On XXXX XXXX XXXX I applied for a {$600.00} Title Loan. I was told I would pay back {$730.00} which would include interest. I have not missed a payment and have even paid a few dollars extra. Then on XXXX XXXX XXXX I made {$140.00} payment and I have paid a total to date of {$590.00}. And, when asked about the new balance I was told it is now {$500.00}. That means if I pay it off in XXXX XXXX, I will be paying a total of {$1100.00} to have borrowed {$600.00}. And, if I do n't pay it off then, which I ca n't because I am XXXX on a fixed income, so there is no telling how much more interest I will have to pay. And, this is not the first time I have had to borrow money on my car, a XXXX Chevrolet Cavalier with them. Before they let me have {$2000.00} for the same car in XXXX XXXX. The time pay period before did n't last long because I paid them off with the money my deceased brother had left me and I still ended up broke, because the interest rate was so HIGH! Sometime we as XXXX need to take these loans out so we can do a few extra things before we leave this earth. But, why do they have to take advantage of us like this. We have worked hard all our lives and all we have now is a small Social Security retirement check. Please help us out. Thanks.

XX/XX/2015 I took out a title loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Tn for {$2500.00}. It was not explained that the monthly payment of over {$500.00} was not paying back my loan. This is the interest that they charged for the loan!! I feel the loan should be explained to where you understand how much your payments are going to be. I have paid several payments on my account and it does not seem to go toward the loan itself. I have received multiple collection calls daily several times a day wanting money I can not afford to keep paying toward a balance that does n't seem to be lowering. I feel I have been taken advantage of and that the title loan place was only wanting my truck. They set you up for failure by charging such high interest. The loan place also gave out my information to a family member even after I ask them plainly not to discuss my loan with anyone.
