I was reviewing my credit reports recently and discovered that there had been a collection placed with my 3 credit bureaus by a junk debt buyer called XXXX XXXX XXXX out of XXXX New Hampshire for some sort of medical debt. I DO NOT have an outstanding medical debts. The original debt is also listed as being from a facility that I DO NOT receive care from called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Maine. I have sent XXXX XXXX XXXX the below debt validation request, which they REFUSE to respond do/provide and REFUSE to remove this slanderous, inaccurate derogatory item from my credit reports. My next step is hiring an attorney and suing these people for all they are worth for COMPLETELY violating my rights. To Whom It May Concern : I was recently reviewing my credit reports in preparation to purchase a new home and came across a medical collection account placed by your agency on all XXXX of my credit bureaus. As allowed under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I am requesting that you immediately validate the alleged debt in writing. I am aware that there is a debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX, but I am unaware of what these alleged amount due is for and your collection does not include any sort of breakdown of fees whatsoever. I am fully within my right to know this information. Additionally, I am allowed under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ( HIPAA ) of 1996 to fully protect my privacy and medical records from unauthorized third parties, such as your company. I never provided my consent to XXXX XXXX XXXX to ever release any of my private medical information to a third party. I am aware that HIPAA does allow for VERY LIMITED information about me, but anything more is to only be revealed with the patients authorization and consent. Therefore my request is twofoldvalidation of debt and HIPAA authorization. Please provide to me a FULL breakdown of fees, including any collection costs and medical charges. Provide a copy of my signature with the provider of service to release my private medical information to you. Cease ANY AND ALL credit bureau reporting until this debt has been validated by me. Please send this information to my address listed above and accept this letter, sent via certified mail, as my formal debt validation request, which I am allowed under the FDCPA. Please note that withholding the information you received from any medical provider in an attempt to be HIPAA compliant can be a violation of the FDCPA because you will be deceiving me after my written request. I request full documentation of what you received from the provider of service in connection with this alleged debt. Additionally, any reporting of this debt to the credit bureaus prior to allowing me to validate it may be a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which can allow me to seek monetary damages from your collection agency. Debt not mine, I have disputed on my XXXX account for a long time, I called the company, NH Northeast CR Services, that owns the account and stated that i have never been to where the bill was from and the account is not mine. I asked for proof that this account is mine and the woman on the phone stated they have no proof and don't need any. She said they have tried calling a number, that isn't mine, I don't recognize it and she started yelling at me and stated if I am not going to pay this bill then she is going to hang up on me, then she did hang up on me. Before she hung up I asked how to get this off my credit if It's not mine and she said to pay it. Why would I pay something that's not mine. She stated that I have been fighting this bill since 2017, I stated well then don't you think if I have been fighting it for this long, I obviously know it's not mine. My husband has gone to the original company for care but I have never been. I said maybe you have it mistaken and she yelled back at me and said that it's my account. I want proof and the company stated they don't have proof. I want this removed from my credit or i will be forced to get a lawyer. This account is no longer on my XXXX account because they have found it to be incorrect. I want it removed from my XXXX and XXXX accounts.

NH Northeast Credit Union claim on my credit report that i owe them {$740.00}. I have disputed this over and over again and have gotten no where. I called the company and they state they do not have proof this account is mine and they don't have to have proof that this account is mine. The company also said they have been calling a number that I do not own and have never owned. When i stated that i don't know this number the woman on the line started to yell at me and stated that if i don't plan on paying this bill then she will hang up. Before i could speak, she hung up on me. I know this account is not mine, I have never been to the company they stated I went to for services. My husband has but not me. The company can not say it is mine because it isn't. please remove this from my credit report. XXXX already removed it because they found this account to be incorrect. XXXX has it listed without an actual company name. I need this removed from XXXX and XXXX.

hospital terrible does't help me and put my score down and put my name in collection, i went in hospital because i was XXXX and i had XXXX XXXX, the hospital no accepted my XXXX because of Michigan, said i don't have job i i can send the letter of bridges organization about XXXX XXXX, the hospital put my name in collection and i called and can pay just XXXX the collection very rude, i explained about corona virus my situation she told to me i have another debts and she will put another in collection the name of company NH / NE CREDIT SERVI

Northeast credit services is reporting a debt as a " paid collection '' even though The payment was made directly to the utility company, NH XXXX. They have been notified in writing XXXX via certified letter, and the tradeline has been disputed directly with the CRAs and it has been verified illegally as a " paid collection '' by Northeast Credit Services. Included is a copy of the check cashed by and written to NH XXXX.

I have told this companies that i don't have any business nor in the present nor in the past and for them to remove this collection from my credit report and they refuse to do so. i call then and they treat me, using intimidation tactic, tell them that i dont have any business and the acount have been paid. i dispute in multiple ocation to the credit bure and still in my report. i

Talked to 2 incredibly rude people today with NH/NE credit services. I was told they could not prove the original debt took place. Told me that I had to prove I did not have a medical procedure done or not.
