I continue to receive calls from this company XXXX, stating that there is legal action against me. They do not mention anything other than that there is legal action pending if you do not return call immediately. For what for, from who, they do not even mention if they are attempting to collect on a debt. All they provide is a case number, they do n't even say if involves a debt, or not. This is purely harassment for something that is n't being disclosed, threatening legal action for something that is not known. Please investigate.

THIS IS NEW INFORMATION REGARDING XXXX AND XXXX Account # XXXX I have have summitted the Cease and Desist letter recently as they have just received/signed it on XXXX so XXXX can not say I sent the same information before. I am waiting for the letter XXXX claim they sent on XX/XX/14 which I requested to cease all communication as well the Debt validation including the audit trail.
