I signed up with Negotiation credit services for Debt consolidation credit counseling services, I had sent them over XXXX toward my creditors. I had got this email, Hope all is well. With Regards, XXXX XXXX I had contacted them they had another person contact me from XXXX, saying that they were now handling my account, that I would be receiving a check in the mail for my XXXX and that I was to deposit in my account and then they would be taking that amount out again, they also had been taking the amount of XXXX per month. In may I receive a call from a lawyer claiming that this company had been seized and all companies associated with this company were now in the hands of bankruptcy and fraud. I have lost my XXXX that I had paid into that company and I want that money back.
