I spoke with XXXX XXXX office and they told me to contact you. ASAP I'm currently update to date on 1st Mortgage payment.. THIS IS ONLY ON THE 2ND MORTGAGE PAYMENT On the 2nd Mortgage payment this place is : NEMOVI LAW GROUP @ XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX, CA XXXX PH XXXX KEEP harnessing me!!! They keep CALLING ME AND SENDING THREATEN LETTER THAT THEY WILL TAKE MY HOUSE, im a senior and XXXX years old, and my health is not good. There TRYING to FORECLOSURE ON ME. I NEED YOUR HELP IN THIS MATTER. I DID try to pay them but in XX/XX/XXXX everything went upside, and my wife had XXXX this is the XXXX Mortgage fell behind and I did make a few payment. Now today I received a letter date XX/XX/XXXX, they are threaten ne m since this Conv-19 have been going on, my funds are really low and very hard for me, I'm now XXXX years l old and on a fix income of {$900.00}. I'm asking if you can contact the place that took over for XXXX XXXX and have them to write it off and STOP with all the threaten letter and calls. Possible able to W/O to excuse this loan was back in XXXX XXXX XXXX had it back XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX, they closed down and the company is NO LONGER in business and XXXX XXXX XXXX took over the 1st mortgage, but they did NOT take the 2nd Mortgage.
