updates. At this point, we informed that after looking into our application, NJ Lenders had left a number off of the documents they sent to HUD, and that the application had not been moving forward due to that oversight. Because the application had already been submitted to HUD incorrectly, the entire application process had to be started from scratch. The president of NJ Lenders, XXXX XXXX, ensured us on XX/XX/XXXX, that a commitment letter would be sent to us to sign by XX/XX/XXXX. That day passed without us receiving the commitment, and we reached out to Mr XXXX again on XX/XX/XXXX, but received no reply. We did manage to speak to XXXX XXXX that day, and we finally received, signed, and returned the commitment on XX/XX/XXXX. At this point we were informed that NJ Lenders was waiting for HUD to cancel the case number for the incorrectly submitted earlier application, and that our new application could not be submitted until this was completed. Finally, on XX/XX/XXXX, we were informed by Ms XXXX that the old case number was canceled and that we would likely be able to close within ten business days. We reached out again on XX/XX/XXXX, to ask if we were on track to close within the estimated ten business days, and were told by Ms XXXX that she saw no reason we wouldn't be able to. Finally, on XX/XX/XXXX, we received the closing documents, nearly two months after the initial estimated date of XX/XX/XXXX. We were told that we officially closed on XX/XX/XXXX. Our expectation was that after closing, we would be able to begin our renovation, so we relayed this information to our our contractor. He began working on XX/XX/XXXX, at which point we reached out to NJ Lenders inquiring about when he would be able to receive his first disbursement from the loan. We were told on XX/XX/XXXX, that our loan was in " post-closing '' and being transferred, and that we would receive a notification once the transfer was complete, and that our contractor could be paid at that point. Days passed and we never received confirmation that our loan had transferred to another bank. Our contractor was demanding payment and even asked if we could pay the first disbursement out-of-pocket, which we were unable to do. We continued to reach out to NJ Lenders on the status of the transfer and received minimal communication. Only after writing negative reviews on internet sites, did we finally receive communication from Ms XXXX. She was disappointed in the negative reviews, telling us that they would reflect badly on her personally. As for the first disbursement, she said they would go outside of their standard practices, and NJ Lenders would make the disbursement, rather than the bank the loan would be transferred to. We did receive the first disbursement on XX/XX/XXXX, and our contractor was able to be paid. At this point, we have still not received any updates regarding the transfer of our loan, despite multiple attempts to reach NJ Lenders. Work is proceeding on our renovation, and we know that soon the contractor will be looking for the next disbursement, but at this point, we feel that we'll need to go through the same ordeal to get it to him. This entire process has been conducted in an unprofessional manner, and action on our loan has only taken place after we've made multiple attempts to contact people at NJ Lenders, including the president of the company. We have great concerns about whether our loan will ever actually be fully granted.

I bought my house in XXXX with a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX mortgage. I have subsequently found out that the title insurance policy and the deed do NOT match or even come close when I try to sell the house. The closing attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX N.J. has not chosen to help in any way even though the deed itself has errors on it and the sellers signed certified tax information show that they sold me XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, N.J. and not the subject premise address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, N.J. The minutes, degrees and seconds description of my XXXX XXXX XXXX policy # XXXX location are no where near the deed location. I did some research and discovered that the lot and block were changed on XX/XX/XXXX in Book 6300 Page 96. The sellers closed with Power of Attorney when I bought the house and the closing documents appear to contain much more than mistakes. My career as a XXXX XXXX XXXX has been destroyed due to caller ID spoofing with call interception and voice impersonation. I have also been physically impersonated so I get the feeling that I am dealing with organized crime. My phone number ( XXXX ) XXXX was placed on a Government Services Administration mobile network that has been used to derail my finances to the point I filed Chapter XXXX Bankruptcy on XX/XX/XXXX. Records show that the mortgage was foreclosed WHILE the house was in Bankruptcy protection in XXXX. The phone and email interception was so intense it was impossible to find a job anyway and when I did find a job my impersonated voice was cloned and used to call co-workers and bosses resulting in further job lost AFTER about 10 years of night school. I had a steady job working for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX making $ XXXX plus very large bonuses when I bought the house and had no way of reconnecting with previous employers because I was unaware of the voice impersonation. Once I figured out that my phone number ( XXXX ) XXXX was on the mobile network code XXXX I went and bought new service and new phones only to have them cloned at or shortly after the purchase. The phone tampering may be associated with the closing attorney putting a power of attorney on me without my consent. I can back up my story every inch of the way and keep immaculate records that can be cross reference to proof it. At this point my main concern is determining if the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX mortgage was paid off by NJ LENDERS when I refinanced in XXXX. There is no record of discharge anywhere and no pay off amount paid to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to determine exactly how much I would owe on the property, all I get is a very inflated pay off figure from XXXX XXXX company that does NOT include deduction for payments I have already made even though I can produce the paid checks that were process through my bank account. That's right I have the cancelled checks and XXXX XXXX XXXX refused to credit my account. The real question is who paid off the original mortgage from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and how much was paid out so I can sell the house and pay the fair amount. I am being grossly overcharged. Outside of the phone and email interceptions authorities can't reach me because the owner of the house was listed by the closing attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX as XXXX XXXX XXXX and not the correct address of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I recently found out that there is a foreclosure auction scheduled for XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$150000.00} XXXX 's ball park price was displayed today as {$520000.00}. I know XXXX is not too accurate but the house is worth much more. I have reduced the price very, very low but can't go through with the sale because its a mystery as to who and how much was paid for the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX mortgage when I " refinanced '' with NJ LENDERS in XXXX. No one has any documentation of who paid off the original purchase mortgage from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX if the mortgage was ever even issue. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who bought XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX researched the alleged mortgage for about three months and produced nothing at all. I NEED TO HAVE NJ LENDERS PROOVE THAT THEY PAID OFF THE ORIGINAL XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MORTGAGE IN XXXX AND SHOW HOW MUCH THEY PAID SO I CAN SELL THE HOUSE AND PAY ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE HOUSE. Please see if NJ LENDERS will cooperate and produce proof that they paid off the original purchase XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX mortgage. Was the XXXX original purchase XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX mortgage ever filed? I have the MERS information also.

In XX/XX/XXXX, I purchased a Fannie Mae property under a XXXX rehabilitation loan. Back in XX/XX/XXXX, I found a realtor by the name of XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX, who referred me to XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX. XXXX promised that she had a mortgage banker who is experienced in distressed properties, and when I met XXXX he assured me he could help me. XXXX and XXXX then referred me to a contractor by the name of XXXX XXXX, who is from NJ but somehow on paper represented himself to be part of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX located in XXXX XXXX, NY. When I closed in XX/XX/XXXX, The contractor was given an installment to begin repairs on my house. Then in the course of four months, the contractor had access to my house to do all the necessary repairs to make my house habitable. In those four months, the contractor had ample time to complete the work, he even asked me to hire other contractors to do the plumbing and electrical work. .The plumber and electrician was referred to him from XXXX at XXXX XXXX . Which was shocking because I was promised to have a brand new home, and that I would not need to put out a dime outside the contracted price of XXXX, which was rolled into the XXXX loan for the rehabilitation. It became apparent that XXXX of XXXX XXXX intentionally wrote the contract so that I was responsible for repairs that was necessary to make the house habitable. XXXX knew that I was a single mother of XXXX kids and that I had a tight budget. He throughout the whole process assured me the numbers would work according to how much I could spend. After closing, I constantly had surprise after surprise, and found that I was paying for electrician, plumber and supplies from XXXX XXXX totaling over 2500 dollars. By the end of the project, I was over budget and dissatisfied with the run around that I was getting. When I moved into the house on XX/XX/XXXX, I was still having problems with plumbing, roof leaking and gas. The conditions were unbearable for me and my children and still is. To date, the ceiling in one of my bedrooms caved in from roof leaking, the paint on walls are all chipped, the flooring has chipped, the plumbing is poor, the basement was not repaired and the list goes on and on. I have a paper trail of emails, messages to XXXX and XXXX XXXX about the terrible conditions of my home and no action has been taken. The work is under a warranty and I was advised by legal counsel to file a lawsuit. I also had a licensed contractor access the damages and he has written an extensive report of the defective and poor work. I have asked XXXX and XXXX to please send another contractor to complete the work properly but they insist on sending a handyman who has in the last year has proven to not have the skill set to do the work properly. I am seeking restitution for my pain, suffering and aggravation. As well as money for repairs. I have invested a lot of money and time in this property. Me and my kids are suffering and its not fair.

Please read my correspondence to NJ Lenders. I did not request public information I requested proof of payment from NJ Lenders to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) satisfying the original purchase mortgage when I refinanced in XXXX. I am being charged astronomical costs that do Not start at the point of refinancing. I have repeatedly requested proof that the original purchase XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX mortgage and the amount paid. I have received absolutely nothing at all not even a trace back to XXXX. Does NJ Lenders expect a client to pay a grossly inflated amount and produce absolutely no backup information and dictate an amount owed. Please look at the attachment and examine the facts. NJ Lenders has recorded many public records. NJ Lenders has failed to record transaction records such as the lien release of my original purchase XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) mortgage along with the satisfaction and discharge of my original purchase XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX mortgage that clarifies the amount paid to XXXX finalizing the pay-off. Your response merely references the recording and perhaps the filing of public records that does not mean a XXXX was paid to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I can end up paying astronomical inflated costs without any paper back up. I have requested the same information and NJ Lenders continues to send me non transactional records. Please take a look at the attachment. It appears that NJ Lenders did not pay off my mortgage. The XXXX property records show the bank XXXX XXXX and XXXX while the records NJ Lenders has filed claim XXXX XXXX is the bank, where is the XXXX XXXX XXXX codes? Take a look at the XXXX mortgage interest statement XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX lists the LOAN SETUP as if the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Mortgage was not paid and NJ Lenders just simply slapped a property lien on my property. I have the cancelled checks paid to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with the account number XXXX written on the checks that include the hazard insurance I paid and it has not been deducted from the pay-off statement. I have the cancelled checks and they will not even deduct the monies paid. So far NJ Lenders has not produced a trace to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and still claim to have paid off the mortgage. Your response evades producing the lien release that you claim was paid to XXXX. The mortgage was not satisfied and there is no record of any discharge at all. This is very disreputable to say the least. I have asked for the same records and get the same story as if NJ Lenders never paid off anything and simply slapped a lien on my property. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has not produced any record of the mortgage NJ Lenders has claimed to pay off. Its clear that NJ Lenders is not able to produce anything at all. PLEASE dont keep send me things that I have not requested. I would like to start a criminal investigation.

On or about XX/XX/2020 -- Buyer 's Attorney and Settlement Agent for the Transaction forwarded an incorrect Closing Disclosure to us as the Sellers, presumably from the Buyers ' Lender NJ Lenders Corp., in preparation for a closing to take place on XX/XX/2020. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to get the Closing Disclosure corrected, we received a revised Closing Disclosure on XX/XX/2020 via email the day before the Closing that was revised but still incorrect. The XX/XX/2020 Closing Disclosure did not have the proscribed format indicating the Buyers ' side of the transaction and there were no lender details regarding the type of mortgage or terms of the Buyers ' mortgage. Only the Sellers ' side of the transaction under funds Due from Seller at Closing was given to us for signature and this included many errors such as listing the Additional Deposit of {$43000.00} provided to us and held in escrow under the terms of the purchase contract as an " Excess Deposit '' on the Closing Disclosure and calculating those funds as going back to the Buyer in the line items for calculation of the Cash To Seller and the Total Due From Seller at Closing. The XX/XX/2020 Closing Disclosure also did not have the proscribed format indicating the Buyers ' side of the transaction and there were no lender details regarding the type of mortgage or terms of the Buyers ' mortgage. Only the Sellers ' side of the transaction was given to us for signature and this included many errors that also involved the {$43000.00} and gave the same result of the XX/XX/2020 document : erasing the entire amount of net proceeds due to the Sellers in the Calculations section. The XX/XX/2020 error was that the Buyer 's Additional Deposit of {$43000.00} to be credited to them at the Closing was listed as a Deposit Paid By Buyer under the Sellers ' Side of the Transaction. This was then calculated under the Calculations line items as Funds Due From the Seller and not The Buyer. The Funds for the Buyers ' Purchase are always Due From the Buyer, although the Seller is given the Deposit with the Purchase Contract to hold in escrow those funds are credited by the Lender to the Buyer for their mortgage and should NOT be listed in anyway as funds due from us, the Sellers. In addition, the Calculations shown at the end required the Seller to provide XXXX at Closing and the Buyer to provide {$430000.00} at the Closing. The Sellers should not be responsible for paying for their own house and there are errors. Please help us get these documents corrected.

Hi All, My Name is XXXX XXXX. Mortgage Company : - NJ Lenders Corp XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I am planning to buy the new home in XXXX XXXX XXXX I had the contract with seller and initially closing date was mid XXXX. ( Now is changed to XXXX XXXX or before that ). I started to search Mortgage company for Home loan and and find NJ Lenders as Mortgage for same in XXXX and XX/XX/2022. As closing was in XXXX so we discussed in XXXX and locked the interest for 3.875, agent confirmed on email and after few days he changed his words and changed interest rate to 4.25, still I was ok and signed the documents. On paper interest rate 4.25 expiration date was XXXX XXXX Then we email NJ Lenders loan officer and informed our closing is in XXXX, may be this date will be a problem. Then on email he confirmed that we will get 30 days extension on top of the XXXX XXXX, means ideally we should get XXXX XXXX as extension for 4.25 interest rate. Then after few days we discussed with buyer and confirmed closing date as XXXX XXXX to load officer and he confirmed lock is extended in email, and we requested him to update same on documents, in email he mentioned its not needed., We trusted on them. After 2 days only we called NJ Lenders and told them we are ready to close on XXXX XXXX so we can able to get extension lock time frame, then officer on call suggested we can close on XXXX XXXX and we will get same interest rate. Then for 2 weeks I was trying to follow up with them on under writing and all process, they only said its in progress and today on XXXX XXXX they send new documents with new interest rate as 5.125, this is totally cheating, we trusted on them and not did any other loan shopping. Now we sent email to them and they said if close before XXXX XXXX then only we will get 4.25 interest rate. But as per last signed documents and email communication from NJ lenders 4.25 its extended still XXXX XXXX ( in email he confirmed lock is extended ). We need government help to resolve this problem. Thanks and Regards, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

I have contacted NJ Lenders to get a copy of the alleged payment ( Cancelled Check ) that they made to XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX The NOTE NJ Lenders prepared claims that I received payment of {$130000.00} I did not receive this payment from NJ Lenders. I would like to see who was paid so the matter can be sorted out. I am not saying NJ Lenders is behind the mass sabotage and communications tampering that led me and many others to default on their mortgages. I am not saying that NJ Lenders is involved with covering up illegal transactions. What I am saying is that the contract NJ Lenders prepared titled " Note '' states that I have received a {$130000.00} loan from NJ Lenders and I have not received a penny from NJ Lenders. NJ Lenders has responded to my request by send back a " mortgage '' stamped cancelled or record without proof of being satisfied or the lien being released and no discharge of mortgage. All I need to get is a copy of the check that was used to pay-off the existing XX/XX/XXXXmortgage. You have sent me a copy of the XX/XX/XXXX cancelled mortgage. I am requesting of copy of the check used to pay-off the existing balance. I have attached an example of what I am looking for CHECK # XXXX proves that XXXX XXXX paid XX/XX/2003 mortgage in the amount of {$1400.00} On the reverse side of the check it shows the Fleet bank where the check was processed. The SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT AGENT ( SPOC ) XXXX was used also. Please take a look at the check front and back that gives you a visual example of what I need to see. Your payment will look similar but the names will change to show NJ Lenders payingXX/XX/XXXX along with the mortgage pay-off number.

I have requested NJ LENDERS to forward a receipt of payment for the XXXX refinance of my XXXX original purchase XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX mortgage and NJ LENDERS has not produced anything at all that shows the amount that was paid to XXXX for the refinance. Records show the mortgage was not satisfied and not discharged. XXXX achieves was searched and no records were produced. Take a look at the attachment " SAID MORTGAGE '' I received the page titled Corporate Assignment of Mortgage from NJ LENDERS as part of their response. Please explain how I can sell a fictitious property address that also has fraudulent title insurance. The subject premise is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The records appear to be designed to confuse those who read the documents. NJ LENDERS HAS BEEN REQUESTED MANY TIMES TO PRODUCE RECEIPT OF PAYMENT PAID TO XXXX AND HAS NOT PRODUCED A THING TO SHOW A DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID TO HCSB FOR THE XXXX REFINANCE OR THE SATISFACTION AND DISCHARGE OF MORTGAGE. TAKE A LOOK AT THE ATTACHMENT " SAID MORTGAGE '' IT NOT CONFUSING AT ALL WHAT IS GOING ON HERE. How do I sell my house when the mortgage is NOT for my address and the survey and the title insurance DO NOT even come close to the deed location? There are far too many discrepancies to believe that they are mistakes. PLEASE PRODUCE PROOF OF PAYMENT TO XXXX. I AM NOT ASKING FOR A PILE OF UNREQUESTED PARER WORK I REQUESTING PROOF OF PAYING OFF MY ORIGINAL XXXX MORTGAGE. HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO SELL THE HOUSE. I bought my house XX/XX/XXXX with a {$150000.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) mortgage. I refinanced for {$130000.00} with NJ Lenders on XX/XX/XXXX. The cancellation of the XXXX mortgage is invalid and NJ Lenders secretly closed the " refinancing '' with NON-MONETARY RELIEF and never paid a penny. The HUD statement on line 104 shows " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' NJ Lenders never paid a penny to pay off the mortgage. The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX shows the consideration for both mortgages as XXXX I am unable to sell the house and have dumped hundreds of thousands worth of improvements and can't even get a HELOC NJ Lenders should know better and the original purchase closing attorney is now XXXX Municipal Court Judge XXXX XXXX XXXX Please take a look at the attachments. The proof is on the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I have additional proof such as cancelled checks and other documents that I want to get to court but I am having a very tough time because XXXX is a Judge. This is very unfair. I have over {$300000.00} in equity and I couldn't borrow in XXXX when I had a 800+ credit score and over {$300000.00} in equity. If the mortgages were legal I wouldn't have damaged my credit and face foreclosure I would be just like many other people who borrow against their equity. I have also sorts of financial problems because someone broke the law. I fixed up the house and dumped a lot of money into and can't touch the money that's very unfair. My settlement for medical malpractice is scheduled in two months and wanted to pay the house off in full but I still won't be able to sell it. Take a look at the attachment and see for yourself.

I have request NJ Lenders to respond with a copy of where the {$130000.00} went and who deposited the {$130000.00} that I have been PAYING BACK FOR OVER 8 YEARS. NJ Lenders own Note and Mortgage documents state that I received the {$130000.00} loan. I have not received the loan was not used to pay off my existing mortgage because both NJ Lenders and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX have no record of money changing hands. The mortgage stamped " Cancelled of Record '' does NOT indicate that the mortgage was SATISFIED and there is NO RELEASE OF LIEN, NO DISCHARGE OF TITLE AND NO ONE WHO WILL BUY A $ XXXX+ HOUSE THAT DOES NOT HAVE TITLE INSURANCE. This should not be a problem for NJ Lenders to send the proof of payment. Please request NJ Lenders to reply with the proof of where the {$130000.00} went. I have my monthly mortgage payments for over 8 YEARS and have made monthly mortgage payments and PAID BACK to NJ Lenders and NJ Lenders will not confirm who deposited the {$130000.00} payment. Please review the attachment that shows the cancelled checks from the original purchase and the first 10 % deposit along with the closing costs. The issue may get resolved sooner if an experienced professional addresses the issues at hand before this matter goes to criminal court. I am not requesting the cancelled mortgage that was not satisfied and simply cancelled without proof of payment. As you know there is no discharge recorded and the title insurance and the deed are for different locations. THE MORTGAGE FILE INFORMATION IS FOR XXXX XXXX XXXX NOT XXXX XXXX XXXX. Records show that the survey and the mortgage were not filed, PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHMENT the mortgage was filed for an NON EXISTENT address XXXX XXXX XXXX. Please look at the attachment. on XX/XX/XXXX about 9 months before the NJ LENDERS REFINANCE the MIN XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX N.J. ( XXXX ) XXXX was generated and the MIN XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX DE XXXX XXXX ) XXXX was generated on XX/XX/XXXX BOTH OF THE MINS ARE FOR XXXX XXXX XXXX AND NOT XXXX XXXX XXXX. The LOT & Block were changed before the sellers closed with power of attorney and the title insurance is NOT for the subject property. I have tried to sell my house and have had many deals fall through because buyers became suspicious that I did NOT has a Satisfaction of Mortgage, No Lien Release and no Discharge of Mortgage to prove that the original XXXX purchase XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was paid off and not just voided. I need to get a financial statement of the mortgage pay-off to calculate interest and other costs accurately. I never received a loan payment from NJ Lenders as per contract and need to know who was paid when so everything can be paid out fairly for both parties. Who was paid from the XX/XX/XXXX refinance and where can I get the proof of payment so we can conclude this matter. I detest playing pen-pals but I need to get to answers ASAP

I have requested that NJ Lenders identify who was paid from the XX/XX/2005 " refinancing '' for quite some time now and need this information ASAP because I am selling the house and certainly don't want to be paying the wrong party then sued by another party after the sale. I have been requesting that NJ Lenders identify who the payee was who deposited the {$130000.00} and send it back via the CFPB website. I has been established that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was not the payee as NJ Lenders lead me to believe by sending me the mortgage stamped cancelled of record as proof of payment. I think it is only fair that NJ Lenders identify who the payee was who deposited the {$130000.00} that I have been paying back and in addition a lien was placed on my property as a result of the anonymous payee. I should be informed who the payee was who deposited the {$130000.00} loan since I have the responsibility of paying it back with interest and getting the lien removed.

Please take a look at the attachment. At this point NJ Lenders has no record of paying XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has no record of being paid. I am not looking for the document that is title Mortgage and " Stamped Cancelled of Record '' that has no proof of satisfaction, no proof of lien release and no discharge recorded. I NEED TO KNOW IF XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX WAS PAID. THE NJ LENDERS DOCUMENT NOTE CONTAINS THE LANGUAGE " IN RETURN FOR A LOAN I RECEIVED I PROMISE TO PAY U.S. {$130000.00} '' PLEASE ANSWER THE QUESTION : ARE YOU SAYING THAT I WAS PAID {$130000.00}? I NEVER RECEIVED THE NJ LENDERS CHECK AND WAS NOT PAID THE MONEY. 1 ) DID NJ LENDERS PAY XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX? 2 ) DID NJ LENDERS PAY XXXX XXXX? 3 ) WAS ANYONE PAID? ITS IS VERY IMPORT THAT WE GET THIS MATTER RESOLVED.

NJ Lenders has not responded to my complaint. Duplicate is not the word that should be used it should be avoidance behavior or non compliance of responsibilities. This is not a duplicate or similar request. Closing the case ID is an example of avoidance behavior resulting from fear of the finds of who the payee who accepted and deposited the check is. Please respond via the CFPB website with the identity of the payee who deposited the {$130000.00} from the XX/XX/2005 NJ Lenders refinance. I am the person who has been paying back the money and I am the person who will have to pay the lien off before I can sell the property and have a right to know the identity of the payee who accepted and deposited the {$130000.00} from NJ Lenders

I acknowledge your admission of the mistakes made by New Jerseys Lenders Corporation. However I will not accept the mere {$200.00} offered. I am requesting it be removed from the settlement statement. I choose to further escalate.
