I am not liable for this debt with XXXX XXXX and do not have a contract with Nexum Group Inc. They did not provide me with the original application or documents like I asked. Nexum Group is very aggressive and nasty. They don't let you explain why you don't owe a debt with XXXX XXXX ; they just get demanding nasty and tell you ; you better paid this debt or we going to report you to the credit bureau, and this will be on your credit report for 7yrs.
I try to explain to Nexum representative the reason why this is not debt with XXXX XXXX I signed a contract with XXXX XXXX to have my roof done I had to pay my deductible up front before they started on my roof and salesperson said that only thing, I have to pay out of pocket may insurance with pay the remaining. So, once they finished the roof, they received the check from the insurance company after that I received a bill in the mail saying I owe them {$1300.00} I called the finance department and talked to someone named XXXX and I asked him what this bill for he said for extra wood they added to roof. I ask him why anyone didn't talk to me about this first he didn't give me and answer, so I asked for a receipt from them he told me they don't have to provide me a receipt, so I told him I'm not paying until your show me some proof of this extra wood for {$1300.00} are we can take this to court and handle this in court, the next thing I know Nexum Group calling my phone demanding me to pay them. I not paying no one unit some of your show me some document stating that XXXX pay for this amount for wood.

This alleged debt relates to a property that I solely own in my individual capacity.
On XX/XX/, prior to any attempts being made to contact me about the debt, my husband, who holds no legal responsibility for any alleged debt, was contacted by XXXX XXXX of Nexum Group , IncXXXX My husband forwarded XXXX XXXX to me and during our conversation I informed XXXX XXXX that I am a resident of the state of XXXX and am on PST as opposed to the time zone of his employer ( they are licensed in XXXX XXXX
On XXXX XXXX XXXX contacted me multiple times starting at approximately XXXX XXXX XXXX I re-informed XXXX XXXX both via text message and verbally during a phone call later that day that I am a resident of the state of XXXX and that I am on XXXX and not to call me at or around XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that he understood and wouldn't continue with his actions going forward.
Today, XXXX, I received two phone calls from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX
XXXX XXXX and his company, Nexum Group , Inc., despite repeated warnings, have continued to call at unconscionable hours, completely disrupting my home and children.
Furthermore, I have been unable to find any license information for this company in the state of XXXX, the state where I reside.

My family and I are constantly harassed by XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX She has been harassing us since XX/XX/2023, calling several times a week!
She has somehow found m family 's landline phone number and has been calling and harassing my elderly mother with abusive and threatening language. We have her voicemails, emails, and constant tyrants captured to be shared as evidence of her aggressive actions.
