On XX/XX/XXXX My Husband and I started refinancing our home with XXXX XXXX at NEXA Mortgage. All my personal information bank statements, drivers license, paystubs, past taxes were sent to XXXX for the refinancing. On XXXX XXXX was told we would be closing in 30 days maybe sooner and that we would be skipping XXXX and XXXX house payments. Then on XX/XX/XXXX I was told that they thought my mortgage was FHA but it turned out to be conventional and that I would be looking at having to get an appraisal done on the home and we were asked if we needed to pay off anything because we had equity. I was also told that I wouldnt have to pay anything out of pocket and if an appraisal was needed, he could roll in any extra cost he XXXX XXXX ) doesnt cover. XX/XX/XXXX was asked if I received a welcome package by XXXX and he was told no. We never ended getting any welcome package whatsoever from anyone. On XX/XX/XXXX I had told XXXX that I got a document on XXXX about cash out refinance but there were no figures associated with it, said he would look into it. Also, on the same date I was told that he needed the appraisal paid for in advance and that he would credit at closing and that since I was skipping XXXX house payment to pay upfront for the appraisal. I also asked again about cash out equity numbers and he said he couldnt get me figures until the appraisal was done. I told him there was no way we could pay upfront for the appraisal due to my husband being out of work due to COVID. I was told to write a letter of hardship to XXXX in which I did stating our hardship. We did not close on our refinance in XXXX. The appraisal was done on the home on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. Appraisal was back on XX/XX/XXXX and I also asked what figures we were looking at getting back on equity in which it was stated he forgot to look. I never saw anything document wise on my appraisal. XX/XX/XXXX I was told that I needed a structural engineer report on our home. I told XXXX I was not paying for another structural report since I had to have one done when we purchased the house. The copy I had was emailed to XXXX and that was sent to underwriting. XX/XX/XXXX I was told by XXXX that we could get around XXXX out on the refinance in which I called XXXX. I asked XXXX if there was any potential of getting more out in which later that day, he sent me a screen shot of cash from/to Bor XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX I notified XXXX that the appraisal company called me and said there were issues and that they needed to come back out to the house that underwriting was asking for more about septic being 100 feet from property line and if propane tank was under 1,000 gallon tank. XX/XX/XXXX asked XXXX for update got no response until XX/XX/XXXX when I asked why {$300.00} in water testing was showing up on closing documents when I paid for a water test when we bought the house and I was not paying for another one. I emailed a copy of the water test to XXXX. I then asked XXXX if we were closing in XXXX and he said we could close the first week of XXXX and skip XXXX and XXXX payments or he could try to make it happen. I told him to try and make it happen for XXXX. I had to pay XXXX mortgage payment ( XX/XX/XXXX XXXX in which now it was considered LATE and a LATE fee was added. XX/XX/XXXX I was asked to send current mortgage statement saying I PAID for XXXX and now underwriting wanted XXXX utility bill. They were sent an XXXX XXXX bill. XX/XX/XXXX, I asked for updates in which I was told it was in underwriting for clear to close. We did not close on our refinance in XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX I was notified by XXXX XXXX XXXX Processor and XXXX XXXX NEXA Mortgage in Arizona that XXXX was no longer employed with XXXX. I was asked if I wanted to move forward in which I asked when we were closing and I was told within the week. I told XXXX if they could get my closed within this promised week I would continue. Meanwhile XXXX had been fired from the company and continued to text me trying to get me to leave and follow him. I continued to get texts from XXXX with specifics on figures of my closing documents saying that XXXX was charging me XXXX to do my loan and that he could take my full package and close me in 21 days and save me thousands that XXXX was crooks. Meanwhile I had sent an email to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX that asked him questions I which I needed answers to. Specifically telling him that my husband I believed we had been put on the back burner and was being ignored in which we were. That we had not seen any final figures on the cash out refinance and I wanted to know why I was being charged {$670.00} for the appraisal, why I was being charged for engineering certification and water testing when I submitted the documents. Needless to say this email was completely ignored by XXXX XXXX and I got zero answers to questions. Closing date was scheduled for XX/XX/XXXX I was called by the Title Company at XXXX that night stating they still had not received all the documents from the lender to close and asked to reschedule. Closing date was now for XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX. Text messages continued from XXXX in which things were stated that since his license was with NEXA they were giving me his commission and wanted to know if they put his commission on closing documents in which would be {$1400.00}. XX/XX/XXXX my husband and I sat down with the title company to close on the refinance, she took pictures of our drivers licenses. Problem number 1 title company started going through the closing documents and ALL the signature lines had my maiden name of XXXX XXXX not my current legal name of XXXX XXXX. Problem number 2 when figures where shown to us in what we were getting back it listed {$13000.00} this was {$10000.00} less than what we were promised by XXXX who had been fired. We told the title company this was a huge problem and called our loan processor XXXX XXXX and told her about the huge problem. In which we found out that night that XXXX was FIRED from NEXA mortgage because he did NOT have a license to be doing mortgages or refinances. I asked XXXX to make this right and that we needed a phone call from XXXX XXXX asap. My husband and I DO NOT SIGN any paperwork that evening as we were now dealing with a FRAUD issue. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX called me and the first thing out of his mouth was I dont know who XXXX is and he was never on our payroll in which I told him I guess we have a bigger problem than what we do now. If he was never on your payroll how could he be fired from your company?? I asked XXXX for the following for fraud protection for my husband and I for 5-10 years since XXXX has all our personal information. For the interest rate to be lowered, find the other {$10000.00} we were promised in the cash out refinance, give me back the late payments for XXXX and now XXXX that I had to pay due to them lying about closing months ago. And that the XXXX XXXX who XXXX was working under at NEXA needed his licenses revoked for allowing this illegal activity to happen under his watch. XXXX response Ill call you back later today and I will see what we can do. XXXX also asked for the text messages that XXXX has sent me be sent to him. XXXX never called back we never heard anything back from him until days later XX/XX/XXXX in which he said we can only do about {$18000.00} or {$19000.00} in which that was not what were promised. XX/XX/XXXX I was asked from XXXX to bless him with the {$1400.00} commission. XX/XX/XXXX I asked for a copy of my appraisal as I never got a copy of it that was finally emailed to me by XXXX XXXX. The noteworthy part for this is I was legally supposed to be in possession of this appraisal before now. NEXA mortgage on the final closing document up charged the appraisal by {$190.00} as in the appraisal it stated it costs {$450.00} and the company was already paid for the appraisal. XX/XX/XXXX email was sent to XXXX XXXX about an update if they were able to correct the issues in which no reply. We got a phone call after XXXX stating now they could only give me {$2000.00} of my equity money. Once again, a week prior it was $ XXXX {$19000.00} now only {$15000.00}. In which it was said we would let him know. XXXX came to and end and we were not closed on the refinance and had yet another LATE payment on the mortgage. XX/XX/XXXX the Title company calls me at XXXX asking to set up closing for XX/XX/XXXX. My husband and I have never agreed to anything let alone the company trying to steal my equity money of {$10000.00} then trying to force my husband and I to sign. I called the title company back and told them we would not be signing anything and not to put us on the books. I also received an email this day from XXXX XXXX saying if he hasnt heard back by XX/XX/XXXX they will withdraw our file. I have filed a police report with the XXXX XXXX XXXX department on XX/XX/XXXX report # XXXX for this criminal activity. Throughout this process I signed multiple document on XXXX making this a legally binding contract. My husband and I have been taken advantage of, lied to harassed, now forcing us to close when nothing was agreed on during this process. NEXA Mortgage was not willing do fix anything that we asked of them. It was brought to my attention that four other couples were also in the process of dealing with XXXX XXXX and had been lied to and that we were the only ones who sat down to close and noticed the discrepancies. NEXA Mortgage XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX who were fully involved with this refinance need to be investigated to the fullest extent. There are other people who have been taken advantage of not just my family! The people listed above and all the companies involved need to be held to the extent of the law and have no right doing what they have done to me and my family.

NEXA MORTGAGE AGENT : XXXX XXXX NMLS # XXXX Practices for the entire process did not follow set guidelines from the time our offer was accepted and our escrow opened. We have had an erroneous miserable experience with the process of closing a loan with this agent. With multiple steps missed across the board blaming others, deadlines not met, rush fees being charged, lack of follow up, avoidance to answer phone calls, emails and text messages I have never had a more stressful or frustrating transaction in my life. The communication or lack of was felt between myself, my real estate agent and even the mortgage processing agent. I was charged {$4100.00} for Nexa Mortgage services, that is insane considering I had to constantly work to get the process moving the entire time. Our loan had original been given a 60-day escrow period to close. Then just 5 days before closing errors were discovered requiring a rush appraisal to be ordered at my expense. I have asked to be reimbursed for my costs due to delays that are at no fault of my own and gotten complete avoidance. Upon closing I was advised by XXXX XXXX that he would reimburse rush fees ; this has not been done and I am sure I will never hear from him again. Beyond rush processing fees are the costs associated with uprooting my family and living in hotels for weeks due to his negligence. I can provide receipts and details to advise of costs incurred from our movers, hotel rental expenses for food, the cost of delivery from our movers, storage cost. Our belongings were delivered into storage rather than our home. Thus, paying for the assistance to have movers take care of getting items into the home, again another expense paying for a moving truck and the struggle getting items into the home. Once we did finally begin to move our things out of storage, we discovered mice in the unit and nesting in our couch. We ended up throwing away nearly half of our belongings due to being in storage. Again, the negligence on XXXX part that set thing back over a month was the cause. We vacated our lease paying a large termination fee ( {$1200.00} ) and had the movers come a pick up our things on the approval that we would close on the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX this was the 2nd delay in closing ) allowing for the time to drive from XXXX to XXXX XXXX Once arriving in XXXX XXXX it we stayed in a hotel for 2 weeks waiting every day for the final closing documents to get a clear to close. We closed on the home XX/XX/XXXX and what a grueling situation that was. We had to push and jump through hoops with the lawyer at signing and getting to the bank to fund the loan just to make it happen. I have not heard from XXXX since XXXX and there has been no indication that he will reimburse any of the costs for his misrepresentation of originating our loan. We stayed in a hotel from XX/XX/21 through XX/XX/21 with a XXXXyear-old out of school due to not having a permanent residence. The cost of this move was a great expense and stressful being we came from across the country. Due to the lack of professionalism, poor communication and downright incompetence we paid more than double what this all should have cost. In a new town with very little money to our name, maxed out credit cards and a mortgage to pay for we are in a not so pleasant situation. This is not idea for a new beginning that should have been a great experience. I understand that delays in closing happen, however being the one that had to ask the agent daily if we are good to close? What do you need from me, has the appraisal been done, do we need a home inspection completed? Do we need a survey done? How much will my closing costs be, when do I need to have the funds there. The communication was never there and between me and my real estate agent, we are the ones that should have been paid for closing the loan. I was able to get in direct contact with the bank rep that was working to fund my loan and that is the only reason we were able to close on XX/XX/XXXX at the end of the day just minutes before end of the day for title recording!

Hi, I am a realtor and I am submitting this complain for one of my buyer client`s loan officer. His name is XXXX XXXX XXXX. His XXXX number is # XXXX. He works for NEXA MORTGAGE. He misrepresented the clients and failed on closing multiple times causing clients financial and emotional damage. We started working with XXXX on XX/XX/2022. Clients got pre qualified on XX/XX/2022. We put an offer for a house, got accepted and we signed the XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Before sending the that contract to buyer and seller I discussed the closing date with XXXX XXXX and he wanted 30 days for closing and we agreed to close on XX/XX/XXXX. After so many attempt of him trying to close, he couldn`t succeed on closing and kept asking for new closing dates. My clients had great suffer because of XXXX not sharing necessary information, disclosures and conditions him not being transparent, being late to submit documents, being late for Appraisal and more we can't name because he didn't share necessary information with us. In addition, I called Nexa Mortgage few times to complain about their agent`s poor service and I asked for a supervisor or manager to review my clients loan process and see what XXXX is doing wrong, I couldn't`t reach out to anybody. In Nexa Mortgage there is no supervisor, manager or principal. Then my clients wished to cancel their loan with XXXX on XX/XX/2022. He became unavailable immediately. He never responded to clients request about cancelation. I called him few times to ask him to do the process for canceling the loan, he declined my calls and never returned to my voice mails neither. Right before the client`s request of cancellation he was still very actively asking for an other chance of closing. He also changed the lender on XX/XX/XXXX after 47 days from the Ratified contract of trying to close with his first lender, XXXX failed to complete the loan successfully. He promised he was going to close in 2 weeks with new lender and yet he failed on closing in 2 weeks and asked for new closing again and again and again. With the first lender, he failed on giving right information about conditions. Clients satisfied the conditions immediately after XXXX shared the conditions and then he kept coming with new conditions.And yet we had the same problem with the second lender too. During this time my client`s had to pay for unplanned rent and then their lease expired. They wanted to rent another place and XXXX begged them not to rent a new place he said he will close tomorrow. Next day he couldn't`t close and promise on closing next day and yet couldn't close next day neither. The clients had to move to a hotel because the place they wanted to rent was already rented by someone else. They had to leave boxes and some furniture in their previous rental with new tenant`s approval. They had to pay the hotel and eventually they had to rent another place. It was very frustrated for them. They wonder who will cover for their closes. I was able to find an email address from Nexa Mortgage that I can submit a complain about their agents. I submitted that complaint via email right after my client requested to cancel. The email address was XXXX. I never heard anything from them neither. Also during this process, brokers from my brokerage, attorneys from the title company tried to resolve the problems. I have their statements that XXXX was giving them wrong informations. He has a red flag on our files that we never want to work with him again. I am attaching the necessary documents and clients 2 complain emails about loan process. Looking forward to hear from you.

THIS COMPLAINT IS FOR XXXX XXXX WORKING AS A, MORTGAGE BROKER NMLS # XXXX WORKING WITH NEXA MORTGAGE COMPANY, PLEASE EMAIL : XXXX and XXXX. XXXX XXXX did not have me to sign a DocuSign contract with her as my Realtor Mortgage Broker after I was working with her at XXXX XXXX. She did not tell me she had left working for XXXX XXXX until the next day of sending her documents for pre-approval. I asked her the reason she did not let me know and she stated she just left the same day. She asks me to submit her information with Nexa Mortgage XXXX if I wanted a Conventional loan that I was not qualified with my husband with XXXX XXXX due him needing higher credit. She informed me that I would qualify for the pre-approval. I was preapproved on XX/XX/22 from XXXX XXXX for {$290000.00}, Conventional Loan with Nexa Mortgage XXXX emailed with a pre-approval letter. XXXX XXXX informed me that she stated she considered the selling of my commercial property with the {$290000.00} pre-approval. I contacted XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/22 and informed her that my contact ended on XX/XX/22 and I was not able to buy home I bided with her approval letter due to the extensions for the home at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, GA XXXX. She stated that my loan was not denied or suspended when I was processing the loan with XXXX XXXX Mortgage. She stated my XXXX ratio was high due to not having the XXXX. I informed her XXXX XXXX stated they did not need anymore iXXXX after my XXXX gave {$6000.00} extra dollars total continued to change. I informed her that I had not sold my commercial property and was in the process and she considered the {$290000.00} with the building being included for approval. I informed her I did not have debt on my XXXX and was receiving XXXX XXXX monthly. I informed her I only had a {$87.00} school loan for debt in my name. I informed her that I had to get XXXX extensions on the loan due not having the income she stated I had for the {$290000.00} and the contract ended on XX/XX/22. I informed her that she told me during processing that I was suspended and denied for the contract. I have text and emails stated she told me that contract was denied and suspended. I informed XXXX, I did not want to lose my XXXX money of appraisal and she stated I would not lose the money. She blamed My Realtor XXXX XXXX for me losing my XXXX money and XXXX appraisals totaling {$4000.00}. I informed her that she did not tell me the truth about due to the extensions my loans were not in denial or suspended. Due to my emails from XXXX XXXX, she was XXXX of the reasons I lost my XXXX money and appraisal for {$4000.00} due to the extensions and her using my commercial property in the {$290000.00} total of the pre-approval letter for the home I had a contract due to the qualifications.

This loan complaint is with Broker, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX not XXXX XXXX XXXX due to not getting the denial letter that XXXX XXXX XXXX stated I should have received from broker.This complaint is for Nexa Mortgage and not XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX. or XXXX XXXX did not provide a denial letter from that I just received from XXXX since XXXX. XXXX stated XXXX should have mailed me the denial letter on XX/XX/XXXX. I did not get from Broker or Lender during processing of the loan. Nexa Mortgage was the company that caused the delay of loan process with results of not providing a denial letter from XXXX XXXX. I received a memo from XXXX XXXX ( Director of Consumer Complaints in reference to CFBP-Complaint No. XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX of my first notice of being denied in XX/XX/XXXX. I did not receive a letter also from Nexa Mortgage company dated XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX stating my loan was denied due to excessive obligations in relation to income. This is the first memo I have received to confirm that I was denied effective XX/XX/XXXX. The broker informed me that I was not denied and did not have it in writing. I filed a CFPB due the communication of the loan process that caused me to try another Loan Officer and spent more money trying to get loan approved. XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX could have notified me before the dual deligience deadline that did not have all that was needed and waited until the end of signing of the contract to ask for more money for the loan. I was informed I only needed {$6000.00} gift money and my husband had sent them {$6000.00} gift that was asked and all I needed. XXXX XXXX also asked me to opt out of school loans to have no more debt which she also received that left no other debt. My husband was not on the loan and was requested at closing contract and he did not want to be on the loan. It was the most unsuccessful experience of last minute communication during the loan in process that caused me to lose my earnest money. I will report and follow up with XXXX that this was the first loan denial letter from XXXX XXXX Mortgage and nothing from Broker or Loan Processor that I received in writing effective XX/XX/XXXX. Today I have no more debt and will not use a mortgage company due to the circumstances of losing my money with no will of my own.

We have a XXXX exchange and contracted XXXX XXXX to do these loans. We had used them recently on a refinance and they had all the documents on file to close escrow. I asked them if they knew who to handle a Corporation loan and XXXX exchange and they stated that they had a lot of experience.Escrow opened on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX Broker waited until the day we were suppose to close to let us know that they needed a Letter of Opinion form a Attorney and the Operating Agreement. When I asked them why they did not tell us about these letters they stated that they had just found out 2 days ago about the letters. I called the bank who was doing the loan and spoke with the person handling our loan and she advised me that the Broker knew about these letters for a long time. I called several attorneys offices and was advised that the letter of opinion would cost {$5000.00} to {$6000.00} and the letter of organization would cost {$1000.00} and that they would take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to finish. I called the Broker and advised him of the cost. He stated that even if we paid for these letters there was not guarantee that the loan would be funded.We were already 53 days into escrow. We had no choice but to cancel the loan as the sellers were not going to wait. We requested a refund on the Appraisals as they should not have been ordered until they were 100 % sure that the loan was going to be funded. They refused to refund the amount of {$1500.00} stating that they had lost money on this loan. Attached is a more detailed description of what happened. We are requesting that they refund us the {$1500.00} and that we get compensated for losing our investment monies due to their negligence. I was working with a lady by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX and she works for a mortgage lender Nexa MORTGAGE, and her and her husband XXXX XXXX the realtor deceived me by saying that they cut back on their commission and that I would have to pay her and her husband {$1600.00} before I could go to the lawyers office Tuesday morning the date was XX/XX/21. She threatened me saying that if I didn't pay her and husband the {$1600.00} dollars for their commission, I would not be able to sign that day. Also she said she would just add her commission back on their and I would not have any funds.. Then she forced me to sending a text saying that it was a gift, before I could go sign. I have text messages from XXXX showing this. I was so scared that I went ahead and did what they had asked because I wanted my house and plus I had already gotten a XXXX to move all my belongings. Im a first time home buyer and they new I didn't have any knowledge about buying a home. But when I got to the lawyer office and he went over my paper work, he informed me that the seller pays the commission. XXXX and her husband XXXX XXXX is a bad mortgage officer and realtor. They are very deceiving.

We recently closed on a house and used Nexa for our mortgage. It came as a referral so we were excited to use them. Our closing got delayed and during that delay, we were told multiple times to not lock in our rate. I attached texts that outline the communication. On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX we were told to wait a few more days until it drops under XXXX. On Monday XX/XX/XXXX we were told it looks awfuland was now at XXXX, and we were told she was " def not locking at XXXX. '' We were told by XXXX XXXX that we could have locked in at any time with our mortgage broker XXXX XXXX, which is true, but when your broker specificallytells you they are not going to lock you in at a number, I find it hard that any buyer is going to push back. We were then told by XXXX that it was at XXXX and that it was not predicted to go lower. At that time we locked in with under a week until closing. We are now paying close to .5 % higher than we would have been if we were given the correct advice and don't feel great about it given Nexa'sfiduciary duties to their clients.

I contacted XXXX XXXX with Nexa Mortgage to apply for a new purchase mortgage loan and wanted to obtain a pre-qualification so I could begin shopping and submitting offers. When I spoke with XXXX XXXX, he explained that he was going to do a soft pull of my credit just to get the pre qualification done so I could begin the buying process. Then, suddenly a hard inquiry was placed on my credit and then XXXX XXXX took an unreasonable amount of time to get the pre-qualification letter over to my realtor, which almost caused me to lose a house I was interested in. Then, I asked XXXX XXXX for additional information and he kept giving me the run around, telling me he'd get me information by certain deadlines, which he would miss consistently. I had to XXXX XXXX XXXX and go with a different lender as he was not honoring what was promised. I contacted Nexa Mortgage to file a complaint and was told I would receive a call the next day but no one ever contacted me back. I called to follow up and the line was disconnected so I called back and left a message.

I contacted XXXX XXXX about a Bank Statement mortgage. I told him I wasnt interested in No ratio or similar loans because the interest rates were too high. Im XXXX XXXX with good credit. I provided over a years worth of bank statements and pointed out the pandemic XXXX ( unemployment ) payments made to me and the SBA loan. He evaluated the bank statements and told me I needed a CPA letter. I questioned this as its {$90.00}. He said its important and provided a template. I had a CPA fill out the annual funds received and the expense ratio ... which is 1 % because I audit from home. This is backed up by bank statements. He also ran a credit report and charged me {$27.00} for it. He then pulls his bait and switch. The Bank Statement product isnt available to me because of the XXXX payments and too low of an expense ratio. He cost me {$110.00} in hopes of me agreeing to a much more expensive product Id already told him I wasnt interested in. This is a deplorable tactic.

On XX/XX/XXXX I was working with a broker at Nexa mortgage to secure a 25 year XXXX loan to purchase a mobile home. The broker was very responsive XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and provided me with a pre-approval letter to use to create my buyers contract. After providing all my information online and getting my contract submitted to the seller, all communication stopped from the XXXX and Nexa Mortgage. I have texted the broker 4 times, left a voice message 3 times, called the corporate office 3 times, my realtor called the corporate office and contacted a local broker for XXXX to see if they could help. I had a receptionist at Nexa Mortgage tell me that I would receive a call back within XXXX hours and that was on Tuesday XXXX. It is now XXXX and I have not received any email reply, call backs, text reply or any communication from Nexa Mortgage XXXX Since XX/XX/XXXX they have completely gone dark.

I filed a complaint with DIFS in Michigan. That the agent on my file was discriminatory and biased from Nexa Mortgage. Nexa Mortgage complaince person removed the agent, however never admitted that this agent acted in violation of the law. She did however, demanded that I stay with their company. I disagree. The lender XXXX XXXX has sat quiet the entire process. The circus of performances has been detrimental for me since applying and receiving the approval. As a result I have suffered financial loss, loss of opportunity and severe emotional distress. While we were in the dispute phase. Nexa communicated the DIFS person reliquary. Not that DIFS have closed the file because they say they don't handle commercial disputes. Nexa is back to it's old tricks. And I can't get answer from Nexa or XXXX XXXX. They have prevented me for planning, and moving forward in all capacties.

In XXXX / XX/XX/2021, I origninated a loan on behalf of my father and sister, XXXX and XXXX XXXX, while I was with Nexa Mortgage. Soon after the origination, I found that Nexa was not a company that I wanted to work for and so I left. I transferred their loan to XXXX XXXX, a local Nexa agent in our town. From that time, we have been put off and put off. We have had to resend documents that we have already sent. On Monday, XX/XX/XXXX, we were informed that XXXX is no longer with Nexa. Nexa has not reached out to the borrower about the next steps. When I have called and text, I have been told that the loan is being worked on, however, the buyer has been contacted by no one. We were told that this loan should have closed today or tomorrow. The borrower has called, I have called, no one calls back and no one answers text message.

To whom it may concern I was coerced into continually running my credit to qualify for a refi mortgage by a loan XXXX named, XXXX XXXX of Nexa Mortgage. XXXX XXXX led me to believe that he needed to continue to run my credit to check for any improvements while knowing that it had no bearing if his company would approve a refi on my XXXX, all the while the continual inquiries on my credit started to affect my score. I was later told by another loan XXXX that XXXX XXXX was only running my credit to fulfill a quote. This type of " baiting '' affects my credit and XXXX 's license as a lending XXXX needs to be suspended. Thank you for your attention to this matter, XXXX XXXX
