Me and my husband when to Neil Hoffman family of dealers in XXXX Ky on XX/XX/19 to purchase a vehicle, We were purchasing the vehicle with cash, they had me fill out some paperwork which they told me was for the title and registration and also for the purchase order, by my surprise, on XX/XX/19 I received a letter in the mail detailing that I was denied by their credit department for a vehicle loan, Not once did they inform me that I was completing a loan application or ask me for any details about a loan application, I contacted the dealership on from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXXto inquire about why my credit was checked for a cash purchase with no call back, I am in contact with the credit reporting companies to get the unauthorized credit pull removed as it dropped my score
