I want to refinance the property where I live from XXXX in XXXX XXXX & found out lien against me file by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX & recorded on house , which I owned in XXXX XXXX & never used for living. That company never provide to me any legal documents & information about that lien.
When I call XXXX XXXX, I found out that he collect debts for XXXX XXXX, which I owned {$1000.00}. His Abstract of JUDGMENT, which he file on XXXX show amount {$3500.00} & his demand in Escrow show {$5500.00} plus additional interest for each next day. When I found out about this & call to Mr. XXXX to resolve that issue, he told me, because I need to do refinancing, he can charge me as much as he can.
I did remember, XXXX XXXX send me a letter, after entering into agreement with the US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on XXXX, State Attorney General and the office of Controller of the Currency on XXXX. XXXX taking certain steps regarding my account and no longer try to collect money or file any judgment against me.
I didn't understand why XXXX put lien on property, where I never live & brake a government rules.
Please, help me received relies on this judgment ASAP, because everything done for my refinancing except this issue.
