XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was contracted by me for yardwork and lawn upkeep. I made an arrangement to pay of every other week. I paid by US Postal Money Order several times and once by personal check. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY KIND OF BILLING STATEMENT ; NOR WAS I GIVEN A PROPER DEBT VALIDATION IN WRITING PER THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION ACT.
In the meantime, the property my sister inherited ( the family home ) was foreclosed and we had to vacate the premises. We never received any kind of written communication whatsoever from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX, Iowa filed a garnishment against my XXXX XXXX XXXX checking account through the lawyer for my mother 's estate despite the fact, that that attorney, XXXX XXXX XXXX, practicing law in XXXX, Iowa is in Conflict of Interest because he represented the Estate and the Guardianship at the very same time he represented the Credit Union that held my late mother 's Home Equity Loan note. XXXX had no problem communicating with XXXX XXXX XXXX which said company can not find its way to XXXX County District Courthouse ( XXXX Iowa ) but could find the way to a courthouse in XXXX XXXX ( mid-state Iowa ).
I want the alleged debt validated -- to show what I have paid and exactly what is owing and the garnishment lifted from my checking account because I am taking care of an invalid and need the funds.

This debt is well over 12 years old. I have not been able to make any form of acceptable payment arrangement. for the past 10 years. That which was offered was never acceptable or taken seriously.
The lawsuit presented, was given now avenue to dispute. I was not able to secure legal representation to help in disputing the charges. When the garnishment order was given, no court date was provided, for to stand and give defense of statute of limitations had expired. then I was given notice of wage garnishment, which has caused great financial harm. I stand at the point of having my utilities shut off, because of the inability to pay them, because the money was taken else where.
