Dear Representative or Constituent, I hope this letter finds you in good health. My name is XXXX XXXX, and I am writing to highlight a matter of significant concern and urgency related to deceptive collection practices employed by XXXX on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, OK XXXX. This is my second complaint, as my first was incorrectly closed. My first complaint was filed under complaint number XXXX. Upon further review, I discovered that the company initially identified in the complaint as the source of threats is not the correct entity responsible. The actual collection agency involved is XXXX, and the representative in question is XXXX. It was XXXX who issued the threats of legal action against me which included putting a lien on my home. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sought medical attention from XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, OH XXXX, for chronic low XXXX XXXX stemming from my XXXX, diagnosed under code XXXX. In the absence of my primary XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, I consulted with XXXX XXXX, and as part of the prescribed treatment, a Baby XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) was recommended. Following the proper consultation, I completed the necessary forms for Rebound Bracing and received confirmation from XXXX at Rebound Bracing that the XXXX brace would be covered. However, it wasn't until XX/XX/XXXX that I was contacted by XXXX on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX, claiming I owed {$1100.00} for XXXX separate braces. After thorough verification with my XXXX 's office, it was confirmed that only one brace had been ordered. I promptly provided this information to XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX, who assured me that my balance would be adjusted to {$0.00}. Regrettably, in XX/XX/XXXX, I received another call from XXXX at XXXX, threatening legal action and a lien on my home if I did not pay the unjustified balance within XXXX weeks. I immediately contacted my insurance provider, XXXX XXXX, only to find that our claim and information had " aged out of the system. '' Even a supervisor was unable to confirm the previous claim 's payment. Despite having satisfied all requirements and making it clear that the balance was covered by my insurance, XXXX persisted in demanding {$1100.00}. Unable to resolve the matter amicably, I reluctantly paid a settlement of {$530.00}, along with a {$10.00} processing fee, totaling {$540.00}. Please be aware that my family relies on a single income, and I am not employed, thereby lacking any disposable income. This distressing experience has prompted me to reach out to your office, hoping that you can thoroughly investigate this matter. Niagaras actions appear not only unjust but potentially fraudulent, as it seems they strategically timed their billing to exploit the limitations of insurance verification. Furthermore, I want to emphasize that I never received any notice of collection from XXXX, XXXX, or my insurance XXXX via mail, not even once. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue. I believe in the fairness of your organization and trust that you will address this matter with the diligence it deserves.

A fraudulent company called XXXX keeps calling me and requesting for me to call them back. They have been calling me for over a year. I do not know what it pertains to, but I did a search on them by XXXX XXXX scam, and the XXXX XXXX XXXX appeared with multiple complaints saying the same thing. The complaints say that the company is a scam, and they are not a legit company. Like most Scammers, this company keeps calling me as is the case with those other complaints. If this was a legit company, I would have received a letter with supporting documentation. I don't owe anyone anything. I keep all my bills current. They have called me many times!!! Their most recent phone call was yesterday, XX/XX/2023, and a woman named XXXX left me a message requesting that I call her back at XXXX. I have yet to have any communication with this " company '' because I already know they are scammers. I have never received anything in the mail. I do not want to get on the phone with them because they might record me such that they ask a question, and I respond, and then later they re-record the conversation with a response that seems like I agree with them. Again, I have never had any communication with them ever! I am not sure where they are located, but I think they may be in XXXX. Please help!
