I submitted a request to investigate, and the company responded with a forged document. There was no condition to my employment that indicated a promissory note would be required for repayment of the licences ( all stated fully paid training and licensing ). I did not sign the note, and yet they have gone ahead and forged one after seeing I had not. The dates do not match the dates a promissory note would need for a test paid for XX/XX/XXXX and taken on XX/XX/XXXX - the date on the documents show XX/XX/XXXX ( more than a week from the payment date ). They had a legal team fail to suppress my reporting of their actions, and in so made clear they did not have claim to the promissory note amount. XXXX- Accepted Position for XXXX XXXX XXXX with Paid Licensing XX/XX/XXXX - Taken Exam - {$600.00} XX/XX/XXXX - Presented with Promissory Note to sign for repayment of exam fee or be fired. - I did not sign due to my offer not specifying this and was not terminated. XX/XX/XXXX - I left the company after finding another position. XX/XX/XXXX - Given final exit paper work for Network Capital and bill for license. XX/XX/XXXX - Emailed HR requesting explanation for bill - explained my job offer and job description stated these would be paid by Network Capital. XX/XX/XXXX - HR for Network Capital requested copies of job description - refuted this was what they stated. XX/XX/XXXX - sent over 5 copies of the job description on various sites, and those still in use. XX/XX/XXXX - I did not receive a reply after providing the requested documents - I followed up with an email and did not receive a reply back once more. XX/XX/XXXX - Called received from a " law firm '' requesting I respond immediate to pending legal matter. The company was not really a law firm and goes by XXXX XXXX XXXX Solution. The representative XXXX XXXX requested the same documents as Network Capitals HR department as proof, which I submitted and once more never received a response. XX/XX/XXXX - called and emailed XXXX to follow up not getting a reply back and no response came. XX/XX/XXXX - received 4 legal threats from this company over 6 months, and sent information requested once more to XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX - again they did not reply after getting the documents. XX/XX/XXXX - I sent another follow up email and did not get a reply back. XX/XX/XXXX - I left a XXXX review of my horrendous experience with this companies collection threats XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, CA sent a threat of XXXX $ lawsuit for damages to XXXX XXXX reputation from my review. XX/XX/XXXX - I sent XXXX the documentation I had on the companies threats and fraudulent inducement of employment XX/XX/XXXX - I was presented with Network Capital waiving the {$600.00} if I removed the reviews and signed their agreement not to report their fraud - removed review and rejected agreement. XX/XX/XXXX - received another threat of legal action from XXXX XXXX XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX - received another call for legal action from a fake law firm ( XXXX ) XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX submitted forged documents to the CFPB. This company has not submitted proof of any debt owed - the date on the fake documents do not add up with my testing dates. I will pursue legal action for the fraudulent inducement of my employment, and report XXXX XXXX XXXX harassment of XXXX XXXX- per the emails and texts between them that she has retained.

XX/XX/2018 I contacted Network Capital Funding Corp. to cash out on a recently purchased duplex. The stated rate started out at 4.1 % then 4.25 % then 4.3 % I submitted all necessary documents, they pulled my credit and proceeded to give me a closing disclosure for 4.3 % I paid {$2800.00} in points to buy down the rate. The term was 15 years. After this on XX/XX/XXXX, I was told since my property was a duplex and I would not be living there the rate had to be increased to 4.75 % underwriting realized this and redid the rate but kept the term, 15 years. I agreed that I would not live in the property for 6 months so I understood the rate needed to be adjusted. At the same time I saw they had added escrow on my loan, which I had said from the beginning I did not want. They also, added taxes and insurance that I had already paid in full to this escrow. On XX/XX/XXXX, I locked in this 4.75 % rate. So, I requested when they send the next disclosure please be sure to take these escrow charges off. I received my new disclosure and we had the appraisal done and then made a date for closing XX/XX/XXXX. Then I was contacted by underwriting requesting more information, my insurance and tax proof of payment. Which I provided. At the same time underwriting asked me when was I moving into this duplex, I stated what I had said from the beginning, I have a lease in place and will have to move in XX/XX/XXXX. My loan officer then contacted me and said that since I would not be moving into the duplex for 6 months I had to have a rate increase to 5.75 % I reasoned with him that from the beginning of our conversations I had told him I have a duplex and I would not move in for 6 months. I reminded him that I thought the last rate increase from 4.3 % to 4.75 % was because this was not an owner occupied dwelling. He claims the first rate increase was because, he thought it was a single family home and would not generate income. But, all along in my emails and when talking with him he knew it was a duplex. Then he claims the second rate increase from 4.75 % to 5.75 % was because we were not going to live there. Again, I told him I have an email dated XX/XX/XXXX, stating I would not move into this dwelling for 6 months. This was well before I received any closing docs from Network Capital Funding. Then I received the closing disclosure documents. Now, not only is my rate higher but the buy down points are higher and my terms had changed to a 30 year loan. Instead of {$5000.00} in closing costs now it was almost {$10000.00}. All the previous escrow fees had been placed back on the documents. My loan officer stated that it was his mistake he didn't know it was an income property and it was a mistake that they added the escrow back on but can this company make so many mistakes on one loan? Or am I being set up for a bait and switch? I have until XX/XX/XXXX to close and each time right before closing they ask for more information and readjust my rates, terms and fees. I have already paid for an appraisal and only want them to honor the lock in rate I have so that we can close.

On XXXX XXXX, 2015, I called Network Capital to get a rate quote on an investor 15 year fixed-rate refinance mortgage loan on a residential townhouse that I am currently renting out. I stated up-front that I needed a quote on an investor loan refinance. The loan officer informed me that the range of interest rates of 15 year fixed-rate investor loan refinances is between 2.875 % - 3.25 % depending on LTV and credit score. Based on that representation, I proceeded to provide the loan officer with my information on the address of the property, the size of the loan, my salary, the fair market value, etc. He then stated that, since the LTV is at 60 %, I would be able to obtain the best financing at 2.875 % if my credit score is high. I assured him that my credit score is high and that I just want a quote. He said that he can not proceed with providing me a rate quote unless I provide him with authorization to pull my credit. I did not want my credit pulled, but with his representations that he provided that I would get the best financing at 2.875 % if my credit score is indeed high, I gave his the authorization to pull my credit. Upon pulling my credit, he determined that I have a high credit score. However, he then informed me that, since this is an investor loan, Network Capital will only provide an interest rate of 3.75 %. This interest rate is not the 2.875 % that the loan officer represented was available for those investor refinance applicants with a 60 % LTV and a high credit score. The 3.75 % interest rate is even beyond the interest rate range that he initially represented was available to investor refinance applicants at the start of the conversation. I would never have proceeded with the conversation and provided my personal information had I known that Network Capital was going to quote me an interest rate at 3.75 %. Further, I would never have authorized Network Capital to pull my credit had I known that the 2.875 % was not a real number for a 15 year fixed rate investor loan refinance. Dangling a phony teaser interest rate in order to induce me to apply for a loan and pull my credit is a clear Unfair, Deceptive and Abusive Act or Practice ( UDAAP ). In addition, I did not authorize Network Capital to pull my credit for a 3.75 % rate quote. That authorization, induced by a bait and switch, was invalid and pulling my credit report was thus contrary to the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Further, the loan officer stated that Network Capital has a guarantee that it will beat any competitor 's rate quote. Accordingly, I sent the loan officer a GFE from a competitor on the same loan terms at 3.375 %. However, Network Capital failed to honor its rate guarantee by offering me a better rate or even the same rate as this competitor. Clearly, the advertised rate guarantee is phony in violation of UDAAP. Lastly, Network Capital never sent me a GFE on the application that I was fraudulently induced to submit. This failure to send me a GFE is in violation of TILA and RESPA.

My mortgage was purchased by Network Capital at the end of XXXX. In XXXX XXXX I was informed that I was late on my mortgage payments, I had automated payments set up and didn't understand how this could be. I spoke with Network Capital to understand the issue, and they let me know that my payment had increased in the short time I had been with them. I informed Network Capital that I was not made aware of this change and would have adjusted my payments if I had. Network said that I would be able to see this from my portal. I let Network Capital know that I never could get access into the portal and Network Capital said that this is an issue others were having in my situation, XXXX XXXX XXXX 's customers that were now Network Capital customers. We eventually got portal access and then attempted to get setup with automated recurring payments through Network Capital now to avoid issues with payments increasing in the future. In XX/XX/XXXXXXXX I reached out to Network Capital to get the credit deletion letter since my credit has been effected by Network Capitals errors. I also reached out directly to XXXX XXXX to file a dispute to repair my credit. Network Capital denied my dispute. I have since setup recurring payments multiple times in the last several months, however it wouldn't stick even though I have emails confirming the recurring payments had been set. I have more late fees because of the recurring payments failing and have had multiple calls with Network Capital to get this late fee wave that is causing me to show delinquency in my payments continuing, which continues to affect my credit negatively. I have had at least 2-3 calls on average to Network Capital each month this year. I have spoken to Network Capital supervisors ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ) requiring that I get a call/voicemail within a week of our conversations to confirm that payment is received, I have never gotten a call/voicemail back. After talking with each Network Capital Supervisor I never hear back from the same person again. I had my most recent call on XXXX and demanded that I speak with a Network Capital employee that is above the Supervisors I have spoken with, XXXX is the Manager that was not available to take my call and would call me back within XXXX hours of the XXXX PST call. I need all late charges waves, the recurring payments through Network Capital to stick, and for my credit to be repaired. This has frozen my HELOC with XXXXXXXX XXXX and caused me to spend hours during work hours. The current issue with Network Capital is task # XXXX.

In XXXX 2015 I applied for a refinance through Network Capital Funding Corporation. I was given loan details, loan terms and eventually was provided with a loan commitment. ( see attached ). During that process my credit report showed items which were erroneous and I worked with the respective parties to have these items removed which they were. However, rather than requesting credit supplements from the credit bureau, Network Capital proceeded to request hard credit inquiries again and again totaling XXXX inquiries in two months and a half months. ( the Network Capital hard inquiries are highlighted in yellow and attached ). Thease inquiries severally damaged my credit scores causing additional and unnecessary inquiries to remain on my credit report and thus changed my credit profile and lowered my credit score. Beside this, I was told my appraisal would cost {$400.00} ( see attached loan details ) and I received disclosures to that effect, however, Network Capital caused my credit card to be charged {$510.00}. ( see XXXX XXXX statement ) The appraisal was completed and there was no mention as to a refund of the difference. of {$110.00} and I was still being disclosed {$400.00} thereafter!!! When I asked my account rep he stated he the charge was only {$400.00} and he did not know why I would be charged more. Furthermore, I was given a closing date with final disclosures and Network Capital failed to submit the package to a mobile notary who contacted me to set up the closing documents. Network Capital stated that they needed an additional document and was " waiting for the president to sign off the paperwork. '' After another week I requested that the file be transferred to another company, which they did. When I started this refinance I was able to qualify for a conventional cash-out refinance with no escrows. Now my only option is an FHA loan with escrows and mortgage insurance. This means that I have to pay over additional {$5200.00} + at the time of refinance and approximately {$190.00} per month for a minimum of 11 years!!! This is over {$25000.00} I did not need to pay - all because my score dropped not because of non payment of debt or addition of debt, I actually decreased my monthly liabilities - it is purely a result of the hard inquiries by pulled and populated on my credit report by Network Capital Funding Corporation.

Network Capital was refinancing our mortgages. One for our primary residence and two for investment properties. They have co-mingled with settlement amounts that supposed to be paid at the time of the settlement to borrower. NetworkCapital has over charged us on loan points. The most disturbing point in this transaction, they have changed settlement dates ( after signing refinancing packages happened on XX/XX/2020 ) they asked to resign those packages AGAIN in XXXX ( XXXX ) 2020 and in consequence to it, the amounts belong to borrower were manipulated, and incorrect ; pay-offs original mortgage amounts were reduced, but Network Capital inflated new mortgage loan balance. Another issue, they overcharged and did not disclosed some fees that over-sudden showed-up on Closing Disclose at the settlement date. Closing Disclose ( CD ) was not disclosed until we were at the settlement with notary : Network Capital would send us electronic CD that NOT the same that we were signing at the table. At the end of this transaction each refinanced property mortgage balance would be almost XXXX k larger! XXXX document have never been provided at the settlement, only after packages were closed, title company sent it with altered and changed amounts. When we contacted NetworkCapital with complain they provided explanation that even after second time around the escrow accounts were calculated incorrectly and they changed our escrow balances. One more issue : original Bank payoffs were much less than NetworkCapital established for new mortgage. Just an example : Primary Residence : XXXX XXXX XXXX original bank-XXXX payoff loan XXXX. NetworkCapital ( NC ) loan went to {$430000.00}. I was told that I would get a loan at 3.875 % and that they could do it. I explained at first that i had a " XXXX '' agreement on my home and was told at first that it should n't be an issue. I did n't get any calls back from XXXX and had to call several times to talk to XXXX XXXX, but had to call his superior.. I had to call his boss XXXX XXXX, who I expressed my frustration with XXXX not returning my call, he said that XXXX would call me back to explain why they could n't do the loan. I never received a call. I then called his boss XXXX XXXX and he stated that they could n't do the loan. I asked for the guidelines and why, and received answers that did n't make sense to me. I asked to speak to his boss and he said that he was the director and there was no -one else above him that could make the decision to do the loan. This phone tag was over a period of 4 weeks. When XXXX told me he could do the loan at first, I gave him my credit card information and he sent me all the docs and application and asked me to immediately sigh them electronically, which I did. At that point i waited for a call or any information they needed, but received nothing? Thats when i called His boss XXXX, and he proceeded to tell me they cant do the loan because of the XXXX agreement on it. He said they had to follow guidelines and could n't do it. As far as I was concerned i signed a contract with XXXX to get he loan done, after i disclosed that i had a XXXX '' agreement and was told it would n't or shouldnt be an issue. I was told from XXXX that XXXX would call me back to better explain why they did n't want to do it. I never received that call. I was sent several loan rates from XXXX at first, which i agreed to the XXXX rate which we discussed as my best option and waited after the docs were singed for them to move forward with the loan. I have a good LTV and was looking for a XXXX refinance on my home that appraised at XXXX. Dosent the lender have to send you the reason or guidelines of why the refused to do the loan?

I was trying to refinancing an FHA loan, my actual loan amount is {$220000.00}, the lender Network Capital funding corporation want to do a conventional and they changed many times the numbers, last Loan estimate was that my loan amount will be {$230000.00} included the closing cost and the escrow. They ordered an appraisal, that I paid {$470.00}, and came out {$370000.00}. The lender sent me the closing disclosure with {$230000.00} my loan amount with a closing cost increased for almost {$4000.00}. When I asked explanation they said that I told them that my house had a value of {$380000.00} so they have to charge me XXXX points and other stuff. They did n't send me a revise Loan estimate and my house is not under value. They keep calling me saying that I will save so much money and in six month I can refinancing again with {$0.00} closing cost. They insisted that my new loan would be so convenient for me and they said that the numbers changed because the appraisal came out {$370000.00} instead of {$380000.00}, before they were giving me a lender credit than after they just increased the closing cost with {$0.00} lender credits. They called me again last week, XXXX, saying that they want to fix it, he said that he really care and he want to close the loan, after almost an hour he proposed me 25 years refi loan, I told hm to send me everything by email, and only after see the numbers I would decide it. He sent to me and the numbers changed again, I sent email asking to fix it and asking the reason for the changing, no answer to all my emails. This company is ridiculous, they give you only loans that are not convenient they tell you numbers and after they change everything, unprofessional and very dangerous, I want just my money for appraisal back. Thank you.

At this time my credit score above XXXX and the XXXX XXXX gave me interest rate of 4.37 % ..See attached letter to commit from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX. By the time XXXX XXXX was ready to fund, Network capital had reported late payment and ruined my credit rate to below XXXX and XXXX XXXX are unable to fund in that rather. Though, they get their money on time, they cashed and refused to acknowledged that they did not record their accounting properly and in turn ruined my life.

This complaint is about closing on a mortgage with Network Capital Funding. We had closed our Refinance Contract on XX/XX/XXXX with a Notary. Later, to find out that the interest rate lock had expired on the Conventional Mortgage Loan on XXXX XXXX. At that time we were asked to except another loan contract with a higher rate and cost. Over time, we decided not to except another offer, we wanted the same mortgage that were signed on XX/XX/XXXX. In XXXX on XXXX XXXX, I informed our Loan Offier, XXXX XXXX XXXX, our property tax for XXXX XXXX in XXXX, CA. was Not paid per our Escrow Contract at the closing of the loan. XXXX had our {$4100.00} personal check since XX/XX/XXXX, 2. On XX/XX/XXXX, we had to send a Cashier 's Check in that amount with one missing disclosure, and a updated copy of XXXX XXXX Banking Account Statement which were sent by XXXX. We were Not informed that they were not paying our property taxes. So, we paid our taxes so there would not be a penalty against us. XXXX sent a Cashier 's Check for our property to us on XX/XX/XXXX. This was a default of our contract and very disappointed in the process of this loan. The rental property was the property that we wanted to refi first and the Loan Officer, " said that we would get a cheaper loan if we refi our home also. '' But our loan was denied as we were afraid, it was a scam or a fraud. Which the loan officer assured us this was not a fraud but a company with good standing. Network Capital Funding have Advertisements over the radio in my area. denied the loan

During a refinance closing on XX/XX/2021 we submitted a check in the amount of {$1800.00} to be directly deposited into our new escrow account to avoid rolling escrow funds back into the loan. The first statement we received did not reflect the submitted funds in the escrow account or anywhere else in the statement. We reached out to the customer service department who said they wouldn't be able to view the closing documents for six weeks and therefore could not assist us. Since that answer was not acceptable nor credible, I reached out to the loan originator to get help. He directed me to a " XXXX XXXX. '' to resolve the issue. I contacted " XXXX '' by email and then by phone since he did not respond to the email. I described our issue to which he told me he would look into it. After a week of silence I wrote an email describing the issue again, attached pertinent documents and sent it to the customer service e- address on XX/XX/2021 which eventually elicited a response from a XXXX XXXX who appeared to put things in motion. As of the writing of this complaint, this has still not been resolved, Our homeowner 's policy is now past due because of the company 's inaction, we still see no mention of the {$1800.00} on the most recent statement and all they've done so far is tell us that an ex-employee made a mistake but they've done nothing to explain where our funds are and how they're going to remedy the issue.

After many calls from the company who stated that they could assist us with getting a better rate on our home mortgage, we promptly sent all our personal informationand signed e-documents to XXXX XXXX of Network Captial Funding. He initiallyappeared to be very upfront, honest and knowledgeable. But was pushing us toget all the stuff to him so we could close by end of month. We asked him straight upif they could do honestly do the loan before we gave our CC number for the appraisal. XXXX was very confident that they would successfully be able to completethe process quickly. But after the appraisal we heard nothing from XXXX. Whenwe by chance got him, his response was brief " It is out of my hands, I only assist with the initial part. '' Four weeks have gone by and no copy of our appraisal wassent to us and no calls or updates provided. We have emailed XXXX and the companyand nothing. We have called numerous times and now we get only voice messageseven from the companies main number. Its like they have dropped off the face of the earth with our personal information, and money for the appraisal. We feel totally taken advantage of and feel like this company should reimburse our money. We didnot call them initially they hounded us. If they could not have done the loan whynot just be forcoming and honest. I think there should be a fine for companies thattake advantage of the consumers.

On or about XX/XX/2021, I applied with Network Capital financing Corp. for refinancing my property at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Ca. XXXX. After submitting all necessary applications, documentation, and tax returns, I was approved. This loan was then bought by XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/2021. I continued to make my monthly payments according to the loan agreement. Last month, the loan went back to Network Capital Funding Corp. I was instructed to make payments to them, which I have been doing since. A few months ago, Network Capital contacted me and wanted more financial documentation, such as personal and business 2021 tax returns. I was reluctant and confused about the reason for this request, but I complied and sent the tax returns. During the last month, I have been contacted on multiple occasions by different people from Network Capital, insisting that I need to refinance again because they got audited by the government, and because they failed to follow certain guidelines, the loan was kicked back to them. I was told that the property would be foreclosed if I didn't agree with refinancing. I have submitted all necessary documentation for this loan. If Network Capital fails to abide by the government 's guidelines, it is their problem .it seems they want to refinance with a higher interest rate, so the loan is more profitable.

I was a home buyer that entered into a contract to purchase a home. The contract included an earnest money deposit of {$5000.00}, and was contingent on financing. I was a small business owner and worked with Network Capital ( NC ) because they told me that the age of my business would not be a problem. After I discussed my business with XXXX of NC I sent a follow-up email on XX/XX/2015 that confirmed the conversation. The lender proceeded to charge me for an appraisal fee of {$410.00} and in addition I paid for a home inspection fee of {$470.00} and surveying fee. The lender did not share that there were any issues with the loan until the day of closing, XX/XX/XXXX. NC surprisingly denied the loan on the day of closing because I was a small business owner and the bank was not comfortable with the age of my business ( about 1.8 years old at the time ). I also wish to add that I had excellent credit, 20 % down and no debt. I complained to the lender because the age of my company was not new information, and they even pre-approved the loan knowing this information. NC reviewed my application again and denied the loan a second time for the same reason. I have spent the last year pursing the sellers for my earnest money, which I did get back after a trial.

A person by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX at Network Capital called me today offering to do a loan for my home. I told them I was not interested in doing this now, but would be at the end of the month. He asked about my income, and there was some issue with using commissions as income until I worked for 2 years. He said that I need to make more money than I am currently making and that he was going to see what he could do about counting the commissions as income now. I specifically told him that I have no problem waiting for another year. He then asked for my information which I gave to him. The next step I was expecting was a call back letting me know if there was a way to use the commissions as income now instead of having to wait a year.Instead he had performed a credit inquiry using the information I gave him without my authorization. I immediately called him to ask him why he performed a hard inquiry without my authorization. I did not authorize him to pull my credit. He never specifically asked me if I would authorize the inquiry. He did tell me that the entire session was recorded, and when I gave him my social security number that in itself gave him authorization. I dispute this. I did NOT give him authorization.

I had an appraisal on my home in XX/XX/XXXX to have my XXXX removed. On XX/XX/XXXX, I made an over the phone payment to the mortgage company to lower my balance below the threshold required for removal. The XXXX was not removed. XX/XX/XXXX, the XXXX is still not removed after multiple calls inquiring as to why. The mortgage company then made me get another appraisal, which they are charging me {$190.00} for, because the previous appraisal expired after 90 days. The XXXX was removed mid XX/XX/XXXX. Im seeking a refund for the XXXX payments that I continued to make after the first appraisal process was complete, from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. The company has already agreed that a refund will be provided. I called in XX/XX/XXXX and the company said the refund would apply to my XXXX payment. It wasnt. Then I called in XX/XX/XXXX and the company said it would be applied to my XXXX payment. It wasnt. Then I called again on XX/XX/XXXX, and now they company is telling me that it wont be resolved until XX/XX/XXXX. It is now over a year since this process began and they wont give me my money back after a mistake they made by not originally processing the XXXX removal correctly on XX/XX/XXXX.

I received a refinance interrest rate offer of 3.5% from Network Capital in XXXX California. After they completed a good faith estimate and sent someone here to do an appraisal another lender sent me an email guaranteeing 3%. I told Network about the other offer saying I think I will go with the XXXX lender. Network immediately said they will match their offer if I could get a good faith estimate proving their offer of 3%. I told them they should have made that offer from the beginning and I wasn't going to have the XXXX lender construct a GFE just to bring my business to them. Network began very aggressively, to the point of extreme harassment, trying get me to make a deal with them. I finally had to threaten to call their District Attorney's office to make them stop calling me. I told them to give it up. I'm going with someone else. The only thing I need to finish my refinance with the XXXX lender is for Network to transfer the appraisal to the XXXX lender but they won't do it. They are essentially holding MY appraisal hostage so I can't go somewhere else.

My mom and I received credit monitoring alerts that an inquiries were made on XX/XX/2021 by XXXX ( https : XXXX ). I contacted Network Capital to investigate why and how they did this. I discovered that my father contacted Network Capital and lied, saying he was helping his ex-wife ( my mom ) and daughter ( me ) to get a refinance done. He provided Network Capital our personal information and they made inquiries without attempting to contact either of us to get permission. We asked Network Capital multiple times remove the inquiries on our credit reports because they was performed without permission and inquiries can reduce credit score. Network Capital refused to help, and made excuses that it's okay for my father to give permission to run our reports ( which is basically saying it is permissible for an ex-husband and father to give consent in financial situations for an ex-wife and adult daughter ). In their greed, Network Capital didn't bother getting my permission to make an inquiry. Shame on them. Don't work with this dishonest, biased company.

I have been over paying my monthly mortgage payment due to mid calculations by servicer. This was brought to my attention by servicer while I was having issues with trying to make online payments. Since then I have spoken to XXXX least 10 different supervisors about the adjustments they said they were going to make and nothing gets done the last lie I was told was there is a work order in process and would be straightened out in XXXX XXXX i was told my mortgage will be over 250 dollars cheaper a month and I would be issued a check for all overages. Ive left numerous secure chat messages and have gotten no reply. I then call and explain the whole scenario again and then Im told different stories and empty promises of call backs and any follow through. They are holding money that is not theirs snd i want to press charges for stealing. Im told that they dont know what supervisors ive spoken with because the people that make the notes on my file only use their initials then they promise to correct issues and tell another lie.

I completed a refinance loan with Network Capital Funding ( NCF ) located in XXXX, CA and signed the closing documents on or about XXXX XXXX, 2020. When the deeds were filed, I discovered on or about XXXX XXXX, 2020, after I received my recorded copies of the deeds that one of the deeds had an attachment that included my Social security number which is now public records. I dealt with XXXX XXXX, the loan processor ; XXXX XXXX, the sales agent ; XXXX XXXX, the Sr. loan processor ; and more recently XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX ( who NCF assigned to process the paperwork ) in an attempt to get my personal info removed from the public records. They all seem to agree that the document which contains my personal info should not have been filed. I'm totally stressed out about this mishap as I could be seriously harmed by identity theft or some other nefarious circumstance. I strongly feel that the response I've gotten from both Network Capital and XXXX XXXX has been extremely lacking given the these circumstances.

XXXX - We closed on our cash out refinance FHA loan. XXXX Our 3 day right to recession ended. XXXX - Our loan was supposed to fund and monies wired to our account. XXXX - Was told by lender they can not fund the loan because we don't actually qualify for an FHA loan. Underwriter thought Florida was a " Dry Signature '' state therefore, underwriting was not completed until after we signed our closing documents. When I told them that Florida is a " Wet Signature '' state and that " Dry Signature '' is not allowed in Florida I was asked " WHEN DID THAT HAPPEN. '' I was then told that the compliance officer 's MATRIX shows that Florida is a " Dry Signature '' state therefore, we are going to be treated as such. XXXX They are " trying '' to fund our loan but not sure if they can because they can't make the numbers work. Everyone is pointing the finger at each other. I am being asked by management why i'm brining his and the loan officers name into it that it's underwriting 's fault.

On or about XX/XX/2020, I spoke with a representative from Network Capital Funding Corporation regarding mortgage interest rates. During the call I did not give permission for my credit report to be run, and told the agent I was not going to begin providing requested documents he said would be needed to begin the process. I had already refinanced twice during XXXX and did not have confidence that my current rate could be better. I did provided the agent my current loan amount, monthly payment, and my interest rate. My instruction was if you can do better, let me know. To my surprise, on or about XX/XX/2020 I received a " Welcome Package '' from XXXX XXXX regarding a new loan. To my surprise, my credit had been run without my permission, and the offer being presented was not better than what I currently have.

Network Capital changed our mailing address without our consent. As a result, some documents that are highly confidential are sent to an unknown address. We asked the company how our address was changed without our consent and they could not find an explanation. Network Capital staff stated that they required all borrowers ' signatures to change a mailing address. However, they could not produce any signed form. Please investigate the process for an address change as this may be negligence due to lack of training or intentional fraud. This investigation is necessary to prevent identity theft from occurring. The address listed in the attached letter is an empty lot.

Some weeks ago, I contacted NetworkCapital about a refi. About a week later, I had second thoughts and informed their representative, both verbally and via e-mail, that I no longer wished to pursue the refi with them. Since informing the company, via it 's representatives, of my change in plans, representatives of the company have continued to call me at least weekly ( sometimes more frequently ), even though I told each representative I was no longer interested in pursuing a refi with them. This morning, I received another call from a NetworkCapital representative ; I hung up on the caller. I wish all calls to me from NetworkCapital cease, immediately!
