I applied for a {$1000.00} loan online with XXXX in 2011 and I paid back {$2500.00} and they still say I owe them and the debt was not paid in full. I filed a complaint against them with the XXXX about 3 years ago due to threatening phone calls from them at home and my work and I did n't hear from them again until over the last few weeks a company called NE Processing in XXXX XXXX NY has contacted me and told me I still owe over {$700.00}. I asked for validation of their company and they sent me a letter with the amount I owe on it. They told me if I ca n't prove I paid this loan in full, they are going to start legal proceedings, it 's been almost 5 years?? I know that XXXX XXXX XXXX scammed me because they tried to charge me XXXX % interest on the {$1000.00} which means I would have to pay back over {$3000.00} to have it paid in full.

I received a voice mail on XXXX/XXXX/15 and XXXX/XXXX/15 from XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that they will file charges on me and take me to court if I did n't respond within 72 hours related to a debt they supposed to have bought and it is now in their office. I have not responded to these calls because I don not live in XXXX County where they are supposedly filing a suit. I do not know what they are talking about because I have not received any notifications from these people via mail.I believe these people are scam artists or at least using illegal tactics trying to get money. When I looked up the number for the caller ; I see they used to be XXXX also NE Processing.

On Friday, XX/XX/2015. I received a phone call at my place of employment from an extremely rude gentleman from NE Processing. He told me he needed to get " my defense statement '' because my file was going further, whatever that means. I told him I was at work and he could not call me there. I hung up. He then called my cell phone and my home phone leaving the same threatening message about a " substantial lawsuit against me ''. I have no idea what this is for. It sounds like a scam to me. He never explained what he was collecting for. He just threatened me with a lawsuit and criminal charges.

A company keeps calling me NE Processing LLC XXXX claiming that I owe money and they are threatening to sue me. I looked up the company and can not find they are real. It even lists them as a scam. They have my old banking information somehow, but I told them I do n't know about the loan, but they do n't provide many details. They also used different names for their company also one day its one name another day its another.

I 've received phone calls from am unknown number and then they started calling from a bunch of random numbers : XXXX, XXXX. The unknown number said that they are going to serve me with papers unless I call this XXXX number and make a payment. I have no idea what they 're talking about.

North Eastern Processing XXXX call with a recorded message saying they have made many attempts to contact me and this is their final attempt. They said they have XXXX counts filed against me and they are going to call the county clerk if I do n't call them within 48 hours.

Called and left a VM asking if this was a good number to contact XXXX XXXX ( my wife ), said she had a case file in XXXX County, left number as well as a " case reference '' number. Refused to give me their address after 6 repeated attempts.
