In XX/XX/XXXX I entered into a repayment contract with Quantum Collections, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, NV XXXX. That plan was to begin payments of {$100.00} beginning on XX/XX/XXXX. At that time, the contract states all interest would stop.
After noticing the balances not being reported accurately, I filed a dispute XX/XX/XXXX, the company answered that and my bureau showed complete on XX/XX/XXXX. The amount was updated and it was again incorrect. I was not satisfied with this result so after making my 4th payment and receiving my balance on their ledger, I phoned Quantum and spoke with the accounting department. I noted that the amount on my ledger was incorrect and off. The lady I spoke with told me all I needed to do was take the original amount on my agreement and subtract the payments made as the amount they show me was still adding interest. At that time, the balance was over {$100.00} off or equivalent to one payment plus interest they were still adding and reporting. When asked if this could be fixed, she said no, it was their system.
Not being satisfied with that information, On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent a letter to each of the credit bureaus ( certified, return receipt requested ) changing the information as it pertained to them and referenced my previous dispute and enclosed my contract which outlined the details particularly in regards to interest. I also sent a copy of my payment ledger showing I had made 4 payments. I explained in detail in my letter that the amount being reported was still incorrect as the math was simple and the item per the Fair Credit Reporting Act should be removed. I believed the bureaus at that time should have taken the information and documentation and removed this item as Quantum had already been given the 30 days in which to answer and failed to do so correctly. They reached out to Quantum again, and they reported again incorrectly. At that point, I believe the bureaus should have removed the item as they each had in front of them an up to date accounting and given the information, they should have been able to deduct this was still wrong. They did nothing. Several changes were made and the amount was still not correct. If you look into their submissions to the bureaus you will see they continued to add interest amounts of approx. {$13.00} dollars at different times. My contract reads all interest would stop, however they continued to add and report an increase in the balance.
This collection was different from any as the mere presence on my bureau made it impossible for me to gain housing from anybody. After giving copies of my contract to complexes along with my last receipt showing it was current, or disclosing I was in a payment agreement, I was still told No, as any outstanding balance to a complex was an automatic denial. I did reach out to Quantum in an email to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, to discuss if there were something we could do as I needed to secure a place to live and due to the longevity of the agreement that would make it impossible for some 4 years. Ms. XXXX kindly responded and noted she had no control over the credit reporting of any debt and I could contact the client directly. She also had someone in the office to call me to see if they could give me a letter saying my account was current. I told them that wouldn't help as I had already tried this avenue by giving them a copy of my contract as well as the latest payment receipt. Calls to the property management company in re to this were made and the answer was the same. I would have to deal with Quantum as they now had the debt.
I was frustrated at this time as Quantum I believed was in breach of the contract in refusing after 2 attempts and inquiries to recognize the problem with their accounting system and correctly report my balance. I did not make a payment in an attempt to receive further assistance in following up on this breach but was unsuccessful in finding counsel. On the XXXX after my 5 day grace period was up, I called to see if I could bring my payment in and was told no. My account was in default and would be turned over to the courts. I asked if I could speak with Ms. XXXX and was told there was nothing she could do about it. I don't know how a system that can not report an accurate balance can automatically default an agreement without a person entering it. Quantum has added attorney fees and court costs to the amount and in looking at what they are currently reporting to XXXX XXXX and XXXX, they are still unable to report an accurate amount. I am sending a copy of what they are currently reporting, one shows a balance of {$7400.00} and the other {$7300.00}. This is the issue I was having and could not get resolved. Even now, the amount they are reporting is off {$130.00}, which is the payment I was not getting credit for along with misc interest still being added.
I do not think it fair this item was not removed after 2 attempt to get it corrected and the bureaus simply asking for another inquiry instead of someone actually reading what I had sent in and making a decision based on facts that could not be disputed. I also do not think it was fair for Quantum to default my agreement after attempting to get them to correct this issue. They have the upper hand as they can hold me accountable for the contract, yet I can not hold them accountable for failure to do as the contract states in regards to the interest they continued to report as well as keeping and reporting an accurate accounting record. I am not sure what my recourse is for the agencies who failed to correct this but I would like to know the steps in moving forward with an action, I will also seek counsel on what I can do in reference to my contract with Quantum as I believe them to be in breach as well.
Thank you in advance for your help in this matter. This debt did not arise from an eviction but from my trying to be responsible and buy out of a lease once I found I would not be able to complete it alone. It is unfortunate that in attempting to take financial responsibility as a consumer, I am forced to live in a weekly motel for the foreseeable future.

On about XX/XX/XXXX Quantum Collections posted a collection with the credit bureaus, on XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted them to request a debt validation thru certified mail no : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that they received and signed XX/XX/XXXX.
On XX/XX/XXXX I received bill showing partial payments with the co-payment I paid at the office on XX/XX/XXXX {$50.00}, Insurance payment on {$150.00}, Insurance write-off {$1400.00} due to an agreement between XXXX XXXX XXXX and the insurance company but doesnt show the payment I made on XX/XX/XXXX for {$20.00} on the day of the service. The bill provided by Quantum clearly shows that I had already satisfied this account even when XXXX XXXX XXXX is not reporting the {$20.00} payment they received from me on the day of service.
So, as per the bill provided by Quantum, this account was paid in full by XX/XX/XXXX before XX/XX/XXXX when Quantum acquired the bill as you can see by the record provided by Quantum Collections.
I had provided Quantum Collections with bank statements showing payments made to XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX on my XX/XX/XXXX bank statement page 3 for {$20.00} and XX/XX/XXXX bank statement page 1 showing two payments made to XXXX XXXX XXXX for the amounts of {$30.00} and {$20.00} by certified mail no : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX followed with a regular mail as well , delivered by USPS on XX/XX/XXXX.
Some one has the record wrong but clearly that is not me, I had provided to XXXX and Quantum Collections with physical proof, copy of the bank statements showing payments made by me and I provided them with copy of insurance settlement.
If we went fallow Quantum Collections bill statements, them that would show that I overpaid, and that XXXX XXXX XXXX owe me {$20.00} and that is by the statement provided to me by Quantum Collections.
So, I dont understand where is that XXXX find that this account was verify, XXXX dont want to provide the time require to truthfully investigate the truth and choose to continue reporting inaccurate information.
XXXX is the worst out of the three bureaus, because they lie about having verified my dispute, but how can that be, when I had provide XXXX over and over with the proof that this account was paid in full or they must hired people that cant read, I had contacted XXXX, XXXX with the same facts and they have corrected my report.
Quantum Collections also had chosen to ignore the truth and had not responded to my last letter on XX/XX/XXXX, as today they continue to report this account knowing that this account was paid in full already and they know this because I provided them with proof and their own bill statements would support my case.
On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted them again and requested they clear my name with XXXX, course no responses again.
Their careless attitude and gross negligence in failing to report the truth had cost me money and aggravations.
Many American consumers are victimized by collections agencies like Quantum Collections and XXXX who ignored the truth for their conveniences. These conducts also cost the American consumers billions in higher interest rates.
I dont understand why the government dont act against company who choose to ignore the law for their conveniences.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is aware of XXXX attitude in refusing to correct inaccuracy in consumers files, I read many other complaints filed by other consumers for the same reason, believe me that something must be wrong with XXXX way of reporting, this company cant be trust it with American consumers persona information when they are refusing to see the truth. Is very frustrating as a consumer to fight this big company, because your life is on the hands of Company like XXXX.
I understand that Quantum Collections had purchased the useless bill and they want to recover their money from anyone at any cost but when they refuse to see the truth there are hurting American families.
Quantum should go after XXXX XXXX XXXX for selling them a useless collection account and for not providing them with the facts.

Quantum Collections has attempted to collect a debt in the amount of {$140.00} on behalf of the XXXX without providing written verification of the following : - The amount of the debt- Name of creditor to whom debt is owed- Statement telling me that I have 30 days to dispute the debt or the debt will be assumed to be valid.
- Statement that if you dispute the debt in writing within 30 days, the debt collector must provide written verification of the debt, including name and address of the original creditor, if different from the current creditorNumerous attempts to acquire this information from Quantum Collections via phone calls, fax and mail within a 30-day window from the date that Quantum made first contact with me about the debt on XXXX XXXX. Quantum continuously refused to provide written verification and said that I would have to " take their word for it '' that they are the company that was contracted by XXXX XXXX to collect the debt in question. According to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, this information must be provided before a debt can be collected.
With the threat of this debt being reported to consumer reporting agencies, a credit card authorization form was faxed and mailed XXXX class on XXXX XXXX along with yet another request for written verification of the debt. Despite having the payment information, Quantum decided that they would not process the payment and report this on my credit.
On Monday, XXXX XXXX I spoke to XXXX explaining my dilemma. XXXX stated that an account ledger was faxed. However, the account ledger is not the written notice that validates the debt nor does it provide proof that Quantum was contracted to takeover said debt XXXX. XXXX stated that the debt had been reported on my credit as of Sunday, XXXX XXXX despite her confirmation that their office received my credit card authorization beforehand. A date that I found to be peculiar considering that their business is closed at the time. XXXX refused to resend the documents and without a proper explanation. I again offered to pay the debt with a debit card over the phone, but XXXX stated that they would have to charge a {$12.00} fee and that would not guarantee deletion of it from my credit. She added that the only way Quantum would remove it from my credit is by paying via check by phone and with an additional fee of {$40.00}. However, she would not send a letter of deletion and that I would have to " take her word for it. '' After pleading my case regarding why this letter of verification was imperative due to dealing with previous credit card fraud issues and that I would gladly make the payment once this information was provided, XXXX declined my request. After bringing up the FDCPA, she hung up on me. I do not think that was fair given the circumstancesAccording to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, " unfair practices cited by the law include tacking interest, fees or charges or expenses on to the principal debt owed by the consumer. '' Although a credit card authorization form was provided with the payment information, Quantum Collections still attempted to charge interest as additional fees up to, and including, a {$40.00} " processing fee '' on top of the debt in question.
As it currently stands, I am willing to make the payment to clear the debt provided that Quantum Collections can deliver a letter of deletion. After all that they have done, I believe that this is a fair request as I have only tried to protect myself and my rights as a consumer.

The listing on my credit report with Quantum Collections should not be reporting on my credit. I submitted a validation request to them on XXXX XXXX, XXXX as well as disputed with the credit bureaus on XXXX XXXX, XXXX due to my validation request being undeliverable per the certified tracking.
Finally they responded to me on XXXX XXXX, XXXX see attached response they sent me.
The collection account listing on my report does not belong to me and the documents they sent me clearly show that they should have invoiced my wife. The " Patient Face Sheet '' that was sent to me from XXXX shows that the " Patient Name '' and the " Guarantor Name '' is my wife. Also enclosed is the Patient Ledger that they sent me even though I 'm not the patient! The only reason why my name was on any of the paperwork that they have is because my name was on the insurance card that was presented ; that does not make me financially responsible and I was not even present. In addition the bill statement date of XXXX/XXXX/XXXX for {$80.00} was clearly invoiced to my wife not to me. I did not sign any document accepting financial responsibility nor was I present. However, this company has managed to report this collection on MY credit report and refused to remove it.
My wife offered to pay this bill in full in exchange for a deletion of the inaccurate information and they refused.
Furthermore, they already have reported this collection on my wife 's credit reports as well.
This inaccurate reporting is damaging my credit rating, as a result of this erroneous reporting and negligent compliance I 've been turned down for financing. Quantum has deliberately damaged my credit and are negligently continuing to do so at the detriment to my family. My good name has been tarnished and this can further cost me in my career endeavors.
Furthermore I have reason to believe there is a HIPAA violation as her personal confidential medical information was sent to me, in response to my attempt to get this off my credit reports. Since I 'm not a financially responsible party for her to this service her private medical information should not have been sent to me. Yes, I 'm her husband but that does n't exclude her privacy rights afforded to her through the HIPAA ACT, clearly they are negligent.

I filed a complaint XXXX against Quantum Collections and XXXX for refusing to remove a debt that was paid in full. With that complaint I attached two bank statements showing payments totaling {$70.00} but somehow CPFB missed to see these payments. When CFPB received the late answer from Quantum Collections they may had overlooked my bank statements.

I always disputed this bill with XXXX XXXX XXXX because their accounting is wrong, but all got is we need to call the office to verify that you made the payments and they would never get back to me. XXXX XXXX XXXX billing office is located at a different location.
After reviewing these documents, you will see that XXXX XXXX XXXX omitted a payment received on XX/XX/XXXX for the amount of {$20.00}, simple they sold a useless bill to Quantum Collections and Quantum Collections is playing the part of ignoring to the fact so that they can recover what they paid for this invalid debt.
Dear CFPB please review all documents summited by both party and you will see that Quantum Collection billing is wrong and invalid.
Simply, debt was paid in full.

This happened in XXXX XXXX. I moved out from the apartment early. The lease term suppose to end at XX/XX/XXXX. But XXXX XXXX Manager XXXX XXXX and I made agreement, we both agreed that no fee will be charged. So I moved out on XXXX XXXX. I never received any letter or notice until XX/XX/XXXX, the Quantum collection agent reached out to me, saying I have outstanding balance in 2 separate accounts, one owes {$940.00} in total, another one owes {$790.00}, total of {$1700.00}, however there is {$810.00} in total of cleaning fee and other fees that XXXX XXXX did not have invoice or any evidence of their spending can prove that I own that. And the rest portion of {$920.00} is move in allowance charge back. However I believe that I should not owe {$920.00} of charge back as well because we made orally agreement that they will not charge me for moving out which now I do not have prove of. Now, not only I cant take my security deposit {$1000.00} back, but they also try to charge me even more with those none sense charge. So I offered that I am okay to settle a payment with them, if I really owe those amount, I will pay. And when I talk to the collection agent lady about the Apt does not have invoice, so I should not be charged for cleaning fee plus other fee, and then the collection lady ask me to find prove that I did not owe that ... I dont even know if this is even legal, can they really charge somebody when they don't have any prove or invoice of?? I think this is not legal and ridiculous, and does not make any sense. Quantum Collection Agency is reporting a incorrect balance on my credit report of XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX I got custody of my XXXX grandsons who lived in Alabama because their mother was in stage XXXX XXXX fighting for her life. I had to fly to Alabama and get my grandsons and bring them back to XXXX XXXX with me. Within 3 weeks my grandsons mother passed away. I had to fly back to alabama and take them to her funeral services. I advised XXXX the property manager of what was going on. I told her I would be late with my rent and will she work with me on my rent she said yes. I got a eviction notice on XX/XX/XXXX. I didn't have the money for my rent and I told her I wouldn't have it until the XX/XX/XXXX. because of what was going on with my grandkids put me in a financial hardship. I agree I do owe XXXX XXXX XXXX 1 month rent and for carpet cleaning, and for two small drills in the wall where I hung my tv. I do not owe them XXXX I am disputing that amount for the following reasons.
1. I asked the resident manager XXXX due to the untimely passing of my grandkids mother if I had to break my lease will they not hold me responsible for the remainng months on my lease and she said no.
2. when I moved into the unit the carpet was worn but clean, this was not new carpet.

In XXXX I contacted Quantum Collections in XXXX XXXX Nevada to setup a payment plan for a debt in the amount of {$880.00}. I signed a contract and set the payment plan up. Upon them telling me my first payment was almost half the amount owed it was also due on the first of the month when I had to pay rent. They did not want to help me and told me that either I pay the amount due or default on the agreement. I ended up defaulting on the agreement and left it alone. I was never properly informed that they were trying to come after me for said debt through the courts and never knew a judgement was filed against me in favor of them due to me failing to appear. In XXXX of XXXX I reached out to a new collection agency that now owns the debt, XXXX XXXX XXXX, they then forwarded me to their attorney who informed me of the situation at what happened. I told them I do not have the full amount to pay and they informed me that if I had half we could work out a payment plan. I then told them that I was currently XXXX and that I do not have half where then they allowed me to pay what I had at the time. While explaining to me that I can call and pay what I am able to when able to up until my return back to the state and if needed can put the rest on a payment plan. Not to long after they received my payment I did not receive a proper writ of garnishment before my bank was notified and funds were taken from me. I had to call my bank for them to email me the papers they were served. Shortly after I decided I would deal with it when I had got home, now it is XXXX of XXXX I am not home yet and they are still trying to garnish my wages in my bank account while I am still XXXX.

I received a call from XXXX saying that I was being sued and they needed to know what time I would be home to serve me the documents. I asked what company was suing me and the name of the civil case server agency was Quantum. Phone # XXXX. I called to find out what I am being sued for and it was for an old credit card that was sold to them to collect on the debt. I did not receive any letter that they now are the collection agency for this debt. Quantum had all of my personal information, I did not tell them my personal information. Quantum rep said that they are suing me because the law states that they can collect on the debt from the last payment received in 10 years. The statute to collect credit card debt in Nevada is 3-6 years. I call the credit card company and I was told that my account was sold to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. The last payment received was in XXXX. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and I was told they are not trying to recover the debt, sue me or take legal action. The XXXX debt service rep told me that they did not sell my file to Quantum. Quantum told me that they are suing me and would not disclose any information because they said I will find out in court the information they have about me to sue me. Then I called Quantum again and the rep said they have not filed to sue me until I am served documentation, even though they told me they already filed to sue me. Both credit card and collection agencies told me they did not sell my information or sell my information to Quantum or anyone else.

I requested validation to Collection Agency, XXXX XXXX, as my right under the FCRA and they responded to me on XX/XX/17 a packet containing the amount owed in an itemized bill. However, the paperwork they sent me contained a description of my personal health information that directly violates my HIPAA rights. I did not release my health information to XXXX XXXX. I sent them a second letter advising them of this violation on XX/XX/17 and they responded with the SAME EXACT packet, never discussing the violation or my concerns. The second response from them was also received in a tampered envelope which concerns me that someone else may have been able to see my PHI ( Personal Health Information ). A letter was sent to XXXX on XX/XX/17 explaining my concerns and to request to remove this account ASAP from my credit report. All documents and certified receipts were included in this letter for documentation purposes excluding my PHI. My letter was received by XXXX on XX/XX/17. I just received an email from XXXX today, XX/XX/17, stating my investigation was completed and the debt still belongs to me after they contacted XXXX XXXX. They have failed to respond in 30 days. Also under FCRA Section 604 ( g ) ( c ) it states that information other than account status or amounts is restricted. My rights were clearly violated. A letter was also sent to XXXX on XX/XX/17 requesting to remove this account from my report. I have not yet received a response but it remains on my credit report.

I received a phone call from Quantum Collections on XX/XX/2020 and was left a general message to contact them back. I have received zero contact from them as of todays date.
When checking my credit report today I found they have reported this debt to all three credit bureaus as of XX/XX/2020. The creditor they have listed is to a doctor that I saw last year, to my knowledge this doctor was paid in full.
As of todays date I have yet to receive any initial communication from this collections agency regarding this account as required by the FDCPA. They have now reported to three credit bureaus information I dispute as inaccurate a violation of the FCRA.
Despite having never consenting to electronic communication out of courtesy to this collection agency I did check all of my emails to verify they didnt send the initial demand by email and found no communication. I do receive daily emails from the postal service with mail being delivered, as such I do have documentation of proof they have never sent a initial notice prior to commencement of collection activity and credit reporting.
This is both illegal but it is causing me injury ; had they complied with the law I would have promptly disputed the information and if the account is shown to be valid would be happy to arrange payment.

We have received a collection letter from Quantum Collections for a XXXX collection that isn't ours.
My dad and I have a XXXX XXXX collection reporting to our XXXX credit reports for an account that isn't ours, it's my brothers who lives in the same household as us. We demand that this collection be removed from our reports as it is causing our mortgage loan to get declined. Scenario : My brother 's car was a XXXX XXXX, XXXX. He sold his car in XX/XX/XXXX. He took the plates off the car but did not submit the plates to the XXXX.
The vehicle was abandoned on the roadside by the new owner. When the towing company ran the car 's VIN number it came back to my brother as still owning the car. The towing company sold the vehicle and came after my brother for additional money. He has since dealt with the XXXX issue however, there is a collection not only on my brother 's credit reports but, also mine and my dad 's and we had nothing to do with the vehicle- we just happen to live at the same address as my brother. I found out about my collection amount just this XXXX when i was in the process of refinancing my house and it showed in my credit report about quantum collections. I never received any notification regarding this account, per quantum collections the mailed me a letter last XXXX which i never received and no attempt has been made there after. Upon learning about this i immediately settled my account with them in full amount of {$100.00} and asked to be removed from my credit report but they have not been compliant as they give me reasons that covid happened and their office was closed after they sent out a letter. They should have tried reaching out to me as soon as they opened and gave me a chance to settle my account. This is against the law, that a collection will just appear on my credit report without proper notification. I hope you respond on this matter as i have done my part as a consumer by paying off my account even though there were lapses on their part in notifying me.

We lived in XXXX XXXX in XXXX. We moved out in XXXX after giving 60 days noticed. We recieved a bill at our forwarding address for a unpaid electric and we paid the bill. In XXXX XXXX, more than a year after we moved out, the other lease holder, XXXX XXXX starting recieving calls that we owed the apartment complex {$3000.00} due to a broken lease. The lease was not broken and their records should show that our current lease was up. I still have record of the notice we sent in. Also, as we understand it, they are not allowed to charge us a debt unless we are given notice within 30 days, which we were not. They have our current address and our phone numbers, so it makes no sense why we received no notice until a year later and at this point have yet to receive any paperwork or an actual bill in regards to the debt. I had a XXXX in XXXX for a XXXX XXXX. I had 2 bills that were issued after insurance company had paid and I had paid what I was told was my portioon. I went round and round with the two differect collection companies until I could find out what the bills were for. Once I did, I paid the bills.

I said that I did not owe any more money, I ask what the bill was for and was told again that it was for services from the hospital. I had a collection with Quantum Collection that was for an apartment, XXXX. I moved in and the grounds were in bad shape over flowing dumpsters, trash every were the unit itself looked like it was never clean. It was filthy and gross. I told management that I was not going to fulfill the lease for this reason and that I would be moving out within the week. Which I did, I didn't even unpack my cloths. On XX/XX/2019 I sent a validation of debt letter to Quantum Collections because I noticed an erroneous reporting from them. I received a response back from the company, that stated I owed the debt and that it was validated. I received a print out of charges and also a contract that I DID NOT fill out and my social security number is CLEARLY missing from this alleged application that I completed.
In response to the companies erroneous report, I sent an additional letter On XX/XX/2019, letting them know that I have never heard of their company, done business with their company and advised them that I was certain that they did NOT own an athletic club. I asked them when did they started running an athletic club and ask them to provide me the dates and times or video footage of m XXXX working out.
Furthermore, on this alleged contract, it DOES NOT state in any capacity that I agreed to pay any interest on any debt owed.

The represtative did not fully verify that she was speaking to the right person before she disclosed information about the debt. She only verified me by first name then she identified herself, the company who they were representing and the amount of the debt. After she violated not only the FDCPA, but also HIPPA I told her what she did and asked to speak with A manager or the call center director she said XXXX would not be available until after XXXX. We received a letter in the mail for {$5700.00} that we do not understand from Quantum Collections. We called and asked if we could get a breakdown on why we had such a bill, the gentleman on the other end agreed and said that he also has requested this from the property management office and assured us that he will be sending that breakdown out to us within the next 7 days. He also agreed that it was important that this information be visible before any action can be taken.
Alarmingly, this amount has appeared on our ( myself and wife ) credit report with out any clarity on what constitutes this bill.

Quantum Collection reported this account as in collections on XX/XX/2021 there is a second trade line from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021 for the same account. It is my belief the account was transferred out of Quantum Collections office and placed with XXXX. It would appear that Quantum is continuing to report an account they no longer have the legal right to collect on. After being denied credit due to collection accounts on my report, I ordered a copy and found an account from an agency I have never heard of called Quantum Collections. The amount is for {$730.00}. We moved out of the rental with proper notice. This company never sent us an itemized statement regarding move out costs per Nevada Law. These people keep calling from Quantum. They were told years ago that they have the wrong number. I clearly indicated the debt was not mine and that I needed copies of the documentation to file the necessary police reports. I believe I am a victim of identity theft and wanted the evidence to provide to the police department. The collection agency refused to have the company that provided them the claim contact me, dispute the claim and remove it from my credit report.

I received calls numerous times by this and other phone numbers asking to pay a debt from pharmacy.
