I financed a XXXX XXXX XXXX from neighborhood autos a little over a year ago and I was told the car had a warranty but every time something has gone wrong Im told its not covered. I was also told when I got the car that I could get my insurance through the car lot and later found out I was still responsible for a liability policy on top of the insurance they offered. No one ever explained this to me, I found out by getting pulled over and receiving a warning for no insurance after the officer explained to me what had happened. They require me to have a {$250.00} deductible and at this point I cant afford to pay the car note and the insurance as its totaling {$500.00} to {$600.00} or more a month. They were not transparent about this vehicle purchase at all and I still owe over $ XXXX on the loan. They shouldnt be allowed to do this to people who are already struggling to pay bills. I need a reliable vehicle and I have to go without groceries so I can pay my rent and keep my vehicle and its really disgusting how they do people.

I am unable to afford to insure this vehicle to the standards that the lienholder requires. They require a full coverage policy to have a {$250.00} deductible and I am unable to pay the premiums associated with a {$250.00} deductible on this vehicle when I signed my loan agreement on XX/XX/2021. I signed a notice that is titled Texas physical damage insurance requirement that my monthly insurance premium should Wise Credit provide this insurance coverage is {$99.00} for the monthly premium. Wise Credit is sending me letters threatening to repossess my vehicle and the amount referenced that they want for me is {$400.00} but when I call Wise Credit and try to make a payment they are asking me for a different amount, they have also locked me out of my online portal to pay my payment online and refused to work with me regarding lowering the payments due to financial hardships and Covid

Wise Credit , LLC intentionally and fraudulently reported 2 payments to XXXX 30 days late and caused my credit score to drop 48 points. They reported my XX/XX/XXXX payment 30 days late and my XX/XX/XXXX payment 30 days late, neither payments were 30 days late. The XX/XX/XXXX payment was made 29 days late, the payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX. My payments are due on the XXXX of every month with the last day to pay before they shut off the car being the XXXX. The XX/XX/XXXX payment was made on the XXXX of XXXX which was 15th days late and they still reported the payment 30 days late.

A repossession has been placed on my reports for a XXXX XXXX when the vehicle was in fact a voluntary return due to service issues and a XXXX XXXX risk that the company was unable to address. I requested the forms and voluntarily returned the XXXX With another vehicle ( XXXX XXXX ) at the same time because of unprofessional encounters with the management and service department and no remedy to the trade I was once offered and approved for.

I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX and currently have a XXXX XXXX from Wise credit LLc they have only reported my payments to one credit bureau which is not effectively building credit resulting in no credit score at all on two bureaus - this needs to be reported to call CBR 's to help my credit profile and is my right as a consumer

I just recently disputed something and just realized that the dispute came from my Car lot wide credit and I want to fix the problem because it just bring my credit down I didnt know it was them because of the name it said collections instead of wise credit thats why I disputed because I had no clue what it was.
