Hello Funding LLC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, VA XXXX CFPB Complaint # XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Reply I call Hello Funding and they ask me to fax a copy of my dogs medical bill. In which they never called back. I was call by XXXX XXXX saying they had the loan and then XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CA XXXX. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and Change Checking account information as stated by them Hello funding LLC has nothing to do with the loan. XX/XX/XXXX change the bank information. Hello funding LLC replied back that the most recent payment had not been made. XXXX XXXX XXXX also stated to me and updated the information. there has been 3 companies claiming to be the owner of the loan with no proof to who owns the loan. The Retail Installment agreement Contract And Security Agreement has been altered as to Hello Funding LLC reply back on XX/XX/XXXX to the papers I received the day of the loan. XXXX XXXX sold the puppy on XX/XX/XXXX and the dog was sick the next day they stated the dog has to adopt. As to the medical records attach the puppy has several issues XXXX of unknown XXXX XXXX : XXXX due to XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The XXXX XXXX XXXX Hospital as stated by XXXX XXXX is not open on Sundays as stated by XXXX XXXX. Saturday Hours XXXX to XXXX XXXX Closed on Sundays which can be verified by there phone number while calling before some one comes on the phone XXXX. So how can a puppy receive service when XXXX XXXX XXXX is closed for 2 days before opening back on Monday. As to the medical report attach by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had paid {$340.00} I could not justify {$1400.00} for full report on been stated by the Vet Doctor the puppy was going to die for a puppy that was only 9 days old from purchase. The Puppy was taken back to XXXX XXXX that Sunday as soon as they open and showed them the report of the puppy condition. Also the owner tried to say she was fine after just coming from the XXXX XXXX XXXX she was fine but died at the store several hours later. XXXX XXXX stated to me they was taken the puppy to there Vet but the Vet is not open on Sundays. They never call me back until days later. to tell me the puppy died several hours later. I also stated to them to credit back the check to Hello funding LLC. She wrote a check to me. I stated I wanted the money to go back to Hello Funding LLC. Took the second puppy back to it been sick nothing but the run around with that puppy. XXXX XXXX XXXX Hospital stated is Healthy on one page but no assessment page showing puppy 's Assessment page as I see pages with held. also I'm not giving up reports of the puppy. this is XXXX XXXX XXXX and as one can see has several valid complaints as well as false reports reported to XXXX County Animal Control and state board regulating Vet. Also stated by Text messages by XXXX XXXX the puppy was stated by XXXX XXXX they was going to send the puppy over to there vet in which was closed on Sunday once again with no service due to been closed XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have the text message by XXXX XXXX asking me did I abandon the puppy the reply is no and several message of games been played by XXXX XXXX in regards to the puppy 's health condition. I mailed XXXX XXXX a letter regarding out come and the puppy 's situation. There has been no follow up as the same with the first puppy run around that died. XXXX XXXX is very deceptive. I have the text messages and I reported to XXXX County animal control in a report as stated by my attorney regarding the situation that XXXX XXXX said they was sending him to the vet but lied and never called me back or responded to the letter of resolving the issue. XXXX XXXX has not made no attempt to call or leave a message my phone. I would like for XXXX XXXX to prove as I can by a printed out detail bill text messages as well as phone calls. provide a detail bill of such attempts to me. Nothing but one lie after another. XX/XX/XXXX There was a US Postal Service Certified Mail sent to Hello Funding regarding the issues. I have the copy of proof from the post office.

On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a call from XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, in regards to an account with Nextep Funding. I advised the representative I was at work and unable to continue with the call at that time as I was expecting a work related phone call. The representative asked that I call her back later today. I advised her I worked late and would not be able to call back today. The representative continued to say " you are on the phone and when the call comes in you will know. '' She then proceeded to ask me questions in which I declined to answer and advised her if she would like to make an agreement to pay then to send it in writing to my address of record. She refused and stated that my credit is very important and it would have negative effects if I did not pay in full today. The company has already been reporting since XX/XX/XXXX to the credit bureaus. When I advised her that if I did not get off of the call, I would lose my job and not be able to pay, she threatened to " recommend legal action and negative reporting on my credit reports '' and would comment that I refused to pay. I disputed the balance owed ( as incorrect ) on XX/XX/XXXX with no response. On XX/XX/XXXX, I disputed again stating I did not receive a response within the allocated timeframe and requested the information be removed. This dispute is still active with XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I believe this company has violated both the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Act with their illegal practices. I never received a letter to my address advising me that the account was moved to a collection agency or my right to dispute. They only send generic emails to the email address I provided at the time.

On XX/XX/XXXXmy car needed repair so I took it to XXXX XXXX XXXX and they charged me {$2800.00} for repair when car was picked up XX/XX/XXXX. The technician told me I could make payments so in order to pick up car I needed to pay XXXX that would leave a balance of {$2500.00}. I have made payments of {$3200.00}. I got a call today that I still owe {$2800.00} that I was in a lease for my repair bill with Next step funding and the company that is collecting is XXXX XXXX. I was not aware that I was in a lease for a car repair. I thought I was making payments for the repairs and now am being told that I am in a lease and if I do not pay the additional {$2800.00} that legal action would be taken. I have received messages at my work and on my cell phone from this collection company. I would like to have this resolved. I have paid the amount of the repair and do not plan on making any additional payments. I feel like I have been taken advantage of this is a high interest lease that I was not aware of. I did not sign a lease and would like this resolved and closed out. I do not feel that I should need to pay any more than the repairs.

I, XXXX, the natural person is still a victim of identity theft and the non authorization of credit reporting from third party bureaus such as XXXX. I have seen collection accounts drop off yet it is still appearing. this is willful defamation. FCRA Part ( A ) ( 5 ) ( B ) ( ii ) violation by reinserting information of the said account without notification, FDCPA Section 807 ( 8 ) ,805,806 violations as well. The information was already deleted please delete them for good : XXXX XXXX BANK ( still reporting ) has initially been deleted, and NEXTEPFUNDING. I have not authorized this nor should be reporting on my report, they have no permissible purpose or my written consent. Pursuant to the 4th Amendment, these companies are blatantly and fraudulently harassing and defaming my name and character. permanently remove these accounts

I bought a puppy from XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NV XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX An I got her on XX/XX/XXXX and she got sick and took her to XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX to find out she was in Critical condition with many issues. Got a bill for couple hundred dollars. They call me and told me she was getting worse. I stayed with her for couple hours and she was throwing up and having issues. Took her back to XXXX XXXX and the owner wants to act as if she fine. The dog cant even stand up and said I can get a full refund and the story changes. As im leaving the owner wants to tell me that the dog is fine she just ate. The dog has not been able to hold food in any way. I finance the dog threw. Hello Funding LLC. I bought 2 dogs in which the other dog has issues as well.

Nextep funding and XXXX XXXX are reporting to my credit that there is amount owed. There is nothing owed by me to thirst companies and I have written emails from said companies stating it was to be removed months ago and has not. This is needs to be fixed ASAP
