I purchased my first car on XX/XX/XXXX from Rightway Auto in XXXX, Indiana. XXXX XXXX was is my dealer. I visited him a time before and was offered a deal but I did not like the car. On the XXXX I came in that morning and was sold the first car I was shown that day. It was a XXXX XXXX XXXX. Originally I had different set terms, and including a down payment of a XXXX dollars. But on XXXX XXXX I was told instead that my new down payment would be just XXXX upfront and thats it. As I signed the paperwork I noticed that it stated my down payment was only XXXX. I then questioned him and asked why am I obligated to pay an extra XXXX if my paperwork only states XXXX. He Pulled me outside and called my mother in my cell and told us that the XXXX was for him erasing my inquiries ( I still of course have inquires to this day ). Afterwards we went back inside. He had me sign paperwork m, and he told me to sign it all now and then I can later when I get home. When I tried to further read, he basically tried to rush me through it. All while signing the paperwork he noticed I was concerned about the XXXX. He then told me I can give him what I can but he made sure that I didnt give the extra money along with my XXXX down payment on my card. He said give him the extra money either in cash or in XXXX XXXX. Before I pulled off he asked me did I send it yet. By this time he hounded me a few times, so I placed his XXXX XXXX in my phone and gave him XXXX ( still have records ). He seemed disappointed, but I was still sketchy about giving him money so thats why I sent XXXX instead of XXXX. He also claimed it was detailed before I pulled off, but there were still black spots on the ceiling. I also noticed my radio didnt connect to bluetooth and he told me they wouldnt be able to fix that there. When I pulled off I immediately started to notice my right mirror was crooked and I messeged him via text message to inform him of the problem but there was no response that day. The very next day my engine light came on. Me not knowing Cars, and also taking in consideration that it was a used XXXX, i bypassed it. Even then I never received a response about my mirror hanging. I even notice it hesitated sometimes, sounds wierd after I fill it with gas. Weeks went by, I ended up being without a phone and a family member getting sick with XXXX and needing to quarantine. Around that time I was told by my father that the dealership was trying to get in contact with me. Once I finally got in contact My dealer at Rightway I was told I needed paystubs again. On XX/XX/XXXX, I said through text message my situation, and I also stated I was accepting of having to return the car or any other consequences, partially to have it in writing. He then messaged me back that it was fine, and that he let the bank know. He also stated that there was no need to come up there that day. On XX/XX/XXXX I also told him that I had my payment ready like the contract stated XX/XX/XXXX. The next week came and he called me again on the XXXX ( the day my payment was due ) stating that he needed more pay stubs still. I stated to him I thought it was settled. He explained to me over the phone that I would have to present him the Stubs Because XXXX XXXX was supposedly still waiting for my paystubs even after the fact. Either that or I will have to give him the car back. I told him I had my money prepared, and he stated that I hold on to it because I still have to pay regardless. On XX/XX/XXXX, I asked for the second time can I return the car and added facts from the contract stating that if my original credit contract was denied that I was to receive full payment on f it was before 60days. I tried to confirm if that information was correct. On that same night XX/XX/XXXX, he text me saying in quote The deal is done. You have to make your car note payment in the morning He then mentioned about my paystubs again. When I exclaimed I was confused and that the contract stated I can return with refund he never responded. He called on the XXXX trying to negotiate but ended up having his voice very intimidating and almost yelling tone, stating that he had been trying to help me for 2months when its actually been 1month and that this is how I show my appreciation by returning the car. He kept saying two months but I received this car XX/XX/XXXX, so its only been a month. Afterwards of me getting upset, he tried to get calm with me again saying that he has kids that are my age and hes just trying to help me. He even stated that he was going to call me on three way with XXXX XXXX and we were going to make my first months payment the next day even though it was supposed to be in the XXXX. I was concerned because my payment was due the day on the XXXX. I admit he called me and left a voicemail on his cellphone the next day XX/XX/XXXX, but XXXX kind of dont feel comfortable speaking to him any more since he tried to use intimidation and forceful tactics with me after asking about the return policy. I also didnt trust paying him directly since everything seemed so confusing and he in fact didnt have anyone on three way with him when he left his voicemail. I received a letter About two days later stating that XXXX XXXX actually denied me on XX/XX/XXXX. So there was no way XXXX were waiting for my payment like he stated, nor are they looking for more info because I was denied a month ago. I am now way more concerned than I was before because Im not sure as to why I wasnt able to return the car in when I offered TWICE. I am also concerned because he told me that my deal was done, when it was in fact denied a month ago. I even tried to make payments and was told to wait. Im even upset I was hounded to pay him via XXXX XXXX for falsely clearly my inquiries that I NEVER asked him to do in the first place. I feel Im being scammed to keep a lemon car because all in all the car isnt really m worth going through such a HUGE hassle.

XXXX has a serious issue with their website. you go to the prompt called dispute and you can't do anything other than update? How do you get your info updated on XXXX website? They have all of my info, some right mainly most wrong... but they do not have this info that shows correct documentation nor the issue of the disputes. nor can you place any uploads to show that you creditors is breaking laws under the fair credit acts. it's really a shame that we the USA has such a horrible consumer abusive credit system. we really need a better system. Consumer protection why have these unreliably credit bureaus, save us taxpayers some time and money by closing them and just you guys the consumer protection run things, we consumers must always come and cry to you people anyway because these horrible 3 national credit bureaus never get anything most right, they ruin consumers lives, they allow massive inquires and then the consumer like you will see samples of must suffer. I am sending you the exact same info that I need for the CPA to get tough with XXXX to get them to do my updates plus get a better website for consumers to upload info. Cut us consumers a break huh ... When I called myself buying the car from RIGHTWAY Auto dealership om XX/XX/XXXX I could not even get all of the automobile papers that came with the car when I first made the car purchase. Here are the copies of the only papers I received after signing massive papers to take car off the car lot of RIGHTWAY Auto Sales. I signed over 20-25 documents after I so-called bought the car. ( Documentations attached ) Then you have the XXXX Agency that finance my school XXXX XXXX wanting me to do their job for them constantly phone harassing me then placing lies on my credit reports says I am now in DEFAULT? When I am not in the DEFAULT because all loans have been discharged as well as my XXXX XXXX for attending the XXXX XXXX ( XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXX. Please go after the XXXX XXXX XXXX loan agency for lying saying that I am late on paying my school loans when in fact all my school loans including the loan, I had for XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX is paid off in full. XXXX of XXXX My fianc and I initiated a consumer transaction with Rightway automotive credit to purchase a used XXXX XXXX XXXX. We was asked to put down XXXX at the time which we did it wasnt until XXXX of XXXX I began looking off into consumer laws, I began to look over my retail contract ( not a loan as they lead me to believe ). My Fianc and I was asked for our social security numbers which we gave at the time. According to 15 U.S Code 1602 ( 1 ) states the term credit card mean any card, plate, coupon book or other credit device existing for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit. By the company using our social security card they already had what they needed. The car was financed through XXXX XXXX We shouldnt have needed a down payment to be approved for the car 15 U.S code 1605 ( a ) Finance charge defined Except as other wise provided in this section, the amount of the finance charge in connection with any consumer credit transaction shall be determined as the sum of all charges, payable directly or indirectly by the person to whom the credit is extended, and imposed directly or indirectly by the creditor as an incident to the extension of credit. The finance charge shall not include fees and amounts imposed by third party closing agents ( including settlements agents, attorneys, and escrow and title companies ) if the creditor does not require the imposition of the charges or the services provided and does not retain the following types of charges which are applicable ( 1 ) Interest, time price differential, and any amount payable under a point, discount, or other system or additional charges. ( 2 ) Services or carrying charges. ( 3 ) Loan fee finders fee, or similar charge. ( 4 ) Fee for an investigation or credit report. ( 5 ) Premium or other charge for any guarantee or insurance protecting the creditor against the obligators default or other credit loss. ( 6 ) Borrowers paid mortgage broker fees including fees paid directly to the broker or the lender ( for delivery to the broker ) whether such fees are paid in cash or financed. This clearly states that the finance charge is the sum of ALL charges. And that no third party fees shall be included in a finance charge. We also notice that is says premium insurance is included in the finance charge. None of this was disclosed to us according to the T.I.L.A, regulations Z, and 15 U.S Code 1635 states that We also have the right to rescind, this was to be disclosed to us. We was never told that we could rescind nor did we sign anything waiving this. Rightway automotive credit is also refusing us to pay any car note on the used XXXX XXXX XXXX we contacted them on XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX to attempt payment which was refused. Rightway auto sales wants us to sign a new proposal form 1 month after having the vehicle. I have sent multiple emails asking for the new contract to be sent via email with no response. On the original contract their is inaccurate information the original contract states the vehicle had XXXX miles when purchased, when on the day of purchase the vehicle in fact had XXXX miles ( yes a photo of the miles was taken ), also the address that is on the original contract is a inaccurate address and not the address we provided to them. ALL this is a breach of contract.

In XX/XX/2021 I purchased a vehicle from RightWay in XXXX Michigan, I traded in my Jeep, they offered XXXX towards the purchase of the new used vehicle. On day 3 I went to RightWay and told them there are some serious issues, the car shook going 35 or higher, when when trying drive from a stop or trying to pass the car may or may not go and the RPMs will rev, so you turn or pass at your own risk, when the car does engage it will lurch forward. The RPMs rev at random times while driving. The right front tire wobbled. RightWay agreed to pay for everything wrong with the vehicle for which I was satisfied. Then I discovered the vehicle had been in an accident and from the 2 days of driving the front bumper was separating from the frame and a crack in the bumper became visible. They werent going to replace the bumper so I said I want to return the vehicle, they said to bring it in and they will give a full refund. They said the transaction would be reversed as if it never happened. So I brought it in, they started the paperwork, they said since they paid my loan off XXXX of course would have to get another loan for what I originally owed on my Jeep before all this happened which was XXXX dollars, so okay no problem. My mistake I signed all the paperwork to repurchase my XXXX without reading what I was signing. I was told my payment is going to be the same as it was before XXXX $ a month, they sold me an extended warranty for 4 more dollars XXXX $ a month. I was told my loan was through XXXX XXXX and XXXX be getting the paperwork in the mail. What I got in the mail was 2 letters from XXXX XXXX saying thank you for your interest in a loan and showed my credit score with an explanation of how to improve it, so I dont even know if the loan went through, I received 3 of these. I then received the application for Michigan title and registration which XXXX XXXX is listed as First Secured Interest, under that the purchase price of vehicle XXXX. I was flabbergasted, this transaction never happened yet they are charging me XXXX dollars to buy my XXXX back when I only owe XXXX. They never sold me the car, I never traded in my XXXX, yet they are charging me XXXX more. This is not right, and now I dont know if the loan went through so can they technically repo my own XXXX? This is wrong on so many levels and I dont know what to do. I just want to pay what I owed on the XXXX. Im a veteran, Im on XXXX, I dont have the money to get a lawyer for this, Im just sick about this. I dont know how I got in this mess I dont understand, I cant lose my only form of transportation, I would appreciate any help at all. Thank you so much.

XX/XX/2023 I went into RightWay Auto Sales to engage in a credit sale pursuant to 15 U.S.Code 1602 ( h ) resulting in a consumer credit transaction. After being greeted I went to the salesmans ( XXXX XXXX ) desk and was handed a credit application. After excerising my right to credit pursuant to 15 U.S.Code 1602 ( f ) I signed the credit application. Then the salesman requested my credit card pursuant to 15 U.S.Code 1602 ( l ) and my credit card was an accepted credit card pursuant to 15 U.S.Code 1602 ( m ) by the salesman and he took the credit application and the accepted credit card pursuant to 15 U.S.Code 1602 ( m ) to the finance department of RightWay Auto Sales. Moments later the salesman shouted to me across the room from the finance department to his sales desk, in the public setting questions about my nonpublic personal information pursuant to 15 U.S.Code 6801 to me after RightWay Auto obtained a copy of my consumer report pursuant to 15 U.S.Code 1681a ( d ). After the salesman returned to his desk before seeing any automobiles the salesman requested in addition to my accepted credit card pursuant to 15 U.S.Code 1602 ( m ) an additional downpayment pursuant to 15 U.S.Code 1662 ( 2 ) of at least {$1000.00} USD or more to move forward before beginning any consumer credit transaction. I told the salesman I did not want to extend my credit pursuant to 15 U.S.Code 1602 ( f ) and provide a cash downpayment of any amount. The salesman handed me a copy of my consumer report that RightWay Auto Sales had obtained pursuant to 15 U.S.Code 1681a ( d ) and told me that without the downpayment pursuant to 15 U.S.Code 1662 ( 2 ) RightWay Auto Sales refuses to provide me an automobile on credit. I requested to speak with the finance manager and told her at this time of refusing to provide me an automobile on credit after I completed a credit application and provided RightWay Auto Sales with an accepted credit card, this interaction with RightWay Auto Sales will be construed as unauthorized use of credit pursuant to 15 U.S.Code 1602 ( p ) because I have provided a credit card pursuant to 15 U.S.Code 1602 ( l ) and it was an accepted credit card pursuant to 15 U.S.Code 1602 ( m ) and I received no benefit. She told me my benefit was my credit being run and my credit score is not accepted therefore requiring a downpayment pursuant to 15 U.S.Code 1662 ( 2 ).

I inquired about a consumer credit transaction with the dealership known as RightWay Auto Sales. During the inquiry a representative by the name of XXXX insisted he can get me a car regardless of my credit score or profile. I asked him multiple times if credit would affect the transaction he then advertised it would not make a difference and I should be able obtain the car upon my ability pay or employment. He continued by issuing me a application which I then endorsed as the registrar and owner of the account for an extension of credit. When I asked about the application they informed me It was denied credit without any further disclosure. I asked them to inform me of the reason which I have the right to know as a consumer to express my right and interest in the contract. The representative told me it was to late at the time and nothing he could do about it. I later received multiple credit inquires which I was not aware of nor did I consent to as the principal owner. The application were fill with fraudulent and inaccurate information I never provided. This is a violation pursuant to Truth and lending Act for failure to fully disclose and inform the consumer truthfully of all information pertaining to the contract. This also is a violation of my consumer rights pursuant to the following acts and statues listed ; The Equal Opportunity of Credit act 15 U.S.C. 1691-1691f, Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 U.S.C. 1681-1681x, Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003, Pub. L. No. 108-159, 117 Stat. 1952, codified to 15 U.S.C. 1681-1681x and lastly Federal Trade Commission Act 15 U.S.C. 41-58, as amended. I am expressing all right and interest as a consumer and principal owner of the account I am seeking remedy and compensation for the the personal, emotional and legal damages done to my personal intangible property pursuant to the my 4th amendment constitutional right and violations of the federal acts and statues acknowledged above heretofore.

I am a XXXX year XXXX mom who has been driving for one year. I needed a car so that I could get to and from my full-time job. I found a used car dealer who also has financing. When I went to the dealer I was alone and thought I had enough basic knowledge about purchasing a used car. Well, after high pressure sales tactics I drove the car home. The very next day I went back to the dealer to return the car. They laughed and said that I could not return the car or get out of the contract. Worst part is they reminded me that if I do not make the payments they have a device on the car that shuts the engine off while driving. This seems so wrong on many counts. No XXXX else that bought a car has this device on the car. My credit was not even that risky it is just that I was only interested in a late model car, which new car dealerships do n't offer. What a scam. I purchased a 2004 chevy with XXXX miles on it that was only worth less than {$2000.00} for {$19000.00}. I gave {$800.00} as a down payment and they also forced me to buy an extended warranty that does not cover anything that broke on the car while I have owned it. The car has had many breakdowns including the brake lines breaking with my baby in car, along with a rats nest in the engine. The dealer claimed to complete a full all points ( XXXX ) inspection prior when the mechanic said all the breakdowns should have been corrected with an inspection. My payments are {$200.00} biweekly and if I am even late XXXX day they shut off the car engine by remote control. PLEASE HELP ME. I believe what I have repaired and paid for this car exceeds what anyone should have paid. I wish to either have my money returned or keep the car and owe nothing. Thank you for you time.

Well i am a XXXX year old woman who is on her own and needed to get back and forth to work. I went to right way automotive credit because i had XXXX credit and could not get accepted anywhere else. At first everything was great, until i realized that i was scammed and got a car only work XXXX and was charged XXXX. I have nothing but issues since i drove off the lot. within the first two weeks i had to get my fuel filter replaced because it was super rusted and it had a hole in it. i have gotten the car in XX/XX/XXXX it is now XX/XX/XXXX, i have had the car for a total of 4 months and a rod in my engine blew. now i am XXXX in the hole for a car my insurnace and XXXX quoted was only worth XXXX in Excellent condition. i have no idea what to do. i was taken advantage of totally. no one should finance an XX/XX/XXXX XXXX with XXXX miles on it for XXXX.

On XX/XX/2022 I walked into a Right Way Auto dealership looking around for a car not wanting to run my credit score at all and i explained that to them before I stepped inside the dealership the sales man there XXXX XXXX told me they had a big inventory and would have what Im looking for in explained i was looking for a vehicle first and wasnt trying to run any hard pulls on my credit score at all at which he took me into his office and then proceeded to run a hard pull XXXX times destroying my score at the moment making me look desperate when I was just looking around for a vehicle that would interest me then talked down on me and said there was nothing I would be able to do about it.

My husband and I went to the original place we got 2 cars from to purchase another vehicle in XX/XX/XXXX. We specifically asked to go through the original creditor for the loan on a XXXX to XXXX vehicle. So far, my husband has 12 hard pulls on his credit and it's dropped his score 100 points. I have a total of 9 and it has dropped my credit score as well. These are all hard pulls and they are for XXXX vehicles and worth over XXXX. We both tried talking to the company but they said " they were just trying to get the best deal '' and when we reminded them that it was not agreed on they stated it was allowed to find the best deals.

On XX/XX/2020. I needed to purchase another vehicle. I was referred to Right Way Auto in XXXX Michigan. I signed a form to have a credit check done. When I went to get financing, within 5 minutes 10 hard pull inquiries were put on my credit report. I contacted the manager on duty a few days later and was told by him, " My finance manager was looking for the best deal ''. A good finance manager would have known what each of the 10 finance companies he worked with and what they required. I called Rightway and they told me there is no way to remove the inquires. Now my score has dropped 12 points.

I contacted company by telephone, and requested to be removed from thier mailing list. XXXX, XXXX, I received another letter, to whick I returned to sender. XXXX, XXXX, I received another mailing, to which I photographed the letter, and returned to sender. On the letter, I wrote " Refused and documented '', as well as " Do not call ''. which translates to please stop mailing me.
