On XXXX XXXX, 2016, I found an e-mail from XXXX XXXX, Deputy Director of Neighbor Works dated XXXX XXXX, 2016, where he informed me that I am not going to receive any help from XXXX XXXX who was the project manager assigned to assist me with my home rehab project, or anyone else from XXXX. XXXX XXXX did so after XXXX XXXX put me off for more than a month. XXXX XXXX sent me an e-mail XXXX XXXX, 2016, where he stated that it would be another two or three weeks before he could get started on my project. I would be most happy to forward that e-mail to you for your review if you would like to see it.
So, they dumped me after putting me off while they charged me interest on my loan, to which I have no access. This complicates my purchase of window awnings since XXXX XXXX wants to get paid before the awnings are ordered. XXXX XXXX sent me an earlier e-mail which stated that he would go over to XXXX XXXX to handle this matter for me. Nor did XXXX XXXX even bother to tell me how I should handle this matter, which creates a major obstacle.
Next, there is a zoning issue which XXXX XXXX said that he would handle regarding the removal of my rear door, and sealing up the wall. Nor did he tell me how to do it, and/or how to find someone to do this part of the job. XXXX XXXX who is the contractor I selected to do my new windows, informed me that he was never told about that part of the project, and that he did not do that kind of work. There is also a zoning issue to be resolved with the City of XXXX 's Zoning Department, which Me. XXXX said that the was handling for me which is still unresolved.
There is also the matter of an {$800.00} Frames ' Pest Control bill, which XXXX XXXX has left unresolved, and no one at Frames has been able to clear this matter up for me, even though XXXX XXXX has already paid them with money from my loan. There is are similar problem with the repair of my vinyl siding, downspout extensions, and he said that he was going to tighten up my house 's foundation, in order to help keep out insects and rodents.
I do not understand why XXXX continues to keep him on their staff, wasting their precious funding by paying his salary. I intend to report this along with the complaint, which I sent earlier this week to both XXXX XXXX XXXX, and the Congressional Appropriations Committee, as another prime example of how XXXX is wasting the federal funds which they receive, as well as, an abuse of power, and very poor mismanagement.
I would also like to know if XXXX can and will assign someone else on their staff, such as XXXX XXXX, to handle my job. I have worked with XXXX XXXX last year, and he was quite the professional, and his supervision of the work was impeccable.
I just sent you a complaint a couple of days ago. This complaint is in addition to that one, because more developments have occurred. This would probably be a much better arrangement, since I have little to no confidence in XXXX XXXX ' ability to handle my project. Nor does XXXX XXXX, who actual said that he thinks he is incompetent. Therefore, I would very much appreciate it if you will inform me how you plan to handle this situation.

I have had an ongoing problem with XXXX. Below you will find the latest form of discrimination to which they have subjected me : I took out a loan from XXXX for a home improvement Loan. Their address is XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Ohio XXXX, phone Number is XXXX. They assigned XXXX XXXX to be my project manager for the duration of my project. However, He decided that he did not like me personally and is therefore, refusing to provide me with any assistance. He did not even have the courtesy to notify me to that effect. It was XXXX XXXX, XXXX Director for that location that finally decided to tell me this. Only to make matters worse, he did not, and still will not provide me with any information as to how to go about completing my project, such as how to order materials and pay for them, since they hold the purse strings.
XXXX XXXX has also instructed any and all parties he has dealt with not to provide mw with any information. For instance, he contracted XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, OH XXXX, to do an inspection for me, and he paid them {$110.00} out of my money. But, neither he nor XXXX XXXX XXXX will give me the results of the inspection. XXXX XXXX XXXX wants another {$680.00} for the work to contain my pest problem, and yet neither party will give me any explanation.
Given the situation that both of these parties have placed me in, I feel that the both of the should be disciplined, and my money refunded since it is not fair to charge me for something which I never received.

My family was defrauded out of our first home. We were discriminated against in lending and foreclosed on leaving a debt of {$80000.00} on my credit report until XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) represented by XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX were sellers of home, held a second mortgage and hired contractor, XXXX XXXX ; Neighborhood Housing the banking system/ first mortgage holder and represented by XXXX XXXX who was the property inspector ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX-property inspectors, signed off all inspections, appropriated state and government funds for housing project ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX General Contractor all together were richly rewarded for their malicious efforts. They touted a Complete Rehabilitated home that was uninhabitable and after complaints and requests I paid for many repairs. XXXX XXXX sent various persons who did not do the work promised to complete and they did not honor the one year warranty given. We became displaced and my family of XXXX had to be separated.
Approximately in XX/XX/XXXX I filed a complaint XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX ; XXXX XXXX ; XXXX followed where we had to not only fight for the home but also foreclosure proceedings. After approximately eight years of court proceedings, including the appeals court our Complete Rehabilitated home was considered AS IS.

I first filed a complaint on or about XXXX/XXXX/16 about XXXX, and their deputy director XXXX XXXX, but I never heard back from you about this matter. Since that time I have learned that he has instructed everyone at XXXX not to speak to me or even answer my e-mails.
He is doing everything possible to make it difficult for me to use their home improvement loan in order to get anything done.
