I took out a loan with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2023, when they deposited {$1000.00} in my bank account. Then on XX/XX/XXXX a payday loan went out but a week later on XXXX XXXX a withdrawal of {$300.00} tried to go out of my bank account. An at that time my account had been hacked. Not only was my math that week incorrect with my bill scheduling but I noticed my bank account transactions were rearranged as well as {$11000.00} missing out of my bank account. I had just taken out a serious of loans to finalize some permits. I have file a case with my identity theft insurance company to correct the issue they have requested police reports ones I have filed but I haven't heard back from anyone so I decided to file a new dispute. Netpay advance customer service has called me trying to collect a debt that was not due and has drafted and given out my information to third party companys without my agreement or consent. I was contacted today and had to record the debt collector at XXXXXX/XX/XXXXXX/XX/2020 from them trying to illegally collect money and try to draft my checking account that I have a case report for XXXX this month and Netpay Advance had to refund me after they drafted a full loan pay off not agreed to and I filed this complaint after their company workers have called me to scam and illegal draft again explaining that I am past due and broke payment arrangement. I am attaching proof that this company need to be reported for harassment after asking for my identity information decided to pretend that their was never any arrangement and I have proof if they reply to the stated one explain that was changed after a collection employee with Netpay tried to charge unaffordable amount due monthly and their Supervisor lowered the payment due on XXXX that XXXX tried to scam me into paying when I am being harassed to pay his agreement and it was changed from over XXXX dollars due and I have proof when the Netpay Advance accuse me of not having the agreement changed proof. The calls were blackmailing and harassing and I have proof that this company should be sued and my account be credited for their threatening debt calls to collect from consumers with their false accusations to collect and their demanding when the account is not past due and the consumer not due to be contacted.

On XX/XX/XXXX, I was approved for a {$200.00} advance. On XX/XX/XXXX, I paid the original {$200.00} plus a {$35.00} fee for a total of {$230.00}. I applied for another loan and found to be qualified for their maximum amount of {$250.00}. Again, I successfully paid that loan along with their fee for a total of {$290.00} this past Friday, XX/XX/XXXX. I went back into my account and found that my account was locked. I called the company and was told that because I live in Hawaii, that they could not lend to me as they are not licensed in my state. I explained to them and they could see that I had successful borrowed 2x before, but come to find out that my information that was transferred to them by a 3rd party had my street address correct, but my incorrect zip code, which put in in CA. I explained to them that if it was a matter of having a CA address, that I could give them my office address in CA, but was told that I needed proof of residence. I forcefully told them that I didn't need that when they pursued me to use their services and that they knew good and well that I was in Hawaii because they commented on the weather and asked if it was sunny. I said that it was and demanded compensation for the fraudulent act on behalf of their company.

On XXXX XXXX, 2021, I received an email from Net Pay Advance welcoming me and advertising their " points '' and promotions. I didn't read it and deleted ( I found it later in my Deleted Items folder ). On XXXX XXXX, 2021, I received an email from Net Pay Advance with the subject " Due Date Reminder. '' I opened this email but since I have no business with this company did not respond. The message claimed I had {$110.00} due. On XXXX XXXX, 2021, I received an email with a time stamp of XXXX that an attempt to process a payment was not successful. On XXXX XXXX, 2021, I received an email from Net Pay Advance with a time stamp of XXXX. The email indicated that an automated request had been sent to the back account on file to receive payment for the loan. No withdrawal was made from my account. XXXX robo-call voice messages were on my voice mail related to this issue, at our home number ( which we use only for junk ). I do not want to contact this business because I do not know if they are legitimate. My credit report does not show any new debts or activity, at least not yet.

Line of Credit Loan taken out in XX/XX/2023 ; payments and interest rates not stated clearly. After making over {$3000.00} in payments, only {$170.00} had actually gone to paying the principal amount. That is over 300 % interest rate. Each payment made was hundreds of dollars, which is predatory and unreasonable. When I wasn't able to make a payment, choosing between basic living necessities over a {$980.00} payment, I was threatened via text message by a woman named XXXX who stated, " Please be advised that the payment will be attempted at any time without notice, it's best to set something up... '' I tired to resolve the issue and come to an agreement of a payoff amount that doesn't involve more occurring interest at over 300 %, but was told they wouldn't accept anything less than what was owed plus interest. Excluding the interest, the principal amount borrowed has already been paid back.

Im a veteran dealing with XXXX with anxiety as well as XXXX XXXX issues! I originally applied to help finance a lawyer to fight the VA for wrong and neglectful mistreatment and improper diagnoses. Then that fell thru and then I got overwhelmed by applying for another due to I wanted originally {$1500.00} but was approved for less which resulted in multiple loans thus becoming overwhelmed. I finally got with another law firm and hopefully my mental and physical issues will be addressed and properly diagnosed and treated if there treatment available.

Attached, I have sent in pics of my XXXX checking account and my account history on the Net Pay Advance. Neither don't match and I expect that another payday loan company, XXXX XXXX XXXX might be deceiving me or us in the process. This is due to the arguments I've been having with the prior company on their numerous collection attempts which involved telemarketing calls, electronic transactions, and the legal approval that customers must adhere to in check cashing attempts.

I have called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and have asked them to provide confirmation that this loan or service or bill belongs to me. They keep asking me to provide my date of birth and the last of my social and the amount. I do not feel I need to. The moment they gather my information they will imply that this amount is mine. It has happened before. Will someone please assist me without giving my personal information. It would be a breach of privacy.

I pulled my credit report and on it was listed a Judgement in the amount of XXXX for XXXX for a loan through NETPAYADVANCEXXXX. I have no idea what this debt is I have contacted the company as well as submitted 2 disputes on behalf of this debt andt trying to get it removed. The company however has been nothing near helpful with the removal of this debt. They tell me that all they can do is accept a payment on the account.
