Submitted financial affidavit to debt collector as in response to a civil action in XXXX County Superior Court which collector had brought against me. Debt collector contacted me by telephone on XX/XX/2021 and : * lectured me about civil court procedure and that the judge would not " look kindly upon '' the motions I had filed in response to a missed appearance. XXXX accused me of lying after I provided a detailed explanation of why I did not have income ( resigned a job under duress after learning of a conspiracy and estate fraud which is currently under investigation by the FBI ). * threatened to inform the judge presiding over the matter of my " excuses '' for not paying the debt. * stated that he " believed I was just the type of person who chose to run out on his debts ''. At this point I informed the debt collector that I had no objection to him notifying the judge of my circumstances, and terminated the phone call. Following the phone call I sent multiple emails to the debt collector which included : XXXX copies of a restraining order I had applied for against my previous estate attorney as a result of the estate fraud and criminal conspiracy against me. * written request for copies of the recording of the phone call which had just occurred. No responses by email, phone or other medium were ever received. Later that day the debt collector filed a motion objecting to my motion to vacate an arrest warrant and bail.
